The villa has a privileged natural setting with fabulous views to the mountains and Txingudi Bay and is surrounded by trees and vegetation, being an ideal place to relax, disconnect from the world and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time.

The villa was renovated in 2011, resulting in a unique character, through the combination of the local architectural style on the exterior with the comfort and sophistication of its interior design, making it the perfect combination to spend a relaxing holiday at the seaside. The furniture has designer pieces bought around the world and fuses the Asian style with the strength of robust Mexican pieces and freshness and comfort of a contemporary decoration. The property of 650 m2 has 250 m2 of living space and 400 m2 of garden. The interior and exterior of the house are perfectly integrated and fused so that both can be enjoyed throughout the year. The spaces in Villa Ohantcea are bright and airy; the ground floor is a large open space of great versatility, where different rooms are diluted with each other, allowing common life in harmony, as well as privacy moments.

The driveway fuses with a large dining space, fully equipped kitchen, living room and relaxing area. The dining area has two design tables with a total capacity of 14 people and is connected as an open space to a cosy living room, comfortably furnished with a large 8 seater sofa, covered by comfortable cushions and a coffee table.

The space extends to a chill-out/studio area, where stands the Chinese 'opium' bed, decorated with Thai cushions and a desk and chair, laptop with internet-wifi connection, and reading lamps, the space invites to seek sensory pleasures such as reading, a nice conversation, table games or just to relax and enjoy the casual, intimate atmosphere.

The living room has access to the terrace, garden, which is also equipped with dining space for 12 people and barbecue and has different areas for living, playing, relaxing as well as a outdoor shower.

In the ground floor we will additionally find a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and two double bedrooms, one with private toilet and sink.

The first floor with its 4 bedrooms, a cosy entertainment room, balconies (3), private terrace (1) and two complete bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower, offers absolute privacy and exclusivity. The spacious entertainment room is equipped with satellite flat screen TV and DVD, and has private access to a balcony overlooking the garden, mountains and bay.Rooms
In perfect harmony with the overall decoration, Villa Ohantcea offers 6 comfortable rooms with optimal capacity for 12 people, up to 14 (possibility of expanding the capacity of one of the rooms from 2 to 4 people). All rooms follow the same decorative style and inspire relaxation. The rooms are all exterior, 5 doubles and 1 room with 2-4 beds. The bedrooms are distributed in two floors, three of them having a private balcony or terrace and the other three with view to garden or bay, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the natural environment that surrounds.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and four bedrooms on the first floor. The rooms are well equipped with reading lamps, nice linens, cotton towels, comfortable silk quilts, Internet-wifi access and central heating (first floor) and floor heating (ground floor).
