Great place for a Scottsdale getaway! 5/10 minute WALK to Old Town Scottsdale!!

Welcome to my home. It’s been in my family since 1997 and I only host ONE PROPERTY this one !!

2 blocks South (very walkable) to heart of Old Town Scottsdale!!! Location! Location! Location!!! Walk to civic center, Giants park, look at map!! All the places you want to go!! This is my only rental and after a year it is ready for the pickiest of renters- super clean and everything is new.

Newly tiled, completely updated 3 bedrooms, (all new beds) 1 full walk in shower with rain shower too- and 2 1/2 baths - New bath added to master suite- One block each direction- plus plus in a few minutes- walk or take a golf cart to all- they run by complex. Let me know and I will fill it ahead of time with your favorite grocery items, or specific items to make your stay the best!!

Comfortable sleeping w/ 1 king bed in master, 2 queens in secondary bedrooms and 1 twin pullout bed downstairs. All bedrooms upstairs - all tile though out and fresh paint, new windows, new window treatments. Complex has great pool area and large green space outside the front door. Can you say fresh air and close to all!! Parking a plenty and dining room holds 4 plus breakfast bar. My own family uses it, (nothing like having a sister/cousin in Scottsdale) but clients become like family. There's a fully stocked kitchen, cook away. Master bath has a great private toilet/vanity and dressing area/closet. Master is very large, and comfortable. There's plenty of room for a family and kids are welcome.

Large open kitchen with sit down dining for 6 and breakfast bar. Stacked washer and dryer in unit w laundry soap supplied.

Wonderful back patio with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful evenings here! New BBQ is ready for you to show off some culinary skills! Table outside gives you a great extra area for entertaining. Covered parking for 2 + guest spot is by unit- you can fit 3 cars in my parking spots.

Close to all events including walking distance (10-15 minute) to SF Giants Spring Training,; Old Town shopping and dining.

Located 10 min from Sky Harbor and a short car ride to WM Open, West World. ASU Football is a 10 minute ride; Scottsdale Civic Center and foodie events are 10 minutes from the door of the condo walking !!

Phoenix Zoo, Botanical Gardens, hiking, golf, live music festivals, AZ Culinary Festival, Hole-in-the-Rock too! Amazing Location!

Awesome place!

Perfect place for our spring training girls trip! Host was over the top in making us feel at home. Very cute decor, plenty of room for the six of us. Plus walking distance from old town and the stadium. Can’t wait to go back next year!!

Clean and well set up. The owner (Freddie) did a nice refurbishment and put a lot of thought into it. She was always available and easy to work with. Family vacation in a great Scottsdale location. Highly recommended

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here and were so lucky to have such a great host in Freddie. The short walk to all the best of Old Town was perfect. The condo was clean and stocked, and provided a great spot for our family which included a 2 year old. The pool was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Couldn't have asked for more! Thanks so much for all the help!

Comfortable Stay

We had a comfortable 2 week stay at this property. It is located close to Old Town Scottsdale, within walking distance to many restaurants and art galleries and at a short drive to great hiking trails. Freddy was very responsive. She dropped off an additional table lamp for living room the very next day after reporting inadequate lighting. We would definitely stay here again!!

Modern, clean and comfy

This spotless condo is in the perfect location, has been newly remodeled with modern finishes, and is very well stocked. The owner thought of everything from snacks and coffee to toiletries and a magnifiying LED lighted make-up mirror. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens are high quality. The owner was easily accessible via email and phone. I highly recommend this condo, and plan to return when in the Scottsdale area again!

Scottsdale winter stay

This location was sufficient for our purposes but was not as accurate for the VRBO description. Upon arrival we had to run all the dishes through the dishwasher as there was film on the flatware, glasses, and dishes. The inside of the refrigerator needed to be cleaned as spill stains were left behind. The grill on the back patio needed extensive cleaning to be usable as there were foodstuff on the grates and climbing vines covering the grill. After our efforts to clean all items described, this location met our needs.

Very cozy & comfortable

We are a family of 4 and stayed in the condo over the Christmas break. I was very large and spacious. The kitchen had all the dishes, utensils, cookware needed. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and two bathrooms were an added bonus. The house location is walking distance to old town and many various restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this condo, it felt like home to us.

Just AMAZING

All I can say is that my Wife & I had the time of Our lives. The property is located in an ideal spot to visit the shopping area in Scottsdale and for places to dine, well whatever you're hungry for you'll find it in a 5 min. drive in any direction. The unit itself (668698) is immaculate to settle into after a day of touring ( in our case golfing) then a dip in the pool to cool off. Don't pass-up on the opportunity to visit & stay and have as mush fun as We did on our 9 night stay. Don't worry, we'll be back on Our next trip to Scottsdale.

Freddie's place was great! We had a fantastic time in Scottsdale. This rental was so conveniently located to the Spring Training facility, the zoo, downtown Scottsdale and many more sites. Freddy even called me to give me recommendations for where to go with our 3 year old daughter (The Train Park is a must see!) We would stay here again!

Great place, great location, great interaction

The unit is ideally located for walking to downtown Scottsdale for dining, shopping, and night life. It is also an easy walk to Scottsdale Stadium for SF Giants Spring Training games! The unit itself is great. It is a two story with 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The family room and kitchen/dining are downstairs, with a nice powder room. Each room has its own cool theme: the bistro kitchen, Hollywood family room, Sinatra bedroom, etc. Very clean and very quiet. The pool is only steps from the front door, and is large and well-kept. The landlady Freddie is awesome to deal with - she really bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. She is a realtor too, and we even bought a house through her while we were there! We really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in the heart of the neatest part of Scottsdale.

Very pleasant stay

Freddie's condo was as advertised. Very clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked with towels, extra blankets, kitchen supplies, etc. Freddie was a great host. Always promptly responded to any questions we had. We had no issues at all while staying there. Enjoyed the close proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. The pool is beautiful, but chilly as we visited in February and it is not heated, but we went swimming anyway.

Great place to stay for 3 old guys.

This was a very nice condo. Very clean. Spacious. Comfortable. The kitchen counter around the sink is a bit worn but the condo was perfect for 3 friends in Scottsdale for 3 days of golf. We cooked breakfast and went out for dinner. Adequate kitchen ware and utensils for dinner meals had we wished. Freddie was timely and prompt with information and answers. The WiFi internet worked well and we had no problems. Would stay here again under the same circumstances.

Great location, lots of space

Just returned from four great nights in this condo. Seven people celebrating turning 40 by going to spring training games. Freddie was there when we arrived but otherwise left us to our own accord. There were no issues at all with the condo. Loved the location, size of the condo, bedrooms, kitchen, pool, etc. We spent most of our time on the back patio - when not at baseball games or in Old Town (walking distance) -just hanging out or cooking. This really is a great set up for those that prefer the home feeling over a hotel or even a smaller rental as we never felt like we were on top of each other.

Great Experience, Amazing Location

If you want a place that is three blocks from everything, this is the place for you. My family had a wonderful stay, Freddie was absolutely a delight. She is very clear how easy she is to reach and she stays completely away, unless you call she is right there. It is really nice to have the owner in town, just 10 mins away. The place is comfortable and more spacious than the pictures give credit. We will be using this place again when we go back to Spring Training

Lovely condo

We had the pleasure of staying here for a first trip to spring training. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed - in the kitchen and also plenty of towels. Freddie was great to work with. The location can't be beat. There were six of us - and it accommodated us very nicely. The pool was a good size, not very busy, and with a nice area all around for enjoying the sun. The complex was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. I would definitely love a chance to vacation there again.

Perfect Spot

Location is awesome... Walking distance to Scottsdale Stadium, and Old Town Scottsdale... Plenty of nearby golf courses... The condo is set up prefectly... 3 upstairs bedrooms are comfy... Plenty of towels for showers, and the pool... Speaking of the pool... It is large enough to do laps, and well maintained... The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving... and last...Freddie is a gem to work with... We'll be back

Golf Vacation

I stayed there for 5 weeks, everything was great. It is ,clean & nicely furnished, good TV, quiet, (no road noise) good kitchen ,& it had a nice back patio, for BBQ, and drinks. The location is great, easy to move around from. You can walk , or drive. It is only a few blocks from almost everything. 2 cover parking spots. The owner was great, and fun to work with. Every enjoyable stay!!

Great Golf Trip

Stayed here with 4 golfers and had a great time. Great access to golf, walk to many restaurants in old town, easily accommodated us. Great back patio for beverages and a cigar at night to discuss the days round. Freddie was a joy to work with, had plenty of advice on places to go, golf courses, etc. Will be back

Perfect for our requirements

This place is just darling. They thought of everything from plenty of towels and hangers to kitchen utensils and even some food stuff. There is a movie or entertainment type theme to the decor which makes is every more "friendly". Kitchen has a high table which will seat six. We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient and the car is parked right at your door which makes it easy for loading and unloading. Will surely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful rental!

Stayed for 20 year high school reunion. Location was perfect for all reunion events. Walking distance of great restaraunts and shopping in Old Town Scottsdale. Rental has all the amenities of home....if thats what you came for, or a great place to relax, grab some food, hang in front of the tv for a few minutes then head out to the pool or whatever adventure is nearby. Speaking of nearby!, Camelback mountain, Scottsdale Zoo, Botanical Gardens and a short drive to watch a Diamondbacks or Cardinals game! Beautiful downstairs Kitchen and family room with bedrooms upstairs with a TV in the Master Bedroom! Wonderfully decorated, maintained and managed.

Great condo and great location

Stayed here for five days, and loved all of it! Great location, close to Old Town Scottsdale, and easy access to the Phoenix Zoo, Botanical Gardens. Plus, walking distance to the Giants Spring Training stadium!! Kitchen is ready for cooking, and the outdoor patio area is wonderful for morning coffee or late afternoon beverage time. Great setup with comfortable living room area with flat screen TV....TV upstairs in master bedroom also. Complex has a beautiful green space, and with this being an end unit, not too much noise there.

Spring Training get away

We rented this place for a week of spring training baseball. Thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a great close location within walking distance to old town Scottsdale and the stadium.

This condo has been in my family since 1996. Super comfy and home like clean place to land. I purchased this property to make my own during a transition in my life. It was a wonderful place to call home. You cannot beat the location and all it has to offer. I have plush towels, nice linens and really great knives, cookware, and coffee pot, microwave, and anything a cook would like. It is all there are ready for you. By request I will stock items, and add what will make your stay memorable for you and yours. Just me, and only this rental I own.
