Villa Anatoli is a detached 2 bed villa with a private pool and glorious panoramic sea views over to Zante and mainland Greece. Our Villa has been fully furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout. The villa is situated in the village of Ratzakli which is situated between both the popular resorts of Skala and Katelios, Skala being a 10 minute drive and Katelios slightly less. The villa has outstanding sea views as it overlooks both Mounda and Kaminia beaches, which are only a two minute drive. It also has spectacular views of the hillside to the left hand side of the villa. There is also within a short stroll from the Villa Taverna Avli where great food is served. Our nightly rate also includes TOURIST TAX, which for 2025 is rising to 15 euros a night for all Villas.

Hall:
The front door opens into the entrance hall which is semi open plan, leading onto both the Living Room and spacious Kitchen/Diner. A marble staircase leads to both first floor bedrooms and ensuite facilities.

Kitchen/Diner:
The kitchen area is well appointed with an electric cooker and an American fridge freezer, complete with Ice maker! you will also find a toaster, Kettle & coffee machine. The Dining area comprises of a circular dining table which seats 4 persons. French doors lead from the kitchen to a terrace with sea view.

Downstairs shower room:
Off the kitchen you will find the downstairs toilet & shower room, equipped with washing machine.

Store Room:
There is a Store Room adjacent to marble staircase which houses the cleaning equipment, Iron and ironing board.

Living Room:
Fully air conditioned, with dual aspect to both front and rear. Furnished with a plush corner sofa & coffee table, TV and wireless internet router. Off the Living Room french doors lead to another covered terrace for those seeking additional shade! Sit on the comfortable rattan sofa & chairs and take in the sea and hillside views! The private pool can be accessed from this terrace also.

Bedroom 1(Master Bedroom):
Fully air conditioned. Fitted with king size bed and matching bedside cabinets. There's ample storage having fully fitted, full height wardrobes and drawers, along one wall. Very spacious en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. Dual aspect having french doors which lead onto a large private terrace also furnished with a rattan sofa, 2 x chairs and coffee table. A great place to sit with an early morning coffee and take in that all important view!

Bed 2:
Fully air conditioned. Fitted with twin beds (can be pulled together to make a queen sized bed if 2 couples are sharing). One wall having full height fitted wardrobes and drawers. En suite with bath and shower over. French doors lead to a balcony with wooden side table and 2 directors chairs, amazing sea views.

Outside:
White metal railings and gates surround the front of the property, there is a driveway where a car can be parked, off road. Steps then lead up direct to the villa. There is a stoned garden area to the front of the villa and two tiered boarders to the rear. The pool is situated to the right hand side of the villa with sea views direct from the pool and surrounding terraces. 4 x rattan sunbeds complete with side tables and parasols compliment the pool area. An outdoor table and chairs are also situated around the pool area for alfresco dining again with that all important sea view!

Please note all bed linen, towels and poolside/beach towels are also provided.

Currently there is no provision for small children who may require a cot, however please notify us and we shall look to accommodate this upon request. Please ensure children enter and exit the poolside via the steps provided and must be supervised at all times. No smoking please within the Villa itself, however smoking outside is permitted.
