This updated condo is in Solana Beach located on the bluffs above the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Just blocks away from the world famous Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds.

Del Mar Beach Club is a private/gated ocean front complex. This fully furnished condo sleeps 4 people – the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single/twin beds. We are permitted for 5 people but do not have an additional bed for the 5th person. All appliances in the kitchen are stainless steel and granite counter tops. LCD Flat screen TV with Cable TV and DVR ready so you don’t miss any of your favorite shows. Big screen TV’s in each bedroom. WIFI high Speed internet access included. You will have an assigned parking spot. Can provide a second assigned parking spot if requested. Quest parking is available with a quest parking pass. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

When coming up from the beach there is a Club House/Lounge that is on the ground level on the way back to the unit. The Club House/Lounge area has a bathroom with a hot shower down the hall. The Club House/Lounge overlooks the ocean and has a large center fireplace for lounging and watching the sunsets.

Quick Beach Access:
There is a private wide staircase just steps away from the unit built into the cliff leading from the complex to the beach that is much more private due to limited access.

AMENITIES:
Oceanfront Swimming Pools 2 of them on the Bluff and another pool across the street on the non-beach side. There is also another pool that is heated all year right next to our condo which also has a large sauna and indoor 7 Person Jacuzzi, bathroom with showers, BBQ’s and Gym Work Out Room (18 years of age or older only. At onsite office you would need to sign a waiver form and deposit $50.00 for the key which will be refunded once the key is returned). There are 2 tennis courts( Also will need a deposit and key from onsite office). Nearby there are grocery stores, restaurants, banks and lots of great shopping.

VIEWS
Complex sits on the bluff with fantastic ocean views by sitting at the pool or sitting at the view deck just steps away from the condo. Also enjoy the view in the enclosed clubhouse/Lounge that overlooks the ocean also just steps from the condo. This condo does NOT have an ocean view
