At the end of the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, and a step away from the border with Tuscany, is our independent two-storey house, located on a secondary and quiet street where there is a pedestrian access. Upon your arrival, you will enter from the main road in order to park the car inside our property, after crossing the garden you will arrive at the house of your choice and composed as follows:
on the ground floor entrance into the living room with kitchenette, area with sofa bed for two people almost completely separated by a double curtain, anteroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with 1/2 bath. Outside, another cooking area for cooking and dining under the stars. You will have: a synthetic rattan lounge, 2 sun loungers, 1 swing and 1 hammock. Upon returning home in the evening, you can take a shower with hot water even outside. If you are a smoker or a smoker, we kindly ask you to do it outdoors, thank you! We have recently equipped our house with an alarm system, we will also show you photos of the renovated garden as soon as possible
