Our Southampton 4 bedroom classic shingle home with stylish decor is ideally located near Southampton Village (5 minutes) and area of farm fields, orchards, and wineries and near to Coopers and Flying Point beaches. The home is set on a spacious property adjacent to farm fields with large lawn bordered by hedges and wildflower garden. The light filled living space decorated in clean modern stylish decor has panoramic views onto gunite pool and garden. The open layout features living room, gourmet kitchen with Subzero fridge and Bosch appliances and top of the line cooking equipment and tableware, family room/2nd living room, and indoor and outdoor poolside dining area and outdoor lounge sofa seating. The house is great for families with ease of pool off living room to outdoor dining and gas grill with new outdoor sofa set seating, coffee table and pool chaises for relaxed days. There is a playroom, laundry room and child friendly requirements (including pool security fence which can be installed).
The house features new stylish modern outdoor poolside sofa seating and renovated upper deck off master bedroom with view over the pool and garden.
The house is well located for beaches of Flying Point, Coopers and 5 minutes to center of Southampton Village. The proximity to the village for supermarket, shopping and restaurants is ideal, with the tranquility of surrounding farm field area. A local farm stand orchard is just 1 minute from the house. It is a just a flat 15 bike ride to Southampton Village and beaches a few minutes from the center of town. We are also 5 minutes to Parish Art museum, Duckwalk Vineyards and Watermill Village. We are 10 minutes to Southampton's beautiful Peconic Bay for spectacular kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing and nature preserves with stunning wetlands and bird sanctuaries.
8 minute drive to Ocean Beaches. 3 minute drive to Jitney and LIRR Southampton station.
5 minute drive to Southampton Village and 8 minutes to Southampton Beaches
Sag Harbor is a 20 minute drive and easily accessible.
