Beautiful ground-floor, 3-bedroom / 3-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and patio with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 8 guests allowed in and 3 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

Great Stay!

Perfect place for 3 adults and 3 kids - stayed with my sister’s family and enjoyed the easy access to the ski shuttle buses and friendly staff. Very comfortable and well-appointed kitchen!

We really do like to see nice reviews like this and since it was guys trip, we appreciate that you took the time to write how clean the condo was upon your arrival. Our housekeepers rock and we will let them know about the positive feedback. We appreciate seeing that this three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo W1, here at Beaver Creek West condos worked for your crew. We hope you enjoyed the fully stocked brand-new kitchen in this unit. It's nice to have the option to cook if needed. However, this condo is located a short walk to many shops, restaurants and bars if you wanted to get out for a bite or a drink. We hope you were able to enjoy the FREE skier shuttles that Beaver Creek West has exclusively for our guests that go to Vail and Beaver Creek. Your condo is in a great location to catch our shuttle, or you can also walk to the Town of Avon skier shuttle (free too). So, getting around is easy and it save our guest from paying for parking at the ski resorts. Hope you were able to enjoy the nice, and very private hot tub right outside the condo. We have two other hot tubs, sauna and a heated year-around outdoor pool on the other side of the property. Please give us a shout for your next visit to the area, cheers and safe travels. Very good experience

This condo was very nice since it was clean when we got there and there was always hot water running. The rooms and space were nice so we would highly recommend for larger groups! We did not have any significant problems besides some of the doors being hard to close!

Broom Families

My family of six and my brother's family of 3 had plenty of room in this condo. We all enjoyed the easy access to the BC gondola that is near the condo. We also used the Vail shuttle twice. Lifelong memories were made here!

It's a great condo and you have a great location, which is just a few steps away from several transportation options. It makes it sooooo easy to get to the slopes. Glad you were able to use our FREE skier shuttle to Vail a few times. This is a fantastic amenity and it is so easy to use, and saves you from having to deal with parking (and paying) in Vail. Great location

The location of Beaver Creek West is great, easy park, lake and live music access. The condos, especially the one we stayed in, are pretty beat up and could use some TLC/facelift for the price charged per night for the unit. We loved having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms so the space and main floor unit was great just disappointed in the shape of the unit as it has been lived in hard so left us wishing it was better cared for. The same goes for the common area. Pool, hot tubs and pool furniture also are very dated and not maintained well so also are overdue for an update/cleanup.

Hello and thank you for the feedback, we are sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations for your recent trip. The rate for this very large three-bedroom condo is less than $100 per bedroom and we feel this is a fantastic rate for the large condo and superb location. We do indeed supply many photos of all of the 60 condos at Beaver Creek West. This is something most people like to look at prior to choosing a condo. We do indeed have many "nicer" condos with an associated price. It's all relevant. Yes, we agree, we are in a fantastic location next to Nottingham Park, lake and beach, walking distance from many restaurants, shops and bars. Hello and thank you for the awesome five star review on our Beaver Creek West condo. Hard to know if it was the awesome heated pool, three hot tubs, steps away from the awesome Nottingham Park and Lake, the sand beach and tons of water toy for rent. Or was it because the condo was a great place to relax in the mountain and just enjoy life. Regardless we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Great Vail condo

Easy access to ski Vail and Beaver Creek. Enough beds for our family and nice wood burning fireplace. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would def recommend abd stay again.

Great Location

This is a great property in a perfect location. Close to everything Avon has to offer. North side kitchen for donuts is also a must! We went way too many times. The condo has everything you need and plenty of space for a large group. We will definitely return.

Great location!

Our family was in the Vail area for our son's wedding. This condo was perfectly located an had plenty of space. Loved having three full bathrooms. We also rented the meeting room for the rehearsal dinner & it worked wonderfully. Thank you for a great stay!

Cozy condo, plenty of room

Very comfortable for 3 couples. We had 2 couples, one single and 2 kids and it was great. Everyone had their own space, very nice to have 3 separate bathrooms. Very warm, well stocked in kitchen, nice TV setup especially for the kiddos. Had an issue with the TV once but maintenance was quick to come and fix it.

Problematic but compensated for shortcomings

heat went out and had to sleep in 56 degree room for a night; Mike transferred us to a nice condo but it was 3 flights up instead of the ground floor we rented. Mike agreed and did refund a full night. Original condo ok but throw rugs dirty, pans for cooking had Teflon coming off and sticking to the food so upgrades needed. Leak under sink was fixed. Poor response for repairs by sending someone who did not know what to do.

Great condo for a big family

Highly enjoyed our stay here over the New Year's. Everything was as described in the listing. The property manager was very responsive whenever we needed something. The amenities (sauna, hot tub) were clean and functional and we really enjoyed those in the evenings. The location is very convenient for both Beaver Creek and Vail resorts. Thanks so much for hosting us and we'll be happy to rent from you again in the future!
