Accommodation of 253 m² comfortable and is spacious, located in beach, It has views to the sea and to the mountain.



The accommodation is equipped with the following things: elevator, garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, iron, internet, hair dryer, air conditioning (heat/cold), air conditioning, swimming pool communal+infantile, garage in the same building, tv.

The independent kitchen, of vitroceramic, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

-Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)

-Check-out before 11:00h

Great apartment, highly recommended

Great location, massive apartment. Was perfect for the 7 of us. Clean & comfortable, no complaints from us. Lifts weren't great, only took 3 people. Hot water only enough for 4 showers but wasn't an issue.

An enjoyable stay, apartment was clean and spacious, centrally located, all within walking distance

Location was excellent on the beach and easy access to shops, Bars etc. Apartment was very spacious with an amazing view of the beach. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Some of the apartment could do with updating, several window latches need replacing, kept blowing open in the winds.

There should have been a couple of towels per person, we apologise if that was not the case. Regarding the hot water, it depends on the size of the boiler. Nonetheless, once it is finished, it only takes half an hour to warm up again. We hope that was not an inconvenience, and that you had a lovely time in Benidorm. Warm regards.

Apartment was very spacious but needs some damaged areas looked at I.e hole in toilet door, no handles on bedside drawers, chair broken on veranda and a few more. But apartment was in a fantastic location with amazing views and everything you need for self catering holiday. Didn't stop us spoiling our holiday as had the best time for first time at Benidorm

Out of this world loved everything about it.

We were taken by surprise when we arrived at the property it was nice and big and the view was amazing. Loved waking up and sitting on the couchthe outside table looking out over the sea what a beautiful place. The size everything was perfect for us as a adult family. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful.

Fantastic seafront apartment

Amazing location, spacious and comfortable apartment, well spaced out bedrooms all made for a great stay. It's almost next to a small supermarket and near lots of bars and restaurants. The old town and the strip are both very easily accessible. I would highly recommend it. Comentario negativo Everything was great, we loved the apartment and would definitely book again. Provision of some minor basics such as washing up liquid, bin bags, chopping board would save us having to purchase them. We did have a minor problem with the reception of the garage who tried to charge us 23 euros per night for parking when it came included with the apartment. We refused to pay and were finally allowed to leave.

Good value for money and amazing views

Views were amazing! Really good location, close to the old town. The lift, stopped working a couple of times when we was there. A lot of stairs to climb to the 18th floor. Also the pool was having building work done so we couldn’t use it.

excellent apartment.

The location was perfect for the old and new towns, it was right on the beach. the apartment was very big and had amazing views,we were seven guys and there was loads of space. we only had two sets of keys,could have done with more.

Lovely comfortable spacious beachfront apartment in prime location.

A very spacious apartment with fantastic beach views. Great lounge and balcony furniture. Fabulous location for Old and New Town, shops, bars restaurants. We could have done with more glasses and a larger kettle for our group of eight adults. Apart from that is was perfect.

Amazing !

The size of the property was amazing ! Location perfect ! The balcony …. Wow Going to the office first the keys and then dropping the keys back off is inconvenient. Shame you can’t be greeted at the property. My elderly mum loved the apartment, but never have gone there without us due to the keys situation
