Kay Dee Haus (KDH-29) is a great house in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Located just a short walk from the beach and restaurants (including one of the few ocean front restaurants in the Outer Banks) the location provides the perfect combination of "being close to it all" as well as the relaxation of a beach vacation. The 1000 sq feet of large decks, open great room (no bedrooms located on the top floor), rec. room and pool area provide many great spaces for your family to relax and enjoy each other's company. This house is pet friendly, so no need to leave your four-legged family members at home with the additional fee of $210 (plus tax).

2025 FREE pool heat 3/30/25-6/6/25 and 8/30/25-10/10/25.  Available during other weeks for an additional $250 pool heat fee. 2026 FREE pool heat 3/28-6/5 and 8/29-10/9. Pool open from 3/28/26-11/1/26. The pool heat will only work if the air temp is 60 degrees and is only capable of heating the pool to 10 degrees above the ambient air temperature.

Ground Level: Bedroom w/ 2 Duo Bunk Beds (double on bottom, single on top), full hall bath, Rec. room w/ pool table, full size fridge, laundry, wet bar, large flat screen TV, pool access.

Mid-Level: King Master Bedroom En Suite w/ TV, deck access, King Bedroom w/TV, deck access, 2 additional queen bedrooms w/ TV, 2 full hall baths. 

Top Level: Living Room, w/ flat screen TV, DVD/Blue Ray Player, Stereo, gas fireplace (available off season) w/ card table (seats 4), half bath, dining area (seats 8), large kitchen island (5 bar stools), nice kitchen w/ large pantry. Wide deck space w/ gas grill.

Extras: Private (25'x10') Heated Pool, Private Hot Tub (6), C/AC & Heat, Washer/Dryer, ironing board & iron, 6 flat screen TVs, 1 Blue Ray/DVD, 1 Stereo, Wireless High-Speed Internet, Gas Fireplace (available mid-October to mid-May), Gas Grill, outside shower, basketball. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.
