Dear Richard, we are really sorry to know that you had noisy neighbours. As we do not manage the apartment above, we are not really sure if these people stay there all year. Nevertheless, we have not had complaints about the noise before. Besides that, we appreciate your possitive comments and we would be really happy if you gave this apartment a second chance. Kind regards.

Hello Catherine, we hope you are well, we are very grateful for your comments and ratings, just letting you know that you can always leave your suitcases in our office. Have a good day.

Dear Wendy, thank you very much for your detailed review, as it will certainly be very useful for us and for future guests. On the other hand, we take note of the things that can be improved for future action we may take on this property. That said, we hope that you had an excellent time! All the best.
