Away from the Hussle and brussel but only 1/2 mile from the Parkway.

House built in 2002. Has 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and private bath other bedroom has queen size bed and bath off hall. Sleep sofa makes a queen size bed. Close to Tanger Outlet, which has minature golf as you enter, which has mini'gol , 5 minutes from Parkway, 10 minutes from Dollywood, 5 minutes from Country Tonite, Comedy Barn,Smoky Mountain Opry (formerly The Miracle Theater) Titanic,Wonder Works and too many others to name.. Resturants close by are Sunlighter Diner, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Joe's Crab Shack., Calhouns, and Five Guys Burgers. There are about 15 steps to get into the house from the parking area. It is NOT close to pottery barn or Old Mill.!

It has a nice .5 mile paved area to walk, close to river, which you would be able to use for fishing, etc. Does have 15 steps with a hand rail to get into the house. No hot tub, but priced accordingly. Please NO pets. This is a place for a goodwalk in a quiet family setting. If children have bikes, there is a good safe place to ride, not heavy vehicle traffic.

House is designed for families with good Christian values. DVD's, books, and games are designed for families. We would like to ask that you DO NOT smoke so as to not offend the next person that will be staying with us. Please for convenience of other people in area, limit of 2 vehicles in parking area.


If you are looking for a quiet and restful time, but not much drive time to sites, shopping and things to do, this is YOUR place to come and stay.

Home right off the Parkway a nice very quiet neighborhood and I love that it has a full size washer and dryer. We’ve stayedin the house before and the owner is very personable. it has most everything you need for cooking. The Home has good Wi-Fi.

The pictures of this place did not do it justice!! There was much more room than we were expecting!! It was everything we were needing it for!! Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!! We would definitely stay here again!!

I was surprised that as guests, we had to start the washer with the towels we used and that we had to strip the beds. I’ve never had to either of those things before at any place we have stayed. Location was very convenient for us to attend the Women of Joy conference and to get to restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable. Pull out couch had crumbs and trash under the cushions. Plenty of towels. We did notice that the kitchen chairs were wobbly. Overall a nice place.

Location could not be beat. Place was very clean and had all the reasonable amenities, as well as a pack & play and some toys. Size was perfect and appliances worked well. Loved that it had a back porch with no way down (safe for kids to play!) and had a sweet spot to play in the river nearby.However, the beds were questionable in their safety - one end of the mattress would fly up when you sat on the other end (true of both beds) and they felt very unstable. Dining chairs were also very unstable. Entry code was not included in the email so I called for assistance and the interaction left much to be desired.

This was great for our needs. The location is absolutely perfect for peace and quiet. The neighborhood is a dead end loop so no random traffic driving through. Very quiet area. Has a greenway sidewalk that goes right next to a stream. The beds are also amazing, we normally don't sleep overly well when on hotel beds etc. But the bed in the master bedroom was great, and we had good nights of sleep each night. The dining room chairs were a little wobbly, but we tightened the screws under the chairs and they were a bit more stable. WIFI worked great. Hot water worked great. They provided trash bags, and various soaps (hand, dishwasher, dish soap, etc) They have only six forks, which if you are eating in, you run out pretty fast. But plenty of knives and spoons. There are enough kitchen utensils to make most meals without a problem. We'll definitely try to stay here again if possible.

Purchased property 12 ago and built house then ,go as time allows us to. Both have worked most of our lives, now have privilege of staying with grand children several days a week, but still enjoy getting away to this area for relaxation. Grand children love to come with us due the Little Pigeon River across the street from the house. Please DO NOT SMOKE and NO PETS in the house since we do not do either of these in our own home!!!!!
