We arrived 30 minutes early and checked to see if ww coupd check in. We were informed no, which is completely fine. We took the time to use the bathroom and call the other people in our party so they didn't come to the lobby. We agreed to meet at publix down the street. We were there maybe 8 minutes before being approached by the manager saying we werent welcome back until 4. I thought it was completely unnecessary to be treated that way. I have a 1.5 year old daughter, a 12 year old daughter, and a 9 year old autistic son who were quietly sitting on a couch rotating using the restroom. We come back at 4 and check in. Make to to the room and realize the balcony is boarded in an area because it's broke. We had 6 kids in our party with 3 being under 3. This is not advertised anywhere and i feel this is a pretty big deal. Later on we go looking around to find the pool. We were told floor 4 so we make our way down there around 6 pm We were once again approached by staff asking what we were doing. We were confused because we had just gotten off the elevator and were approaching the indoor pool. The lady seemed agitated with our presence. They maintenance the hot tub everyday which isnt a problem, but our last day they did their maintenance around 2. Then they put a closed sign on it and said to call for any questions and left a number. I called and left a voicemail with no return call. I called pricketts and they werent able to help any either. We had planned to get in the hottub
