Less than 90 minutes from Manhattan (and less to Laguardia or JFK.)
This home is new to VRBO/HomeAway hence no reviews, but don't that mislead you this is the best value out there. Beautiful and well appointed 5 Bedroom, 5 Bath home with gorgeous pool, patio, deck and landscaping close to village and beach. This family home could be yours this summer to enjoy, it is not a rental home but a family home that is rarely available to rent.
The home is fully equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable summer stay. Everything is included (except for weekly and departure cleaning) for maximum convenience and enjoyment. 3 Bedrooms are ensuite (2 King, 1 Queen) and the other 2 Bedrooms have there own bathrooms in the hall (Bunk Room and Queen Bedroom.) Well equipped cooks kitchen with Viking Range and stainless steel appliances. Breakfast room seats 11 (8 at table, 3 at bar) plus a separate dining room that seats 8. Large family room with 50" LCD TV (plus TV's (3) in all the ensuite Bedrooms.) Outside you'll find a large L-shaped heated pool, gorgeous patio with numerous lounge chairs as well as a large deck with barbecue grill, dining table and chairs and outdoor lounge furniture. There is also a great outdoor shower for post beach (or run) clean up. The home is 1 mile from Main Street Westhampton Beach (restaurants, shops, farmers market, performing arts center) and 2 miles from the village ocean beach (walk on pass for beach access included.) All this and more just a convenient and short 75 miles from Manhattan. The Hamptons never were so easy. This offering is for family or families renting (shares, subletting strictly prohibited.)

This home has been meticulously cared for and has rarely, rarely (less than 5 times in 10 years) been rented out. This is our family home and we are making it available on a limited basis because we beleive it is worth sharing. The landscaping is immaculate complete with a large in ground heated pool, beautiful limestone patio for sitting by the pool. As well as a large deck for dining and relaxing after hard day at the beach. And don't worry you can wash the sand and salt away in the beautiful cedar outdoor shower!

Our beautiful home is close to everything, easy to get to but well removed from the hustle and bustle. Truly the most relaxing Hamptons stay you could have for the price. Every ancillary expense is included (not food and beverage) all utilities, cable, wifi, fuel for pool heater, pool cleaning, landscape maintenance. Walk on pass to local beach is included as are beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, linens, everything you need to just relax and enjoy. Completely turn key and hassle free. Multi week stays will incur a weekly cleaning (less than departure clean) as well as a departure clean.
