Paradise on the Lake

**Private, Isolated Property, away from the hustle and bustle of the Lake**
**We have implemented a very rigid cleaning/disinfecting protocol when it comes to cleaning our rental. Your safety and piece of mind is our top priority***

An updated gem on Canandaigua lake with gorgeous panoramic views of the lake from every room with a wraparound porch. Hardwood floors, laundry facilities, garage, grill and dock space are included.

The property consists of 2 homes, the main house and the guest house. The unit being rented is the guest house which sits above the main house overlooking the lake. There is a private entrance and garage for the guest house. The only shared area is the dock.

The lake is accessed via gradual steps. There is a level fire pit area half way to the lake. The lake front is level and great for swimming or fishing.

In the guest house the living room features a large open area with a queensize pullout sofa, chair and a large screen tv. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of counter space and a dinning table that can accommodate 6 people. The floor plan is open as the kitchen opens to the living room.

There is a wraparound porch/balcony that can be accessed from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with large closets for ample storage and has a tv. The second bedroom features 2 twin size beds with a large closet.

Enjoy picturesque, family friendly swimming or kayaking with panoramic views in all directions.

The 200 feet wide, level lake frontage is perfect to relax and enjoy the lake. It is easily accessible from the house. At lake level there is a dock provided for your use where you can tie up a boat, go swimming, or relax in a lounge chair with a glass of wine and enjoy the views. **Please note- if you would like to grill food during your stay, please bring charcoal etc. As we do not provide this item.**

We had a perfect week of very hot weather. The place was immaculately clean and all well organized. Check in was easy , kitchen was very user friendly. So nice to sit on the huge wrap around deck and have enjoy the view of the lake. Definitely recommend !

Enjoyable family stay

It was a perfect place for our family of 4. Easy drive to visit family and friends in both Canandaigua & Naples. The owners were very helpful and will likely stay on future visits!

Clean, organized, and beautiful views. There are some stairs going down to the water but the boat dock area is awesome and worth the trip down!

Great views and a nice pier

The guest house has beautiful lake views! The pier is down a long set of stairs directly on the water and allows for swimming and kayaking in the lake.

Long weekend in FLX

We were in town for a family wedding and this was a much better option than staying in a hotel. It is very peaceful and quiet here. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and a beautiful view of the lake.

We didnt want for anything. The owners have thoughtfully had everything we could want or need. It was like being at home. The lake was awesome and the views and sunsets are beautiful.

Great Getaway

We had a lovely stay in the guesthouse. It was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful lake views, kayaking, hiking, wineries and evenings around the fire pit. The location is quiet and feels remote, but is just a few minutes drive to grocery stores. We loved it and would stay again.

Awesome view, super clean

Great place to get away to. House was immaculate and owners were friendly and helpful views from deck, fire pit, dock were all fantastic. Location is across lake from Bristol Harbour so away from busyness of north end of lake but still only 15 minute drive from town.

Dazzling lakefront home with big-time comfort

We loved staying in this Canandaigua home! The interior was clean, modern, roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the large, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with a desk in the corner, big bathroom and bedrooms, and a huge deck overlooking the lake. Great beach and dock for swimming, reading, and sunsets. A totally lovely, peaceful place to enjoy all that the Finger Lakes has to offer!

Relaxing family getaway

We loved our stay at the guest house! The location feels private and remote, but is just a 15 minute drive to Canandaigua and Naples. There were a lot of good hiking trails nearby, and we were just a short drive away from many wineries. The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking our meals. Dola and John are friendly and thoughtful hosts. We’d definitely come back!

Beautiful Lake Canandaigua!

Gorgeous property and great living space with everything you need. We loved every minute of our stay. We relaxed and enjoyed the gorgeous view of the lake and beautiful sunsets while having a glass of wine. The access to the dock, kayak and SUP was so cool. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. We loved the quiet side of the lake and enjoyed exploring the wineries. We will be back!

Great lake house vacation

We had a great week at this lake house. The house was very clean and true to the listing. The beds were comfortable and all linens were provided. The wifi was sort of spotty but not unmanageable. The steps down to the lake were steep but there were spots along the way that to take a rest if needed. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Was really paradise on the lake

first walk in the door and what a view of the lake! Property owners called to make sure we were comfortable, answer any questions and tell of area things to do. But with all at the house - the fire pit and kayaks at their beach area, did not really need to go anywhere. But we did go to several excellent wineries, antique shops and even rented a pontoon boat for a day. It was a wonderful week!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful week at John and Dola’s lakefront home! My husband and daughter enjoyed fishing off of the pier and had great success. We liked exploring in the kayaks and sitting around the campfire when the evenings turned cool. Even rainy days were fun with plenty of games to play and the beautiful view of the lake from the living room. We highly recommend renting a pontoon for a day to explore the entire lake. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable week!

We totally enjoyed this property. It was immaculate, and had a good supply of everything we could possibly need. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room are tastefully decorated and welcoming. Dola and John put a lot of thought into this property.The lake views are fantastic from windows and a lovely partly covered elevated deck/porch area. We enjoyed meals on the deck/porch sitting at a table, relaxing on the teak sofa and chairs or enjoying a pair of rattan cushioned chairs. One of the “over the top” assets here is the dock, deck, chairs and kayak use (with several sized life jackets)right at lake level. Being on the water was wonderful. This area was peaceful with the lake and woods surrounding it. A side comment includes: there are a ton of steps/stairs going down to the lake. The steps, and surrounding area are landscaped well with lovely stone work…which is nice to view on the multiple steps up or down. (The climbing up was a work-out!) Once at the lake, it was awesome to sit back in the sun, or under the shade sail taking in the views… after visits to wineries on Canandaigua, and Keuka Lake.We had a great week here. We’d like to return again.
