We booked this property because of the reviews, especially the ones stating communicating and interaction with the hosts was very good - no so for us. Prior to arrival, I asked a few pertinent questions, and was basically told that I was asking too many questions, and if it continued they would refund my deposit. When we saw there was not a microwave, I called and told them I expected them to get one for us to put on the counter. Since it was on the listing, I explained I would not have a booked the property without one. The owner started yelling at me and told me he knew I would be a problem. I am a host for a property near DisneyWorld. If one my guests tells me something in my home is broken, I immediately try to remedy the problem. I would never yell at them. I tried to explain to the host other things that were wrong. I also tried to tell him, as a host, I would want my guests to tell me what is wrong so I could correct it, rather than have my guests write a bad review. He did not listen to anything I was saying and just kept yelling at me. Only two outlets for everything in the kitchen. It was June, and all they had on the beds were down comforters, no sheets or light blankets. You either had the big heavy down comforter or nothing. There were not new sponges or cleaning items on the counter. The shower did not drain. All these things were tolerable. The worst was the treatment from the hosts. I would never return and advise others to look elsewhere.
