Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We’re glad you found the location and layout of the home comfortable and that you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your feedback as well. We are sorry the starter supplies did not meet your expectations. To ensure guests know exactly what is provided and what they may want to bring, we send this information before arrival. An email detailing these items was sent to you on September 15th at 8:01 a.m. It sounds as though those communications may have landed in a spam folder or simply been overlooked, which is unfortunate since their purpose is specifically to prevent the inconvenience you described. As is standard with vacation rentals, the items provided are an initial starter supply and are not intended to last throughout an entire stay. Guests staying more than just a couple of days should expect to purchase additional quantities based on their needs. We also intentionally do not leave consumable food products such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, or other items. For the health and safety of our guests, we cannot verify how these products were handled, stored, used, or whether they were altered after opening. For that reason, food and consumable kitchen products are removed between guests rather than passed along from one reservation to the next. We work very hard to be transparent about what guests can expect before they arrive, and we’re fortunate to welcome a large number of repeat guests who return to stay with us year after year. We are so glad to hear that you did enjoy your stay though and we hope to welcome you back again next year.

That's wonderful! We're so glad you had a great vacation and enjoyed everything about the home. We look forward to your return! Paradise Beach Homes

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled that the home was such a great fit for your group and that you enjoyed the amazing location and easy beach access. This home has become a guest favorite and we can certainly see why. We do appreciate your feedback regarding the pantry and we apologize for any inconvienience this may have caused. For the health and safety of our guests, we don’t leave food items such as seasonings or cooking oils between stays, as we have no way of knowing whether previously opened items have been altered or contaminated. While we understand the convenience of having those basics on hand, we simply don’t want to take that chance with our guests. We’re so glad you had such a wonderful vacation and would love to welcome you back again very soon! Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us. We really appreciate the business!
