Beautifully Remodeled 2 Bedroom Private Home in Tempe; 15 min to ASU

Located in a Tempe a few miles south of Phoenix, this quiet, two bedroom Tuscan style ranch is a private home on a dead end street with a green belt walking path steps from your door. The home has been recently remodeled including beautiful new tile floors, carpeting, furnishings and refinished kitchen cabinetry. The house has its own private backyard patio with a barbecue and your own orange tree. A community swimming pool and spa are available a short walk away. (Pool is unheated; spa is heated during holidays). The location is near world-class golf courses and most of the Spring training Cactus League sites are close by (5 sites are within 10-20 miles and remaining 5 within 30 to 45 miles). Wifi, smart TV with cable all included. There is a fully stocked kitchen for the cooking enthusiast or plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. ASU is a 10-15 minute drive down the street. Bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably, and you can sleep an additional two people on air-mattresses in the den which is off of the living room (with doors for privacy). The house is located in Tempe, 12 miles south of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Tempe Short Term Rental License #STR-000436

I enjoyed my time here. The location is very convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and pleasant so I could enjoy my daily walks there. The house is very comfortable and had everything I needed. Hosts & their local representative were very responsive.

Beautiful Home in Tempe

Lovely spacious ranch in a very quiet neighborhood. Just a short walk to the pool. Close to everything including surrounding communities. Host was nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home and location

This house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great neighborhood with a nice pool. We had a couple of minor plumbing issues but the host was very responsive and sent someone over right away. Definitely recommend.

My wife really enjoyed this home. Very homey and comfortable. Had bicycles and rode the city trails, close to golf courses. Quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. This is our second time renting. Owners very responsive if you need them.

very nice property. well maintained and everything worked. we've stayed in condo's the last 2 years in scottsdale. problems with appliances etc. this worked out well with having a garage. since we golfed quite a bit, we didn't have to unload the car. my wife was very comfortable with the house and felt very comfortable. would stay there again for sure. we were there for 6 weeks.

Wonderful home in Tempe

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days. It was a great visit. Some of the positives of this property:- Great location for us. Less than 5 minutes from our son's house. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. Only 18 minutes to the airport.- Garage. So nice to park and enter the house through the garage.- AC worked great.- House stocked with a lot of condiments and other grocery items, which was unexpected.The only negative I have is the bedroom comforter was too warm and heavy. There may have been a lighter one somewhere but I failed to look for it.All and all, a great stay. I highly recommend this property.

Winter Getaway

We stayed for a month, location was excellent, close to all the amenities (shopping, baseball, hiking) we were interested in. Very Quiet neighborhood, close to the pool and hottub. We were advised in advance, HOA wasn’t heating the hot tub but on March 1st they did heat it. Pool was virtually empty every day, except for us crazy Canadians, enjoying the sun — we enjoyed the quiet and loungers there, and they had bathroom facilities there. House was clean, had everything we needed, and it was great having a garage. It also had an alarm system and locking gate to the backyard which we really appreciated as we had a bad experience with a breakin last year in Palm Springs. Definitely would consider renting here again if we come to Arizona next year.

Pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Tempe. The location worked well for us, hiking was near, and many golf courses between here, Chandler and Mesa. There were a couple of issues with the appliances, and David and Deidre were very responsive with any necessary repairs. We would definitely recommend this residence to anyone.

Pleasurable experience

We very much enjoyed the entire experience in Tempe. It is a beautiful home. Only two downsides: the water in the community hottub was not hot, and there was no wine bottle cork screw in the house.

We really loved this property very clean, pretty , and all the comforts of home. Master bed and bath comparable to a luxury hotel. Owners were always available and vey quick to respond to any questions we had . Great location. Definitely would stay here again.

Property is centrally located close to restaurants, shopping and golf courses in Phoenix, Tempe and Chandler. Hosts are very accommodating. We could not get the TV to work the first day and they had someone stop over to assist us the very same day.

House is in a quiet neighborhood, well equipped, and clean. Deidre and David provided us with all the information about the house and area well ahead of our visit. Location and plenty of room

This property is in a great location. Easy to get around the area. This unit is much more spacious than the photos make it appear. Patio is nice. The unit had everything we needed. I would stay here again. I'll confess, I took several oranges off the tree!!!!! Had a lot of fun with the stuffed bird!

Davids house had a lot of positive things. The location between I-10 and 101 was good for quick freeway access. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with any cooking appliance needed, the floor plan was such that you could spread out and have some space to yourself. The outside grounds needed some attention but i think that was because they were not sure what direction they were going with the home.

Enjoyable stay with spacious accommodations

We enjoyed the spacious accommodations of this home. Furniture, including king size bed, was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, as per description. We would recommend this rental unit. Liked the location as well. Close to I10 and the 110. Enjoyed Baboo's restaurant only a short distance away.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Our 3 weeks in this rental were very nice - as others have said, the house is very nicely decorated and wasn't lacking for any key essential. It is an extremely quiet area yet it's very easy to get to everything. The parks in the area are great for walking. The owners are quick to respond and easy to deal with - the few minor issues were dealt with quickly or a solution was imminent. Would be pleased to recommend and, indeed, would rent again!
