The spacious rooms in this 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath retreat have an appealing designerā€™s touch, carried into the kitchen, with modern appliances and marble countertops.

The poolside patio is an ideal setting for pleasant dining, perhaps with something delicious prepared on the gas BBQ. Villa Helena is one of those ideal locations where guests feel like Cabo San Lucas is their own private retreat. Helena is only steps from spectacular Pedregal beach and less than a five minute drive (or 15 min walk) from vivacious activity of Cabo. If you are seafood savvy, indulge in sparklingly fresh ceviche and cold drinks on the deck or at the nearby beach and harbor front restaurants.

Villa Helena is nestled in the private guarded & gated enclave of Pedregal, it has all of the sun, sand and sea of Cabo in a laid back paradise perfect for couples, families or friends.

Being the premier downtown neighborhood, Pedregal and Villa Helena do not embrace loud music or a party atmosphere late into the night. Strict noise regulations (after 10pm) are enforced in the community so that you and surrounding properties are not disturbed by others. Making this suited for families & those wanting to relax.

Celebrations like bachelor/bachelorette groups or spring break parties should look in the downtown corridor as Pedregal is NOT suited for loud music and late parties, and security will strictly enforce this in all homes within the neighborhood. We just like to be upfront and communicate this on our listing !

Love Villa Helenaā€”Caboā€™s best

We go to Cabo several times a year to fish for marlin. Villa Helena is the only place we stay. Booking the Vila is easy and customer service from the owners is world class. The Villa is amazingly beautiful with 6 bedrooms, housekeeper, generator and unbelievable views of the pacific, sunrise and sunset. I highly recommend Villa Helena.

Fantastic Week at Villa Helena

Villa Helena is a fantastic place for a family or group of 12. Situated in the Pedregal gated community, within walking distance of the marina (20 min walk), pickleball courts and the courtside cafe (5 min walk), and Pedregal Beach (7 min walk), it is a great balance between convenient and quiet. The views of the ocean, whales, and sunsets are breathtaking. Our group of 12 including kids had many questions and hosts Sondra and Brian were very responsive to every one of our inquiries and requests. The bedrooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the villa is immaculate, thanks to their housekeeper Inez who was there every day we were there. Inez also washed the pool towels and anything in our laundry hampers. Everything you need to prepare meals is in the kitchen, and there are two large refrigerators for food & beverages. Would highly recommend Villa Helena!

Everything about this home is spectacular. The location, the rooms and the view exceed our expectations. We had 11 adults in our group and it was very comfortable. The owners were very responsive and the daily housekeeper was a treat!

Enchanting and impressive!

This was our first visit to Mexico and it was such a pleasant surprise. The villa was excellent, high up on the hill with a great view. The housekeeper was fabulous and looked after everything so we didn't have to worry. The property was spotlessly clean, spacious and very modern, spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful property. Overall a really good experience. We did have a few hiccups with the gate security letting Uberā€™s into the community but nothing too troubling. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

What a WONDERFUL property! This home was clean, comfortable, and beautiful... with absolutely stunning views from every angle. The house maid was there each morning and was so kind and made the house fresh daily. Beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect place for friends to unwind, relax and celebrate my husbands 40th bday. So grateful we got the pleasure to stay here and will absolutely be back again!

Wonderful Family Oasis

This home lived up to all of the pictures and the description. The daily housekeeping made the home feel like a true resort. The bedrooms are comfortable, well appointed, and spacious. The living area and pool/outdoor area make it so you donā€™t need to leave. Wonderful property and great responsiveness from owner and property manager for all of our needs.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Helena so much we went back! You cannot beat the view and the layout of the house. There is a bath for every bedroom! The owners are very responsive and leave great instructions and key contacts in Cabo for excursions etc. It's so close to shopping, restaurants, bars and the marina yet very private! I highly recommend this home for your trip to Cabo!

Living in the DFW Area, our family enjoys beach vacations, fishing, scuba diving and snowboarding. We bought Villa Helena after visiting in January 2014. In 2021, we closed the house to undergo a major renovation - from installing a new kitchen, to new floors, raising the ceiling height, to expanding the upper patio, adding a bedroom & bathroom to led lighting and the most massive front door you will likely ever experience! No surface went uptouched ! And we are pleased to open it to guests in October 2021!

Entering the guarded & gated community of Pedregal, we felt both safe and comfortable. Surrounded by million dollar homes and views, Villa Helena overlooked the Pacific Ocean from almost every room & deck and we knew this was THE house.

The views from the patio, bedrooms and decks are unsurpassed. Sitting in the pool - it is an unspoiled view of the ocean with whales and fishing boats. It is wonderful to sleep with the bedroom doors open and hear the sound of crashing waves, while enjoying the nice breeze during the spring, fall and winter.

Cabo is known for marlin & deep sea fishing and many, many golf courses. The foodie scene is amazing and the abundance of private chefs in the area available to come to the house to create an in home experience is wonderful!
