When it's all about location! Enjoy the beach, and the views at this property. If you are looking to enjoy a fun-filled easygoing beach vacation, this oceanfront, Windansea Beach rental in La Jolla is the property for you. With a spectacular location just steps from the sand, endless ocean views, local surfers, and beach-goers you are sure to have the relaxing vacation you were looking for.
This vacation rental is located on the beach in La Jolla, just 15 minutes north of San Diego. This property is perfect for the laid back beach vacationers who want to grab a beach towel and boogie board and enjoy the beach. You are a quick coastal walk from the children's cove where you can watch the seals and the village of La Jolla, La Jolla Village is within walking distance, or a very short drive, where you will find exceptional restaurants, shopping, museums and plenty of outdoor adventures.
This property provides plenty of space to spread out with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps six people comfortably. It is located on the middle floor, you are able to view up and down the coast from your balcony, yet only one flight of stairs to get there. Parking for one car is provided in the driveway, and full access to the garage is given where you will find the laundry facilities, beach items and beach cruisers for you to use during your stay. Garage access is shared with the guests staying upstairs above you.
The living room area is a nice large open space that has views of the sparkling ocean. This is a great place to sit on the cozy sofas and watch some cable TV or stream your favorite Netflix series after a day in the sun. Additionally, you will find books, board games, binoculars and Internet access to keep everyone busy during their stay.
Adjoining the living room is a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living room allowing someone to prep meals without missing out on any of the excitement. They can also enjoy the ocean view while cooking. The kitchen is fully equip with all the utensils and kitchen amenities you may need to cook up meals during your stay.
The master bedroom is located in the back of the property and has a king-size bed where you can cozy up and watch TV at the end of the day. This room also has a comfortable couch and access to the back patio. The master bedroom also has its own newly remodeled private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A rest of the party can enjoy the second bedroom which is set up with two queen-size beds. It is located just down the hall from the kitchen and next to the second bathroom. The guest bathroom has recently been remodeled as well and includes a tub to relax in after a long day in the sun.
Outside the living room, you can step out onto the balcony and watch the locals surf, catch the sunset and listen to the waves crashing on the rocks below. In the back of the house is a private patio area with seating and a BBQ if you choose to use it.
