Even Nicer than Expected!

My husband and I really enjoyed this peaceful setting and the delicious fruit trees in the huge backyard. A filtered water system was an unexpected bonus. Makes great coffee. Safeway was walkable for a few groceries. Bella Luna is a great little restaurant nearby. Jan and Billy were responsive to every need.

A great find in Goodyear

My son and I had a great stay at Jan's property. Set back in a culdesac, quiet and peaceful for the most part. We used the back patio at night to relax after returning from the NASCAR races. Her place would make a GREAT stay for a family, a very well stocked kitchen, immaculate master bedroom/bathroom. Plenty of space in the living room to have a movie movie. Friendly neighbors as well (one from Ohio, just like us)!! All in all if you're reading my review, I recommend staying at her place for your stay in the area.

Terrific property with all the essential amenities to satisfy your needs in the kitchen, relaxing on the patio or engaging in outdoor activities like bike riding. Great proximity to shopping, grocery, medical support, and restaurants. Two Spring Training ballparks are situated wonderfully close to this property for cheering on your favorite team. This home's owner provides wonderful support and was always available when needed. We highly recommend this property as a home away from home.

Enjoy the warm WINTER weather Star Star Star Star Star The house, location and the owner Jan were all great! Very comfortable home located in a quiet cul de sac. The home was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, with great high-end bedding and towels. My only issue was the price originally posted on VRBO's website was not what I ended up paying. The original post advertised the “total cost” with a lodging tax to be determined. TWO fees AND a security deposit in addition to the lodging tax were charged during the booking process. I could not watch much TV on Jan’s unique cable TV system. I’m sure it was my lack of training on this system. Overall, we had an awesome time and I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Goodyear, AZ area.

Lovely place to stay in AZ

Well stocked and maintained home that has convenient shopping near by. Always prompt communication with owner. Pickleball courts just blocks away. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Goodyear - Awesome place!

The property, house, location and owner were all great! I highly recommend it to all wanting to stay in the Goodyear area. Wonderful, warm housing community, great location, it was just perfect! Thank you Jan for making everything work!

Well pleased.

This property is as advertised and was a very pleasant experience. We had a great staycation there and it was very relaxing with many activities very close by. Jan was very responsive and helped tutor me on her unique cable TV system. PS: The oranges were terrific!!!

Very comfortable in quiet cul de sac. Came as advertised. Suggestions: indicate that water to laundry needs to be turned ON before using. Type detailed instructions on use of TV. Some intermittent problems with pause in TV signal and on several occasions when programming was dropped completely. Nice to have kitchen spices, paper products, tin foil, etc supplied and/or left by prior renters. Supplement other sizes of sauce pans. Only two in cabinets. A vegetable steamer, smaller glassware would be nice. Thanks, Steve and Carol

Great house, great neighbourhood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It was just the right size with 3 bedrooms, and it was very well equipped. We home cooked all our meals for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room had comfortable furniture, a nice large tv, and a few board games and books. The beds were also very comfortable, with some great high-end sheets. The house is also in a very nice neighbourhood, where we felt safe to go for walks day or night, and we were walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and parks. Overall, great stay and great service from Jan. No complaints!

Nice place

Overall we had a nice stay. House was clean and well equipped. Good location for us as we had other family down and this location was 10 minutes away from their house. Had a few issues with booking as the price originally on the website was not what we ended up paying. Owner said it was VRBO's mistake. We did settle on a mutually acceptable price. Also they are super picking after check out so don't expect to get a full refund of your damage deposit.

Comfortable, quiet home. Perfect for relaxing.

Excellent location, all services minutes from the house. So nice to sightsee and explore knowing you are returning to this small oasis. Far enough from Phoenix to be out of mass humanity, but very centrally located. The house was everything and more than we had hoped for. Weather was perfect! We will definitely plan a return visit here. Thank you Jan and Bill!

Wonderful place to stay

The house is in a great location with lots of restaurants and golfing close by. The backyard is private and a wonderful place to hang out. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed.The bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here. Would love to come back again. Thank you Jan & Billy ! Great house and location

My husband and I just spent our 7th year in the Goodyear area for baseball spring training. We have enjoyed every year but this year was even better because of this house. The proximity to ballparks, shopping and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. The home itself is well equipped with just about everything you need to make yourself at home. We appreciated the quality of linens and towels as well as a well stocked kitchen. The backyard is private and the overall neighborhood is quite with a nice walking path a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked this property for next year. Jan and Billy were fantastic and took care of the few minor issues that we encountered. Overall, an A+ rental.

Palm Valley Gem

We had a wonderful month long stay in this home. Jan and Billy were great hosts and thought of lots of nice touches to make this house feel like home! The backyard is perfect and provided many hours of enjoyment. The oranges and grape fruits were a real treat. Palm valley is a great location,close to everything! The bikes were fun! Loved The Wigwam Resort for breakfast. Pie at The Village Inn. Thanks again for a great stay!
