Beautiful Estrella Mountain Home with Private Pool and Putting Green

Our Estrella Mountain Ranch Resort Home has three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, a private pool (not heated) and a putting green. New carpets were installed in all bedrooms in January 2025.

We are only five minutes to the world class Nicklaus designed Estrella Golf Course and steps away from tennis, pickle ball, volleyball and basketball courts as well as two beautiful lakes and walking paths.

Two additional bedrooms with queen sized beds.
Two full bathrooms (shower, bathtub and toilet).
Free high speed WiFi internet service.
Hiking/biking/walking trails nearby.
Free use of mountain bikes and tennis rackets.

Use of the Starpointe and Presidio Club gym facilities and yacht club (kayaks, canoes, peddle boats, etc.) MAY be available. You may join community groups at the Residence Club to play bridge, mahjong or go on nearby hikes.

Our home welcomes you with a beautiful sitting and office area and features a fully equipped kitchen and family room. Enjoy our professionally landscaped outdoor living space which includes an in-ground pool (not heated) putting green, covered patio area with wicker furniture, pool lounge chairs and patio dining set. A BBQ is also available for your outdoor cooking needs.

Watch Cleveland or Cincinnati Spring training in their nearby Goodyear Ball Park facility or take in the NASCAR races at the nearby PIR facility. Whether your preference is College sports, NBA Basketball, MLB Baseball or NFL Football they are all only a short drive away. Although beautiful Estrella Golf Course is only a five minute drive away from our home there are numerous other championship golf courses to enjoy not too far away.

You can shop at your favourite name brand and designer factory outlet stores at Tanger Outlets in nearby Glendale or enjoy the many concerts that are put on in the Phoenix area. Grocery shopping can be done at Safeway which is minutes away or enjoy a great Stromboli or your favorite pizza at the Taste of Italy.

The house was clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Maybe having instructions on how to operate the TV remote controls would be helpful. Other than that the place was wonderful and we highly recommend it

This property was well maintained with everything that you needed to make your stay enjoyable. We traveled with my wife and two children. The pool and the putting green made the trip for them. The house is located in the area that's not too far from all of the major shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants which made things very convenient. The neighborhood is extremely quiet which made for a relaxing vacation.

Lovely home in great neighborhood

This house was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture and of course the pool was amazing in the summer heat. Very responsive hosts. I appreciate the opportunity to bring our beloved dog with us on vacation. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful!

We spent six weeks in this lovely home. It was extremely clean, organized and well cared for. We spent every morning drinking coffee by the pool, enjoyed the sunsets each evening. The sitting area in the master bedroom was the perfect place to slip away to read or nod off. Kitchen was very well equipped. We loved our time here and hope to return.

Thanksgiving Stay

This property was perfect and right down the street from my parents!! Dogs really enjoyed their stay too. Would stay at this property again.

Long term rental

A few things that were disappointing. No garage door opener, dishwasher did not clean dishes and barbecue that did not work. Also, the yard was full of weeds. This is the first time I have not given 5 stars in the last 4 long term rentals.

This Home was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. We came in for a week for the NASCAR race and this was a perfect location. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and we had no issues accessing the home when we arrived.

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in - great location, beautiful house, very timely and professional responses from the home manager and owners every time we contacted them. Close to the South Lake which has many amenities; also close to grocery shopping and some eateries. Will definitely come again!

Great property

Clean and comfortable with everything you need.. Nice location within easy walk to a trail and the lakes. Well furnished with nice backyard and pool and fun putting green. Hosts were responsive to questions.

Needs TLC

This property has obviously been a rental for a while and the living room couch has that worn look to the cushions. There was an issue with the patio door not locking and some of the slats for the patio blinds were missing. After talking with both the owners and property maintenance we understood that the owners were aware of the patio door and blind issues and were going to address upon their return in April. I would have felt much better if I had been made aware of the patio door not being able to be locked before I arrived. There was a pole in the door tracks but it was not sufficient enough to keep the door from being opened. My husband put a different pole in the tracks but we did not have a locking door during our entire stay. I am not leaving a bad review because the house is very nice and we did enjoy our stay. I just wish that we had been advised on the patio door issue prior to our arrival.

Perfect place while purchased home is finished

This house worked out great as we were moving to AZ from out of state had already purchased a house in the neighborhood but needed a place to stay while it was renovated. I was able to “work from home” except for one day when the internet went out due to an outage in the area. No fault of the owners. Overall it was perfect for what we needed and much better than staying in a hotel for 10 days.

Stress reliever!

We booked this property very last minute, as we had a family emergency, and Chuck and Cindy were incredibly accommodating. After the emergency went from bad to worse, we had to extend our stay twice and Chuck and Cindy were amazing. We really appreciated the flexibility with our trip. It was a huge relief to know we had a wonderful home to stay in when we were away from our own. The pool and putting green were certainly a bonus! ;) thank you, Chuck and Cindy!

Lovely home, neighborhood & hosts

My family stayed at Chuck & Cindy’s home while our house up the street was being built. We love the Estrella area and this home is perfectly situated near shopping, restaurants, and the 2 lakes up here. The home is very comfortable. It was the perfect size for this family of 3 and our 2 dogs. Kitchen had everything we needed and the entire home was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect for afternoon dips. Having access to the garage was a godsend and having a bike to use was amazing since we sold mine before moving. Chuck and Cindy were so accommodating and a pleasure to rent from. 5 stars all around. Would absolutely recommend!

Good stay at Estrella Mountain

We really loved the area - especially within walking distance of the park and lakes. Had a few initial issues with the house but they were resolved quickly. Overall we really liked the house - could use a few more kitchen supplies (baking pans, silverware) and beach towels. Our biggest disappointment was not being able to use the gorgeous pool because it was too cold (which we knew ahead of time wasn't heated) - would have liked the option to heat the pool. Rick the property manager was especially helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful and clean home

Property is accurately listed. Super clean and hosts were quick to reply with any questions. House is within walking distance of trails. A lake with a walking path, picnic tables, and playground was a 3 minute drive. Also super close to grocery/ Walgreens/ yummy pizza spot. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Not pictured was a nice mountain view from the pool and a nice 4 top outdoor dining table with umbrella. Would recommend to any family.
