EXCEPTIONAL VILLA FACING THE SEA: VILLA INFINITY

First of all we would like to thank you for your comments on the villa. We are glad that you are generally happy with the villa and that you would recommend the villa to others. With regard to the problem with the check in, this was a first for us too and it was an unfortunate technical mistake which we have insured will not happen again. As we were not made aware of your booking the usual excellent "meet and greet" service we provide was not presented to you. We apologize for this but we believe that we compensated you for this inconvenience. Thank you for bringing to our attention the issue with wifi. As the villa is very large there may be areas outside that do not have the best connection. This is something we are going to look into and resolve. We are sorry that you found the amount of televisions in the villa insufficient but we believed that five televisions in the main villa plus the cinema room should be enough for the occupants. The large selection of DVD`s you mentioned are actually in many languages, including English. We have however taken on board your comment about the cinema room and the suggestion of recieveing Netflix. This is an excellent idea and one that we are looking to implement as soon as possible. Monsieur , merci pour votre avis et sachez que nous regrettons que vous n 'ayez pas apprécié le chemin d 'accès à nos villas et aux villas environnantes . Des centaines de vacanciers et tous les voisins empruntent ce chemin depuis des dizaines d 'années et aucun ne possède de 4X4 ni de voiture puissante puisque ce n 'est absolument pas nécessaire ...Le charme de cette situation et de cette vue dominante unique et exceptionnelle ne vous ont visiblement pas séduit .Vous êtes le premier ! aussi je peux comprendre que les gouts et attentes de chacun ne sont ni à contester ni à commenter ! Les photos totalement conformes à la présentation présentent la villa qui dispose de deux étages. Le plan ainsi que tous les détails sont très clairement précisés sur notre site et nous sommes très heureux de partager notre paradis avec autant de vacanciers qui reviennent tous les ans .
