Enjoy a stay at this easy to access, close to Boulder, Ranch Style home with 3 bedrooms. Single level living with all amenities on one level. Garage available for guests including electric car charging power outlets. Closest Longmont VRBO home to Boulder; just 15minutes by car. A true home from home: we provide a starter food package and all bathroom toiletries. Daily delivery service from Amazon and local supermarkets with a local property manager minutes away should you need anything. Lawn and snow removal service is included. Entry is by electronic code and garage door opener supplied. The quiet community has many walking/biking paths, a neighborhood park opposite the house and a huge community pool. High speed free WiFi throughout the home. King master suite with memory foam mattress has two larger dressers, 5piece bath and a walk-in closet. On the main floor there is also a queen bedroom with adjacent 3piece bath and office with twin bed for extra guests. Private, fully fenced yard with BBQ and a community park opposite. Not suitable for small children. Feel free to Email us for more information before booking. 30day minimum booking can start any day of the month. Great house in a super location

Comfortable house in a really excellent location only 40 mins to RMNP and has access to a truly superb pool. We will definitely look to stay again.

Most awesome rental property ever!

Our gracious hosts, Peter and Joyce, provided a warm, welcoming, dog-friendly home for our month stay. They were kind enough to keep in touch from time to time to make sure things were going smoothly. The house was beautifully decorated (including many gorgeous quilts) and was spotless. The chefs kitchen was well-stocked with top notch culinary provisions. The beds were super comfy. The house location was ideal, close to grocery shopping (King Soopers, Sprouts, Whole Foods), backing up to a network of beautiful hiking/biking trails, with a park across the street. We HIGHLY recommend this awesome home!

Great Location and Great Communication

We stayed here for two months while having our house built. This is the best location in Longmont, easy access to any store you may need and easy access to Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there are great trails for walking. In addition, The house had the most kitchen items of any house we have ever rented. The communication with Peter, the owner and Barney, the property manager was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

Great location and management

The home worked great for a group of athletes in town training. It had everything they needed closed to good running and food options. Peter was great and communication was very good. He was accommodating and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again.

A Low Stress Stay in the Boulder Area

We stayed for the month of July. The house provided plenty of room for my husband and me, two young adult daughters, and our small dog. The location is perfect: within about 30 minutes, we could drive to Boulder or a variety of fantastic outdoor recreation spots. In about an hour, we could be in Estes Park or Fort Collins. Then, we could return to this quiet, family oriented neighborhood away from the crowds and parking challenges. Target and grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away. The house is well equipped: full-sized newer washer and dryer, a kitchen with more gadgets than mine at home, a nice gas grill...all the comforts and conveniences of home. Our daughters also enjoyed going to the community pool, a short walk away.

Great location, comfortable and clean

We enjoyed the location, with proximity to shopping, as well as walking/running paths. The home is spacious, light filled, and clean with an amazingly comfortable king bed in the master suite. The Clarks were friendly and accommodating and provided us everything we needed. We plan on returning.

Great time in Colorado

I would highly recommend the Peter Clarke home. It is warm and inviting. Clean, spacious, very accommodating. My first experience with homeaway was above and beyond my expectations.

Beautiful, spacious, clean and bright

My family loved staying here. Having a second area that was like a master suite was terrific. My daughter and her husband had their own space and privacy. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a grocery store only a couple miles away. It definitely felt like a home away from home. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Boulder area.

Cozy, a great location

Peter and Joyce were excellent hosts and very accomadating. The home was very comfortable and cozy, the neighborhood was quiet and to have a garage was nice. We felt like we were at home. There were three of us staying in Longmont and to have 3 bathrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen was great space.

Lovely home in a great location!

The hosts were extremely thoughtful in seeing to our needs during our stay. We were very comfortable in their home. The location was great - centrally located between many areas north of Denver.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home.

This lovely home has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. In all our travels we have never had a home as clean and well supplied with everything to make you feel right at home. The cleanliness is top notch. Peter and Joyce are very friendly and the perfect hosts. I wish we could find accommodations this nice in every location we travel to. We highly recommend this home for a delightful and relaxing stay. Thanks Peter and Joyce for sharing your beautiful home.

A week stay at Peter Clarke's home in Longmont

My wife, daughter, 2 Cocker Spaniels and I recently spent a week at Peter Clarke's home in Longmont, Colorado while work was being done on our house. Their place was perfect for us and I highly recommend it. The house is on a quiet residential street right across from a small park and there are nice walking trails nearby. The small back yard is fenced in and was perfect for the dogs. There was room for one car in the garage and room for another in the driveway. In the finished basement there is a master bedroom and bath and also a Jacuzzi and sauna. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with bath and another bedroom with a twin bed and a full bath in the hallway. Also, the computer room has a futon. Due to our busy schedules we spent all of our time upstairs. The dining/ living room has a big tv with Dish network and Direct tv. The kitchen has all the dishes, pots and pans, coffeemaker, etc. for your cooking needs. They have WIFI. Peter and his wife Joyce were very nice and accommodating hosts. Their place was well maintained and they were ready to do whatever was needed to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The cost for us was far cheaper than it would have been to stay at a hotel. We cooked our meals there, took the dogs for walks, and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. I would highly recommend their home, especially for families.

Very nice home

I spent 12 happy days at this home in Longmont and highly recommend it. The owners are gracious and have done a thoughtful job in preparing it for short term rentals0) , making it an easy place to acclimate to. The home is set in a development close to (half mile) a variety of stores -grocery and retail - plus is convenient to Boulder via rt. 119. Longmont itself is a real town with a "go to" center, but without Boulder's pretention. There is a nice neighborhood to walk witnin, too.,

Beautiful Home

My family and I traveled to Colorado for a wedding this past week-end. We found this beautiful home on VRBO back in March. The pictures and descriptions were right on, the house was absolutely beautiful and work wonderful for my entire family. Very centrally located and close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool both days, it was huge and the kids had a great time. Barney was so nice to meet us at the home and explain how everything worked on our arrival. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Longmont to stay in this beautiful home!!! Thanks again for your hospitality and sharing your home with us. Arlene
