Magnificent villa of about 150 m² facing the sea located on the heights of Antibes in a closed domain in absolute calm, the only opposite being the sea you will be immersed in lush greenery.
Ideal for spending a few days of rest you will find all the amenities close to the area and easy access to the beaches of Antibes or Juan les Pins
You can have the swimming pool (8 by 4) at your convenience (the very discreet owner will leave you the exclusive enjoyment)

Beautiful house, wonderful holiday

This location is so good, and we had a fabulous time. Stephanie and Francois could not have been more helpful or discreet, we were made to feel very welcome. Would definitely go back, and thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful holiday in this property. Francois and Stephanie were great hosts. The villa is beautiful and the facilities are great . The kids loved the pool. Everything was perfect and it’s a great location. We would highly recommend!

Stay 29th July for one week

We had a totally fantastic stay at this property. The villa was amazing, in a perfect location for visiting many beautiful places in the south of France. The pool area is stunning and we spent many hours relaxing here and then enjoying bbqs on the terrace. François and Stéphanie are a lovely and welcoming couple who were on hand to advise and help but never intrusive. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and would not hesitate to return.

Gorgeous views, beautiful swimming pool!

My husband and I, along with our two teenagers, spent a wonderful week here enjoying all the amazing things Antibes and the surrounding area offers. Francois and Stephanie live on the property, but are lovely people and completely unobtrusive. We had the refreshing swimming pool and garden area completely to ourselves. That said, they were available for any questions and suggestions and even made reservations for us on our behalf. The bedrooms are air conditioned which is a huge plus because we were there during a heatwave. The location was perfect for us as it was close to most things we wanted to explore but also offered a respite from the crowds. We would love to return!

Amazing holiday, beautiful villa with stunning views!!!

This was our first holiday where we can honestly say that we did not want to leave! The most relaxing and memorable holiday to date! This was the first time that we had booked a villa with HomeAway and the whole process was very easy, helped by Francois quick and friendly responses. We travelled as a party of 6, 3 adults and 3 children (11,11 &13). We were very warmly greeted by Francois and Stephanie. They could not have been more friendly and welcoming and given that we did not arrive at the villa until 7pm, Francois kindly drove us to the local supermarket and then collected us an hour later so that we could stock up for a couple of days! The photos don't do the villa justice! It was very clean and modern and the views were just incredible! There were several areas dotted around the villa where we were able to eat throughout the day. The villa is shared with the owners but everything (pool,BBQ etc) was exclusive to us and they were very discreet to the point that we did not even know they were there. Our flight was from Heathrow to Nice arriving at 5pm. We decided to take the train from the airport, but my advice would be to catch the no. 250 express bus directly from the airport to Antibes pole d'enchanges. This bus took less than half an hour and cost 11 euros per person. The no. 200 bus is also available for only 1.50 euros but can take over an hour. Once at Antibes we used UBER to hire a large vehicle and this cost 18-22 euro from the bus/train station (they are next to each other) to the villa. We loved walking around Antibes Old Town and ate out here on many occasions. Eze village is also a must! We decided not to hire a car and make use of the local buses, trains and UBER and a lot of walking but this suited us fine. There is a huge Carrefour supermarket approx 15 minutes walk from the villa. For lighter shops we walked there and back. For larger shops we would use UBER for the return journey, costing only 6 euros. The amount of fresh produce was excellent. Bus routes: Nearest bus stop from villa 10 minute walk - line 7 - limited times costs 1 euro to Antibes Next stop on is via Carrefour car park and a total of 20 minute walk from villa - lines 1,6 &9 these run very regularly and again cost 1 euro 200 bus from Antibes pole d'enchanges will take you to Cannes (45 minutes) or Nice (1hr) for only 1.50 TIP - take mosquito repellent We would definitely recommend this villa to friends & family. Perfekte Ferien

Wir waren als Familie mit Teenagern 2 Wochen im Haus. Alles ist so schön wie auf den Fotos, ruhige Lage aber trotzdem nur eine kurze Fahrt in die Altstadt und zu den Stränden. Großer Varrefour nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind super hilfsbereit aber immer diskret. Danke Francois und Stephanie!

Prettig huis op een mooie locatie met een mooi uitzicht.

Modern prettig en schoon huis met alles wat je nodig hebt (volledig ingerichte keuken, snelle wifi, TV) voor een mooie vakantie. Het terras biedt een prachtig uitzicht over de Middellandse zee. De overkapping biedt een gezellige plek om met elkaar wat te eten en te drinken. De gas BBQ heeft een bakplaat waarop je van alles kan maken. Vergt wel wat meer schoonmaakwerk in vergelijking tot een grillrooster dat je met een staalborstel kan schoonmaken. Het zwembad ligt aan de andere zijde van het huis. Daar moet je dan via de voorzijde naartoe. Fijn fris zwembad (niet te klein) met voldoende stoelen en ligbedden. Er is ook daar een overkapping met een eettafel. Het zwembad heeft helaas wel chloorwater, wat minder prettig is dan zout water. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en hebben allen airco. De bedden waren prima. Het sanitair op de slaapkamer beneden is wat onhandig. Het bad/douche op deze slaapkamer hebben we niet gebruikt. Douchen kun je beter boven doen. Het huis ligt op 10 minuten rijden van het centrum van Antibes en Juan-les-Pins en ook dicht bij de de uitvalswegen naar de A8. In de buurt is een enorme Carrefour waar alles te krijgen is. De eigenaren hebben we alleen gesproken bij het inchecken. Zij zijn erg vriendelijk en hebben ons prima wegwijs gemaakt in het huis. Hun huis bevindt zich onder hetzelfde dak als de vakantiewoning. Daar merk je echter niets van, want zij maken gebruik van een andere ingang. Het zwembad heb je helemaal voor jezelf.

Nach einer durch Staus verspäteten Anreise wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank lagen kalten Getränke für uns bereit. Da der aktuelle Sommer ganz besonders heiß ist, waren wir sehr froh, dass alle drei Schlafzimmer klimatisiert waren. Wir waren sehr gespannt auf die Unterkunft, da wir aus den Bildern nicht ganz schlau wurden. Daher hier eine kurze Zusammenfassung: Im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Duschbad. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit integriertem Wannenbad, Küche und ein WC. Entgegen der Annonce stand uns auch eine Waschmaschine mit großem Volumen zur Verfügung, welche wir jederzeit nach kurzer Nachricht nutzen konnten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Die Vermieter wohnen in der vorderen Hälfte des Hauses. Sie verhalten sich jedoch so "diskret", dass wir sie nur zur An- und Abreise wahrgenommen haben. Die Lage ist top: von der Terrasse und vom Poolbereich kann man das Meer sehen Ein gigantischer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Nach Antibes benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten. Cannes, Nizza und Gourdon sind in ca. einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Zusätzlich haben wir auch Ausflüge nach Monaco und Sanremo in Italien unternommen.

Super toller Urlaub mit Freunden

Magnifique villa avec vue

Excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison, vue sur la mer, sur les hauteurs d'Antibes. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et totale discrétion, et ont à coeur de favoriser le meilleur séjour possible. Piscine et coin salon barbecue très appréciables, on se sent à l'aise de suite, sous couvert du chant des cigales ! Nous recommandons à 100% !

Das Objekt hält, was seine Beschreibung im Inserat verspricht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten alles, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Wunderschöne Ferien an einem tollen Ort

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche an einem der schönsten Orte der Erde. Das Haus ist eine "Augenweide", wir genossen den tollen Pool täglich (neben dem schönen Meer). Die Vermieter (François & Stéphanie) waren sehr nett und äusserst hilfsbereit. Sie hielten sich diskret im Hintergrund (waren sie überhaupt da?) :-) und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps. Jederzeit wieder!!! Superferien!!!

Sehr schöne Lage mit einem fantastischen Blick auf´s Meer.

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Freunde dort. Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Hang mit Blick auf das Meer und auf die Bucht von Nizza. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nebenhaus, sind quasi "unsichtbar", aber angenehme Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar. Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug, um einen angenehmen Tag dort zu verbringen. Meistens waren wir aber in der Umgebung unterwegs. Gibt ja schließlich einiges zu sehen! Fazit: Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen und uns sehr erholt. An idyllic place to spend two weeks.

As we walked through the gate of this residence and down a path we were hit by a beautiful pool and an even more staggeringly beautiful view of the Mediterranean coast. The house inside was immaculately clean, very spacious and very well equipped. There were two French windows from the main living room area which led onto a large terrace where we continued to marvel at the spectacular sea views. The photographs of the property don’t show the immense skyline and mountain views that can be seen from the pool and from the terraced area. You can see Nice and further along the coast line from the terrace and enjoy the forever changing light of the mountains. Even from inside the main living area we were always aware of the sea and were able to watch the large yachts coming in to Antibes. This was a great base to go off exploring the area, we visited Port Grimaud (a mini Venice) and from there took a boat trip to St.Tropez. We went to Grasse where we made our own perfume at the Galimard perfume factory and visited Antibes most evenings. We have rented many houses in this price bracket and and I am pretty hard to please but this property was in the perfect location to explore the area, spotless ( our son has a severe dust allergy and asthma) and the owners were a delight, extremely helpful and welcoming. The only way this house would be completely perfect is if it had air conditioning in the main living room rather than just in the bedrooms. This house and location are going to be extremely difficult to match when choosing our next holiday destination! Many thanks to François and Stephanie for their kindness and the support they gave us with regards to our son’s allergies. Hopefully we will see you again soon.

Es hat alles gepasst!

Sehr schönes Haus mit Blick aufs Meer, wenn auch ein bisschen weit weg. Schöner Pool mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten, Terrasse mit Lounge und weiteren Sitzmöglichkeiten unterm Dach. Perfekte Frühstückslocation. Gasgrill 4-flammig für herrliche Grillabende. Küche gut ausgestattet, wenn auch ein paar Utensilien mehr darin sein könnten (Pürierer, Kochlöffel). Stephanie und Francois sind super nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Egal mit welchem Anliegen man kommt, beide sind immer sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Dass die Vermieter direkt daneben wohnen stört überhaupt nicht, man bekommt so gut wie nichts mit!! Wir kommen jederzeit wieder!
