Perfect for our needs

Located close to the Biltmore which was the main purpose of our trip. Bath house is really cute and unique. Was perfect for my introverted self. My family enjoyed the main house, but i had a private escape when i needed quiet.

Great place @ a great location!

We loved your place! ! It was perfect for what we needed. The bath house was perfect for my daughter to use as it was her wedding weekend:-) The ONLY negative: I would suggest to others is to be super careful using the stairs to the basement as they are very narrow & steep and not much railing to hold on to. I fell from the top once & even after that, I almost over stepped another stair on the bottom set, and I considered myself to being very cautious @ that point ha. Other than that little precaution, it was overall great! Hope to make it back again one day! Thanks Michael

Beautiful!

This home was so beautiful for our girls' weekend. All of the girls that went said next time they come to Asheville, they will be renting the same home...many were already talking about their next trip! It was so convenient to Uber to downtown Asheville for dinner/drinks and the home itself is incredibly comfortable and well-decorated. The only downside (minimal and was somewhat my fault for assuming) was that there was no wine bottle opener (luckily one of the girls brought their own) and there were no kitchen 'basics' (cooking oil/spray). There are grocery stores right up the street though so we were able to grab what we needed :) We had such a blast staying in this home and were so impressed with how adorable it was! I will definitely be staying here next time I go to Asheville.

Great stay!

We stayed with 6 people for a girls weekend. The home provided plenty of space for us to stay comfortably. We cooked most of our meals using the kitchen appliances provided, enjoyed the hot tub, and played yard games with complete privacy. The location was perfect for a short drive downtown and hiking.

Asheville Biltmore getaway

Great location for a trip to Biltmore as this property is about 5 minutes away. Easy short drive to downtown Asheville as well. It had everything we needed and we took advantage of the firepit and hot tub. Not hard to find and it had everything we needed for a family getaway. Owner was very helpful in working with us when we had to reschedule due to a family member sick with covid. We had a very nice trip and stay here....

Perfect mountain getaway!!!

Words cannot begin to describe how amazing our stay was. Between the views, the snow, the hot tub and the private bath house ( that does NOT disappoint ) we know that we'll definitely be coming back to stay here again!! Family trip to visit the Biltmore

We rented this home to explore Ashville and visit the Biltmore. The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our trip pleasant. It was easy to get to where we wanted to go from this property. We were very happy with our stay.

Awesome Time and Great Space

We had an amazing time at your place! Hot tun was just perfect. Fire pit was awesome and our Family was finally able to come together and spend an awesome 4 days is Asheville! Cozy Home in the Mountains

Michael was great at communicating with us and making sure we had what we needed. The home was so cute and very clean. The only area of improvement would be more window treatments, we felt a lack of privacy due to only a lace window treatment on the bathroom and no window treatments in the dining room. Overall though it was just as listed and we really enjoyed the outdoor speaker and hot tub!

Cute house close to downtown

The home itself was comfortable for us, and the backyard was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. We were very fortunate Michael allowed us to rent the house to use for a small event and for that we are so very grateful. The only recommendation I could give at this time would be to give a more accurate property description. It should be noted that in the back portion of the property behind the tree line, there is another rental space (that is an RV ) that could be being rented during your rental time of the house. It is technically in the backyard, so if you’re looking to host a private event in the backyard like we were, you may have to consider that there are other renters there. We were lucky they didn’t check in until the day after our event, but it was very unexpected. Otherwise the house is a lot of fun and in a great location to downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas.

Close, comfortable and clean!

We loved staying here- we had rain the first day and it was lovely to sit in the hot tub and hear the rain. We floated the river, which was very close! Beds were comfy and the shower house was really nice. We would stay here again.

Awesome stay

This place was perfect for a long girl weekend with family & friends for a 60th birthday. Place was centrally located to Asheville and hiking. Michael was an awesome host who responded quickly for any questions. Was a great weekend of fun and the hot tub was awesome

Nice family getaway

We really enjoyed staying here while visiting Asheville. The house was so comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed hanging out in the nice backyard, and used the hot tub every day. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for a long weekend!

We stayed at the cottage for a long weekend and we had the best experience. Mike was great from his communication prior to our stay, to early check in, and even a great bus driver. We enjoyed all aspects of the home and had plenty of space for the 7 of us. We were about 10-15 minutes to everything you needed to be at. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Asheville.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Bath House is a private suite will be an experience like you have never had. Just steps away from the main house. You have a 70 sq ft shower with three shower heads, one being a 20" rain head. There is a tankless hot water heater so no one has to worry about the hot water running out. Walk through the breezeway as if it's a gate to paradise opening up to a wonderfully private back yard, There you will find a nostalgic tire swing hanging from a walnut tree. There is a fire pit and a grill. The breezeway has a hot tub, bluetooth speakers and stand up bar tops and wonderful overhead lights. There are custom corn hole boards that have pictures of local attractions on them. One of a kind!!.
