Perfect for up to 3 people, this newly renovated fourth-floor, one-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Recoleta, is ideal while visiting the city for pleasure, work, or studies. The living room sofa converts to a single bed if required.

Bright, natural light and an open, spacious view highlight this apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen, dining for four, full bathroom and large bedroom with a queen bed make this an ideal space for guests wishing to stay in one of the most vibrant, elegant areas of Buenos Aires.

The cozy air-conditioned LIVING ROOM/DINING AREA has rich hardwood floors, sofa, dining table for four guests, and an island with direct access to the open kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows with Juliet balcony provide ample, natural light and fresh air.

The apartment’s large air-conditioned BEDROOM offers guests comfortable sleeping accommodations, complete with queen-size bed, flat screen TV, wireless phone (for local calls), large closet with an attached safe, and hardwood floors. A large bedroom window offers plenty of natural light and abundance of fresh air when open.

The fully appointed KITCHEN directly accesses the living room and features white cupboards, granite countertop, and an island with two Michael Thonet designer bar stools. The kitchen comes complete with full gas stove/oven, pots and pans, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, french-press coffeemaker, quality tableware for four people, and many kitchen gadgets.

The modern BATHROOM contains a full tub/shower, toilet, bidet and sink with a marble-topped vanity. A hair dryer is included.


The LAUNDRY AREA has a washing machine and a convenient area for air-drying clothes.

This is a non-smoking apartment.

Top na Recoleta!!

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa, apesar de ter acontecido um problema com o acionador da descarga do WC , e também não termos conseguido administrar a máquina de lavar roupas, mas foi resolvido o problema da descarga e a máquina, espero lavar bastante roupas na próxima estada. Sugiro também dar uma melhorada no estofado do sofá da sala. A Pia nos atendeu muito bem e sempre que solicitada se fazia presente.

Great Stay

We had a great visit to BA. Valeria was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. She provided an extensive list of restaurants and places to see. The apartment was perfect for our needs and located in a very safe area.

Excellent location, unit and communication

Worked out perfectly and appreciated the air conditioning since it was 34 degrees celcius everyday we were here. Apartment worked perfectly for the two of us with bakeries, restaurants, grocery store and sightseeing within walking distance. The property manager was really personable and we enjoyed meeting her.

Nice base for BA

I stayed here for eight days and was always happy to return here at the end of a long day of touring the city. The neighborhood is very safe, it’s easy to find buses on Google maps, sometimes right outside your door. There are tons of good places to eat within walking distance. I would stay here again.

We experienced a black out and was unable to exit/enter the building with the electronic key. Was told the back up battery had died even though they only switched to electronic entry just 2 months ago. The host did not provide us with a manual key. Unfortunately, the host was out of town and did not reach out to us even though problems started occurring. A 3rd person designated to check us in did not know the host and she did her best for us. It was over New Year's and the bldg manager was unavailable. The bldg was old and the unit was very tired and worn. We had issues with the plumbing …. The shower head fell off the wall on our first day and narrowly missed my husband’s head. The bathtub had peeled and there were mold in the grout. There were spiders and cobweb and a very dirty floor. The end table is also coming apart. Sheets and towels had old stains. What a shame! The location of Recoleta was excellent. The unit is in dire need of some TLC.

Lugar muy acogedor

El apartamento muy lindo y acogedor. Está centrado en el medio Buenos Aires en la zona de Recoleta. Está ubicado a unas cuadras del mall. Hay 3 restaurantes que nos encantaron, La Olla de Félix, Fervor y Rodi. Así también hay panaderías muy cerca a una cuadra o dos. Usamos el autobús todos días para movilizarnos usando la tarjeta Sube y Google. Nuestro viaje fue un placer y disfrutar de Buenos Aires. Estamos agradecidos por Pia que nos recibió bien y nos recomendó varios lugares.

A great location

We were only here for three nights between a cruise and a land tour. This was a great location to get to anywhere and take the hop on hop offbus. There were lots of reasonably priced restaurants in the area as well as shopping necessities.

Very nice stay

The apartment is located very conveniently in Recoleta and not far from supermarkets and other services. The apartment is just as it was described. It’s on the 4th floor of the building but there are internal lifts. It’s at the back so that makes it quieter. It had all the amenities we needed. Very nice stay.

Great Location!

This apartment in Recoleta is in the BEST location! 2 blocks from the cemetery, near a Subte stop, Carrefours grocery store is 1-1/2 short blocks away, and sidewalk cafes galore! The building is secure (locked at all times), although we didn’t see much of the doorman. 2 elevators, and trash disposal on every floor. The apartment is small but the bedroom is separate from the living/dining room. It was very nice to have a washing machine in the apartment as well. The place can use a bit of sprucing up, but nothing that will affect your stay — curtains and such. Communication with the friendly property manager was very prompt, and she was able to provide great contacts for transportation and tours!

Loved this apartment. Perfect for a couple or 1 person. Very airy, lots of light. Quite, clean, very cute and convenient. Location is excellent and the owners were very helpful, accesible and friendly. Would definitely recommend it or stay there again!

Exceptional service and extremely well located apartment. I was on business and it was perfect!

Valeria and Pia were extremely professional in all aspects. My bag was lost and then sent the following day and Pia offered for me to send to her so I could be away during the day. They also helped with several other things and could not have been nicer or more pro. I prefer this area when in BA for business and/or pleasure. You can’t beat the location. As for the apartment it has all you need and is also very quiet as it faces the back. Private and nice!!

Clean and quiet in a bustling location

Valeria's apartment was just as advertised. Fully equipped with kitchen accessories, nice towels, blackout shades in the bedroom, good water pressure, etc., made for a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness and quiet were my top criteria, and this place checked those boxes. Recoleta is full of buses and street traffic, so this was a welcome respite from the noise in an ideal location. Also, Valeria and her assistant Pia were extremely responsive whenever I needed something. I highly recommend this rental.

Great location, Great value

I stayed 8 nights by myself and I loved it particularly because there are coffee shops, cozy restaurants, bakery and supermarket in the middle of Recoleta. I could come back easily between the sight seeings or before going out at night for a show,etc. I also liked the shower that had strong water pressure and it was really hot. The apartment is not new but it was really clean and cozy. They sent a cleaning lady once during my stay to clean, also changing the towels and bed sets. The only thing that I had to adjust myself was the fact that the hall on the floor was sometimes dark (which was subject to a sensor I guess) but I didn’t even bother to ask anyone about it and instead I used the cell phone light to find a key hole on the door. The owner and the person assigned were very helpful to give information and good suggestions and solution when needed. This place is highly recommended for a solo traveler or a couple.

Wonderful location, apartment, and host

Before I get to the property, let me restate what others have said. Valeria is a wonderful host (be sure to get dining recommendations) and Pia is so very responsive. They're incredible. The apartment is as described. The location was perfect for us. So much within walking distance (although we're willing to walk quite a distance) and what isn't is a quick taxi ride. The place is clean and quiet. The water pressure--always an issue for me--is phenomenal. We cooked dinner a couple of nights easily with the utensils and supplies in the kitchen. Plenty of drawers and closet space to unpack. Strong and consistent wifi. The air conditioning saved us the first few days we were there because it was awfully humid out and warm. We appreciated that it is very sunny; and the mechanical shade in the bedroom kept it dark in the mornings. The instruction book covered all the necessities. Highly recommend.

Excellent apartment in lovely safe location

We spent a week here. And it exceeded our expectations! Whilst if fronts a side street, the apartment is located at the back of the block which makes it wonderfully quiet with a sunny aspect. We walked everywhere (or took Uber taxis which was very inexpensive). We loved people watching at LaBiela cafe, end enjoyed some very inexpensive good quality meals at the Rodi Bar and La Olla de Felix (outstanding food but a bit more pricey). We also enjoyed a visit to La Ventana Tango show ($4.30 ride with Uber) If we ever return we will stay here again as it offers everything we need... washing machine, nice kitchen and bathroom with bath and great shower water pressure. Less than 5mins walk is a big Carrefour supermarketand lots of excellent delicatessens and fishmongers. Again within minutes are lots of pleasant restaurants and cafes. We have been to BA before, and this is the BEST location!
