This oceanfront condominium, that provides a direct oceanfront view from the living room and the master bedroom, was professionaly decorated. This corner unit is located on the eighth floor of the beautiful Sunrise Pointe building that opened in late 2002. A family friendly residential area with guarded beaches during the summer beach season makes for a perfect family vacation spot.

Come and enjoy the beaches of the Grand Strand! Relax to the sound of ocean waves in this lovely four-bedroom, three-bath oceanfront condominium. From the private 30 foot balcony, watch the sunrise in the morning or catch the evening ocean breezes while you dine by moonlight. Take a refreshing dip in the ocean, the oceanside indoor or outdoor pool, the Lazy River or the Kiddie Pool. For those who need to check e-mail while relaxing, the unit comes with a high speed wireless internet connection.

This condominium has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a separate dining area so you can dine in or dine out as you choose. The unit includes a washer and dryer. Up to eight people can be accommodated by a King bed, two Queen beds and two Twin beds. There is nothing else needed except YOU!

Easily accessible from either the Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) or the Wilmington, NC Airport (ILM). Check both for the best fare if you are flying.

My family has visited Cherry Grove for the last 7 years and this condo is by far our favorite! The unit had everything we needed and then some! Plenty of room on the outdoor balcony to enjoy the morning sunrise and evening sunsets. Plenty of parking and zero issues just the way a vacation is supposed to be. We will see you next year !

Wonderful

Will stay again! Unit has been remolded and the pictures do not reflect it. Very satisfied with our stay and the property owner. So very helpful, was even able to find us an additional parking spot. Traditional ā€œhotelā€ linens and towels provided, so I will probably bring my own linens next time as I prefer softer sheets.

AMAZING!

This condo was perfect for us! We 7 adults, my family of four, my fiancƩ, my aunt and my grandmother. This was perfect. We had plenty of room and the condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and Jeff made check in, check out, and our whole stay very easy and enjoyable. We had 3 cars, and he was able to work out a 3rd parking spot for us which we greatly appreciated. We will be back!

Fantastic property

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this condo. Perfect location for family; quiet, but short drive to all we needed. The condo was unbelievable! Updates throughout, floor to ceiling. Complete kitchen reno with all new LG stainless appliances. Completely stocked with everything we needed. All 3 baths transformed. Master bath is spa-like, with walkin shower, double vanity, and free- standing soaker tub. Views are fantastic of ocean and waterway from the 8th floor unit just next to elevator. 2 dedicated covered parking spaces available. Great pools, lazy river and access to beach. Jeff, the owner, was great and easy to work with. We could not have been more pleased and hope to return in the future.

Perfect Stay!

This condo was perfect for a week in Myrtle Beach! And Jeff was great with communication and quick to respond. It's located in a residential area so it's not too crazy busy and crowded on the beach. It's still convenient and close to everything you could possibly need though. The condo itself is immaculate! The pictures do not do it justice AT ALL! All furnishings, flooring, counters, showers and bathroom fixtures have been updated and are gorgeous. The unit is well equipped. The regular size washer and dryer were very nice to have for the week. The only thing I would say could be improved would be providing dish towels and more bathroom towels and washcloths. The view from the living room and balcony is beautiful. You are directly on the beach-we could keep an eye on our teenage kids who were down at the beach while we were sitting on the balcony. The unit is right next to the elevator which is super convenient. We were worried about the pool being too small but it was never a problem. The indoor pool was also great to have. We just wish there was a hot tub. :) We loved this condo so much we already talked about returning next year!

Well maintained and spacious

I think Cherry Grove is my favorite beach on the entire east coast! A great 4 brm, 3 bath corner unit on the ocean, fully equipped kitchen and tastefully decorated. No carpet -- great for sand. Loved the location -- not at all commercial.

One of the best ever vacays

This unit did not disappoint!!! The owner was super and helped with all questions. The unit was totally equipped and perfectly decorated. It also held the 7 of us and we never felt overcrowded. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture inside and out. We will definitely be booking again.

Perfect for a family getaway

Our family wanted a chance to get together after the COVID threat lessened. We were coming from Fl, NC, MD and VA. This condo offered us a quiet, comfortable and beautiful place to do that. The beach was easily accessible for these who wanted some sun time and a beautiful ocean view for those who wanted to just sit on the balcony. As novice VRBO users, we had a number of questions about the condo that the owner answered immediately, regardless of when we contacted him.

Girlfriends getaway

The 4 of us really enjoyed our 5 night stay. This condo is lovely and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the large balcony with a spectacular beach view. Highly recommend.

Great oceanfront view

Very nice, spacious condo with a large balcony that gives a great view over the beach. Easy access to the beach. Two specific parking spaces are a real plus. Highly recommended.

2nd time renter-- home away from home

Jeff was very responsive as always in regards to all my calls and texts. The condo location and views are priceless. The unit had everything we needed from cooking supplies to clean bedding sheets that were individually in separate bags. The only downside to our trip was that the elevators were acting up during the first 4 days of our stay. The unit is on the 8th floor and the elevator technicians were there daily but it took them a while to fix it. Thru all of this Jeff followed up with HOA President and elevator people daily and kept me posted. This is why I'll be staying a 3rd time at this unit in the near future!
