Dear Guest, I’m sorry to hear that your stay was unpleasant. I would like to clarify that our listing has two complete bathrooms, one upstairs with a bathtub and shower head, and another downstairs with a shower. We have posted pictures of both bathrooms on our listing to ensure transparency. Our coffee machine is a Senseo machine, which is easy to use for visitors from different parts of the world. We also offer complimentary coffee pods to get you started in the morning until you can visit one of the nearby cafes, which are within walking distance. While most of the beds are located upstairs, we have a sofa bed downstairs in the living room to accommodate guests who have difficulty climbing stairs. This detail is also pictured and mentioned in our listing. Regarding your concern about the heating, I’m unclear about the issue as it is working fine. It would have been helpful if you had contacted me about any issues you had during your stay so that I could have addressed them immediately. I’m disappointed to see your one-star review as the house was spacious enough to accommodate your large group, was thoroughly cleaned, properly supplied with clean linen, located in an ideal location for your group to get around, and I was available by phone.

La maison est grande en effet et il est difficile de vérifier tous les placards de cuisine en sus de faire 11 lits, nettoyer sept pièces et les deux salles de bain... tout cela dans un temps et un budget contraint. La capacité d'accueil et le confort reste - à mon sens - d'un rapport qualité / prix inégalable pour le coin.
