Annual girls trip

Very authentic, the house,pool and surrounding area very clean. It was a very peaceful, relaxing holiday. There are not many restaurants to choose from but pick wisley and they are very ggod. The owner came every other day to clean the pool and take rubbish away, always very helpful and thoughtful. We would definitely return.

Great holiday

House was old and full of character and very well maintained. Very clean. I met Pedro to collect the keys. He was very friendly and helpful. The town was very nice with cafes and restaurants on the square, A very peaceful and relaxing holiday. Thank you

Nice accommodation with swimming pool but some points to review

Beautiful house with spacious rooms. Very nice swimming pool. However, the kitchen is under-equipped for such a large house (no wine glasses, no dishwasher, etc.). We expect better when we pay so much for a rental. Other details are to be reviewed: the lack of double glazing for the windows from the street (noise), the wear and tear of the pool seats,... For such a high rental cost, we expect better.

Would definitely rebook if we return to Majorca

We were met by the owner who was friendly and happy to assist us throughout our stay. The house is in a rural area and reflects that. It is about 100m from the town square where you can find bars, food and cafes. It is a beautiful place to stay and is very misleading when you stand outside before opening the door as the house opens up into an hall and sitting area, then opens up further when walking into the garden and pool area! Very comfortable for our party of 7. The garden gets sun pretty much all day so the pool is very welcoming as it does get hot, hot, hot! We were able to go to a variety of areas including Palma, Magaluf, Alcudia and Porto Cristo as Algaida is quite central! Would definitely rebook if we return to Majorca and would highly recommend to others. Would recommend hiring a car as essential if you wish to explore.

Quintessential Spanish villa

If you want an authentic amazing Spanish holiday,this is the place for you.if you want the Instagram photogenic beautiful place,this isn't for you.it doesn't have fancy modern kitchenware and furniture,or a view over looking rolling hills. But it's charming,spacious and comfortable and outdoor area (pool and BBQ) was such a nice space to relax in. Whilst you aren't in one of those remote Mallorcan villas in the hills,I actually think it's good that you aren't.because for this villas, at the end of the street in walking distance is a quintessential spanish square,with cafes,bars,ice cream parlours and a bakery.so we would have a BBQ at home,then walk for a drink in the square at the end of the night - pure bliss. I see in other reviews people have mentioned a noisy road and damp issues-we went in mid September and we didn't have any of those issues. And the host is very attentive.

Good response to queries before the holiday.

Good response to queries before the holiday. Good contact and information, but some links did not work well. Some of the data and information required was difficult to input and some unnecessary. Biggest issue was booking our return transfer to the airport. The online form did not allow us to put in a single journey from the villa to Palma airport. We tried calling and were given the wrong information on the phone. We ended up having to make four phone calls. It was a worry as we were not then sure whether our taxi would arrive to collect us to go to the airport - fortunately it did. The actual taxi service and car and driver were excellent, but arranging it was very problematic. The villa was not quite as expected. Rather basic interior with rough stone entrance hall and lounge floor. The second bathroom is only accessible from the outside, so not good at night or in bad weather. At first it only had cold water so the owner had to get that fixed. Garden furniture could do with updating - sunloungers only fixed for laying flat and could not sit up to read. We were only there for six days and there were only three of us, so we were fine but would not have been so happy staying longer with a bigger group. Very spacious but lacked some facilities. The location was excellent, people around the place were friendly and the owner was lovely and dealt with the cold water issue.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus überzeugt mit seinem typischen mallorquinischen Stil und vermittelt eine authentische, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Besonders angenehm war, dass alle Schlafzimmer klimatisiert sind – gerade an warmen Tagen und Nächten ein großer Pluspunkt.Pedro ist ein äußerst netter und freundlicher Vermieter. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte.Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war die Straße, die direkt an den Schlafzimmern verläuft. Je nach Verkehrsaufkommen kann es dort etwas lauter werden.Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Haus aufgrund seines Charmes und der herzlichen Betreuung durch Pedro gerne weiterempfehlen.

Emplacement au centre de l'île. A 20 minutes de l'aéroport. Maison grande et agréable avec du charme. Accueil chaleureux, disponibilité de l'hote. Parking gratuit à environ 200 mètres avec une epicerie. Pharmacie juste en face.

Muy facil la comunicacion con el anfitrion y nos permitio salida y llegada con horario flexible teniendo en cuenta el horario de vuelos . Se nos olvido pedir la cuna, pero la tenian alli, y nos trajeron sabanas en seguida. No encontramos gel de ducha ni champu en ninguno de los baños, no se si se les olvidó o estaban guardados, pero sin mas problemas

Dejligt, afslappende, et fedt hus/sted - og en fantastisk vært, der reagerede hurtigt på den mindste

Fantastisk beliggenhed med en skøn oase (have, pool og lukket terrasse) bag huset - og alligevel midt i byen med kun 100 meter til byens torv. Lidt småt indekøkken og mangelfuldt køkkengrej. Vi købte lidt til, og ellers brugte vi udekøkkenet og grillede.

Prachtig huis

We hebben ons bij aankomst verbaast over het prachtige huis. Nog mooier dan op de foto’s. En super aardige eigenaren! Het is in een rustige plaats, maar met de auto kan je makkelijk overal heen. Zo groot is t eiland niet. Super vakantie gehad!
