Turquoise Place Resort features Orange Beach, Alabama's most luxurious Gulf front condo rentals! The private hot tub and gas grill on each individual balcony truly sets Turquoise Place apart from every other vacation property! Turquoise Place 801D is a Gulf front condo with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a King in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in each of the additional bedrooms plus one of the additional bedrooms has a Twin over Twin bunk bed. There is also a foldout couch in the Living Room for a total sleeping capacity of 10. Enjoy the spacious, over 1200 square foot balcony with great views of Cotton Bayou, overlooking the marina and looking out to the east. This condo also has direct views of the tennis courts as well as the lazy river, and being on the 8th floor is close enough to be within talking distance of the swimming pool, tennis courts and lazy river without using the elevator. Turquoise Place features an outdoor Lazy River, tennis courts, 2 Huge outdoor pools, 2 Huge indoor pools with, spacious steam rooms and dry saunas, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. If you want to stay on the beach in the lap of luxury, this is it!

Beautiful condo. Furnished to feel like home. Amazing view. Really enjoyed the high quality patio furniture. Master bed slept great. The other mattresses definitely could use an upgrade. Would love to bring back family and make a month out of it. I'd feel bad putting them in the other beds as it stands, but everything else about this place was 10/10.

Overall, it’s a really nice condo and it is worth the money for sure. The condo seems to be worn down, but with a new coat on paint on the walls, the place would look immaculate. Great place for a family vacation!

Love the Corner location, view of the Ocean one direction and view of the Bay the other. Love the Hot Tub on the Balcony! Highly recommend.

Nice condo. But when we booked the picture showed two recliners where the sectional couch is now. Two of our party were elderly stayed in most of the time and the couch was not comfortable. Beds were not comfortable, need a memory foam pad added. Balcony was great although we didn’t get to use it due to weather.

My very large family had a blast. There is so much to do on site from the beach to the lazy pool to the hot tubs. The kids didn't want to leave.

Wonderful facility and condo with easy access to beach. The property manager was extremely quick to respond with any questions we had. I would recommend the rental as well as stay there again.

Beautiful condo with exceptional view

This condo, by far, was the best we have ever stayed at, in Orange Beach. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The management company was very helpful in setting up our vacation. The amenities were wonderful and the staff was extremely nice. We will definitely stay here, on our next visit to Orange Beach.

Very nice, spacious, with great morning sun, and conveniently close to everything in Orange Beach. The balcony railing was broken at the base and was repaired with a plastic zip-tied piece of plywood. Sketchy. TVs could use a refresh, and more dishes could be added.

This condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean. Great corner unit. WiFi worked great. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. The management company (Pricket Properties) was super easy from check in to check out. Overall great experience !!

Great condo, great view

We love staying at the Turquoise place - the amenities are hard to beat. This condo was great, well stocked, had plenty of room for our family that ranged from 1 to 81 years old. Beds weren't the most comfortable - some of the furniture seemed worn out, but we weren't here to lounge on the couch - we were here for the beach! Kitchen was well stocked, extra pillows and blankets in the master bedroom, comfy patio furniture, grill and hot tub both worked great, and check in was a breeze. Thank you for a relaxing weekend!

Amazing Condo!

Beautiful and amazing condo but the king mattress was really squeaky, the kitchen cabinets were in need of major repair and the checkout time is 10am and that is just too early. Otherwise I would have given it five stars!
