You are in the village of La Jolla, across from the Famous Children's Pool (Seals) This location is like being in the front row at your favorite concert.

You can watch the seals from the comfort of this fantastic condo, or walk across the street and be on the beach. If you like to shop or dine at some of the best restaurants around, are just a short walk up the street. If adventure is what your seeking many attractions are either in walking distance or a short drive.

Some of the shops in the Village are Ralph Lauren, Gap, Lululemon, Geppetto's toy store, Warwick's book store, art galleries, and so much more.

Your dinning options are abundant in the Village with well known fine dining and family restaurants like Georges, Eddie Vs, Birds eye, and Richard Walkers Pancake House to name a few.

If adventure is what your craving visit the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, Sea Word, Torry Pines Gliderport, La Jolla Recreation Center and Playground, Estancia Spa, Pacific Beach Board Walk, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Kayaking Tours, Surfing Lessons, Bicycle rentals, Tennis Courts, San Diego Gas Lamp District, Baseball Game, Old Town or the La Jolla Contemporary Art Museum.

Your condo is a corner elevated unit with panoramic views of the peaceful ocean. Decorated light, bright, spacious and airy.

Your two bedroom, two bath condo is on the first floor in the building, it has an open kitchen with two car underground parking. There is a fire place, steam shower, and jetted tub. You have a washer and dryer in your condo. A BBQ grill and pool is located in the complex.

For a small fee our property manager can get you off to a great start by, picking you up, shopping, and cleaning during your stay. Just let us know what we need to do to make your vacation custom tailored to you!

Feeling Lucky!

Our stay left us feeling lucky. Lucky to call such a beautiful condo in the perfect location home for 30 days. The views are the best La Jolla has to offer and the convenience of the parking is the icing on the cake. Great communication from owner and property manager. If you are considering staying here I highly recommend you treat yourself. It's top notch.

Beautiful property and view

On arrival, the property was immaculately clean. Jane, the host was efficient and walked us through the property. The pictures are entirely accurate and the view is even better. We especially loved hearing the surf. Alas, the weather did not cooperate but it certainly helped having a great place to stay, fantastic location where we walked everywhere including the grocery, and the ocean walk right outside.

This is the perfect place to vacation! LaJolla is a beautiful old town located on the shore!

We had a good stay! The location is great and the condo is clean and contemporary. The manager Jane and her husband Ray are very professional , honest and kind! The negative was the owners above us were doing construction for about a week out of the 10 we were there. We were there due to the fact that we had a leak in our home and needed to get away from construction so that was quite disturbing to us. Overall it was a good experience in a lovely town! The owner is very easy to deal with and the manager very responsive!

Fun in La Jolla

Loved this condo! Great view of seals, close to coffee shops, yoga, grocery store, coastal bike path. Was able to work in zoom mtgs till 1 pm or so, and then explore tidal pools or bike. Great time!

The perfect location for views and walking into the village.

Owners of property worked with us as our condo windows were blocked with scaffolding and Boards.

We were in a great area with wonderful walks and picnics along the bluffs. With COVID-19 in San Diego we had to fix our own food or Uber Eats but this well equipped condo let us do it. It’s a beautiful condo. Will be outstanding when all scaffolding is gone. We did get to see out the front the last week in condo but still had workers and scaffolding on outside.

Great Experience

This is a comfortable, beautifully furnished modern and well equipped property with a spectacular oceanfront setting in one of the best areas of La Jolla. It is steps away from many galleries and restaurants and immediately accessible to an extensive walking path along the Pacific. The owner provided an unusually complete list of suggestions for local activities plus condo instructions which helped enormously with our orientation. She and the property manager (who provides an introductory tour and came by to answer any questions) went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. My wife and I highly recommend this listing.

Wonderful apartment, ideally located, with superb view.

What a great apartment! So beautifully maintained, comfortable and impeccably clean. We loved the kitchen, as did our guests, and now we all want to remodel our kitchens. We much appreciated the support offered by the manager, Jane, who was always available and helpful. Of course, the wow factor is the stunning view of the ocean and the Children’s Pool from the front windows. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We are a family of four from Texas. We came to La Jolla in the summer of 2009, and never wanted to leave. Unfortunately, we had to go home to the heat:) We spent summers renting different spots till we found our condo, and fell in love!

We fell in love instantly based on the views and open floor plan. Being across from the beach is a plus with kids. We love that you can sit on the couch and feel like you are in a beach cabana. We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal with an ocean view. We replace our linens often, and take pride in our cleanliness.
