Great place!

We had a lovely stay with our family of four. The property was clean and cozy. Just a short walk to the slope and to the Snowmass mall. We appreciated the many games available and extra pillows. The ski locker and the entrance area with rubber mats and a closet for jackets/helmets/etc. were super convenient! Thank you!

Amazing Location

We loved our stay here! We were able to get by without a car as we were super close to everything. The condo was clean and comfortable. Rochelle is a wonderful and responsive host. We hope to come back again.

Location, Location, Location !!!

This two bedroom condominium was perfect for two couples, so cozy, great location to the Snowmass slopes as well as to the free transit to the other mountains and town. The property was stocked and well equiped with anything you could need (and more) for your stay, and all at a great price. The Property Manager was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Location of the condo is great. Close to both the upper and lower main villages of Snowmass. Second/top floor condo is nice and be ready to carry your luggage and skis, etc up and down the stairs! Ski locker outside the condo is nice.

Great place for our pod to stay!

My family normally stays in a slopeside lodge for a week of skiing at Snowmass. Given the pandemic, we chose this property for our stay and loved it! It is very well equipped and comfortable, great for our family of 4. We used the kitchen extensively and also made good use of the in-unit laundry. It is well located for a level walk to the base or a steep uphill to the mall. Included parking next to the building is a big plus. Only downside is the hot tub is at another facility, on the way to the base, so we never made it there. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return if we can!

Wonderful experience!

Rochelle goes out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We appreciated her quick response's. The location is very close to the base of Snowmass and close to the village as well. There is a little bit of a walk to get to the hill but the sidewalk is heated so it was dry. And the snowy part of the walk was flat. The hot tub was private and the water was hot. We were expecting to share the hot tub with lots of other people but that never really happened. The parking lot is very close to the unit. The location was great!

Perfect Ski Trip in Snowmass Village

My family and I recently spent a week at this rental and it did not disappoint. Communication was great at all times with quick responses and we were even able to check in earlier which was super helpful after an early morning flight. The location was ideal for being near base village, the village express, and the sky cab since our friends were staying at the viewline. The shuttle stop around the village was literally steps outside the door and the aspen shuttle to town was one building up by the Stonebridge Inn. It’s uphill so with luggage was a little workout and we took it back to the airport for our return home. We were very pleased with our experience. Thank you.

Comfy condo in a great location

We really liked this condo. Parking is steps away. We stayed in September so I don't know about access to the nearby gondola, but it looks like a short walk. The living room is big and the couch is huge and very comfortable. The master bedroom is a bit odd that you have to go through the bathroom to get to the bed (and while there is a door between the bathroom and hallway there isn't one between the bathroom and bedroom). Guest bedroom has two beds which is great. The kitchen is nice and the fridge is big. We couldn't get the fireplace to work but it looked nice (it wasn't that cold so we didn't need it for anything). We could hear noise from outside and next door so sound insulation could be a lot better, but that wasn't an issue for us. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Perfect Snowmass Experience

Rochelle sets the standard for how vacation rentals should be run in an upscale resort like Snowmass. Her communication both prior to and during our 7 night stay was always prompt and very helpful. The condo unit itself is wonderful. It has the charm of classic Snowmass, felt like home. Tons of extra blankets, pillows and a sofa large enough for 4 people to stretch out and have movie nights after a long day of skiing. Both the smaller hot tub next to the adjacent building as well as the larger pool/spa a few levels up toward the village mall are great. We made our way up to the larger hot tub pool each night - totally worth the short walk (on heated sidewalks, no less!). I’ve been visiting Aspen/Snowmass since I was a toddler - and I can honestly say, this was, hands down, the best accommodations I’ve found, especially considering the price point. My partner and our friends that joined us all fell in love with the unit. Rochelle’s condo will be go-to rental in Snowmass from now on. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Home Away From Home

Our stay in this property was perfect for our ski trip as a family of four including 2 teenagers. Condo was very clean, bright, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay and then some! All the natural light was fantastic. We LOVED the fireplace which was super easy to use and made for that cozy feeling after a big day on the mountain. Parking was right there, as was slope access to Snowmass. The motion-sensor light in the ski closet was an unexpected but really nice feature! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed; morning coffee and tea - a gas range - & organic coffee already there! Plenty of utensils, pots and pans to make dinner too. Sleeping arrangements were different than initially shown when we booked the condo (bunk beds for the teens was what we envisioned but the condo has since been updated), however, the trundle bed was just as comfy for our son as all the other beds so it worked out just fine....just a bit more crowded in that second bedroom than it would have been with bunk beds - but again - the teens didn't mind one bit. As far as the master bedroom, I was admittedly uncertain about the mattress the first night as it is VERY soft (but still supportive), however, by night 7 I found myself wishing I had this comfortable of a bed at home! The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Not to mention the condo was SO very quiet and a perfect place to recharge. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better home-base for our Aspen-Snowmass vacation!!

No water then no hot water

Before we even arrived the owner knew there was an issue with the water pipes. We were told to let a sink drip overnight, which we did. We woke up to no running water and hence clogged up toilets. It turns out this was because the building was doing work on a unit and forgot to insulate the pipes. The solution was to bring in space heaters, which of course can present a fire hazard. My husband spent the first day of our vacation running to the store to get bottled water to get us thru the lack of running water for basics like drinking and washing hands. Near the end of the day after my husband spent the first day of his vacation managing this issue (the property manager never came to check on things), the pipes eventually thawed and we had running water, but no hot water! Finally late afternoon, the property manager came to check per then owners request and told us bluntly, I can’t fix this, I’ll call the owner. We had two tired, cranky, hungry kids late in the day and we did our best to find other accommodations. As you know this is not easy in the midst of a vacation given we had already unpacked all our stuff and we had children to manage. We tried to reach an agreement with the owner given all our trouble, but we were unable to find an amicable solution and the feedback we got was that we are an impatient and non understanding family! As they say, you pay for what you get. Great location, but don’t let the optically cheap price fool you.

Nice Place!

Pros: This upper unit was quiet, clean, nicely decorated, and within walking distance of Snowmass Village and the mall area. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows and blankets were available. Each room had a fan. The kitchen had adequate cooking supplies and appliances. Cons: There were only 2! The master suite was awkward because there is no door between the bedroom and bathroom. When toilet privacy was needed, the other person had to leave the room. Second, the listing implied there would be both drip and k-cup coffee makers, but there was only a k-cup maker. We had brought our own ground coffee from home and had no k-cups, which we had to go out and buy. After contacting Rochelle, a drip maker was kindly delivered to the doorstep the next day.

Great 2nd Stay

This is a great property for our family of five. The location is excellent. Rochelle is responsive and so accommodating. There is a Queen bed and trundle in the 2nd bedroom. We have 3 teenagers and so we requested an air mattress for our son. We arrived late and it was so great to arrive to all the beds made up for our 3 teenagers. We had cycling races all day to watch and Rochelle was so kind to keep checkout flexible so we could watch our teens race without worrying about finding parking, packing up. Definitely worth the price we paid and I'm sure we'll be back.

I have been working since 1999 for Coldwell Banker in Sherman Oaks, CA, the greater LA area. Previously I lived and worked in Aspen for 11 years. Some of you may know the famous Crystal Palace. That is where I was employed for 11 years as the office manager. I also worked as a piano tuner for the Aspen Music Festival for several years. I love this area so much that I made buying a couple rental units my passion. Not only to keep a space for me in the future, but to be able to get back to this beautiful place as much as possible.

I own 2 properties next to each other in the Lower Willows. I chose this complex to settle my dream because of the great location to the slopes and all the action. As a previous local I knew it was the best kept secret as far as location was concerned. I love to walk out my unit straight to the slopes with no hassle. In the summer I enjoy riding my mountain bike on Snomwass Mountain with miles of trail right outside my door. I walk everywhere, unlike the hustle and bustle of the City. It is my getaway, Snowmass Village is the best place I know.

I take great pride in making my units comfortable and update often. Every year I upgrade something. The Lower Willows has a private parking lot next to the unit. This is rare, parking is tough otherwise. We also have a long private covered deck, makes for extra space. Nicely furnished with all the bells and whistles. Wifi, HD TV's, comfortable seating. You will love it.
