This newly renovated gulf front condominium provides very attractive accommodations all on one level. The large great room adjoins a covered porch that overlooks the beach, and as well adjoins the kitchen with breakfast bar, and the dining area that comfortably seats eight. Hi-speed internet is provided, as is a washer and dryer in the unit. Private beach access is just steps from your door. Conveniently close to Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club and the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place.

Nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed being right on the beach. Beds were comfortable. Could use some better pots and pans for cooking as well as some sharp knives (there were planty but none of them sharp). 2nd bathroom switches and not wired correctly (have to have them set in right order for lights to come on). Also, faucet in this bathroom leaks if being used. The kitchen faucet is loose. Overall, had a great time and will use again sometime.

The week everyone caught a 24 hour virus

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two of the three families caught a 24 hour virus. Regretfully, Dune Allen NEVER sent a exterminator to deal with the bugs in the kitchen and the porch or to fix the microwave. Someone to weed eat the front yard and the stairs to the beach would have been helpful as would having clean towels upon arrival.

Memorial Day weekend

We made a last minute trip to Florida . The location was close to everything. The condo had what you needed and was clean , looks newly renovated. We would definitely come back.

This place is dump

The location is amazing, I counted less than 100 steps from the patio to my beach chair. That is where the positive comments end. The photos used for the listing are not current. The place feels dirty, it is dirty and everything excluding the kitchen is very outdated. We washed all linens before sleeping, cleaned all surfaces with Clorox wipes and covered all the furniture with the blankets from the third bedroom. We purchased candles to burn to mask the smell of the place. The patio furniture was unusable. The grounds are dirty. Other people staying in this building made the same claims about their units. From what we gathered the only unit worth staying in is 103. I’m not familiar with Dune Allen Realty, but I can’t believe they represent this owner. I have a hard time believing they want to be associated with this place.

Girls trips

Met up with my college age daughter and her friends. I brought along with me a couple of friends and my high school age daughter. The location of this condo could not be anymore perfect. The condo just needs updating and love!

Mixed Feelings?

Wow, right on the beach and the people at Dune Allen Realty were great to work with! However, this unit needs updating badly. The living room furniture is dingy and old. The listing says It sleeps 8 which will include 2 people sleeping on the sofa bed. The sofa bed is horrible. The mattress is so flat that the bars underneath will kill your back. We had to sleep on the sofa itself and use a folding bed instead. The bathroom tile needs to be cleaned you can see mold in the tub area and there are loose tiles in the floor. I left with mixed feelings about out stay but being right on the beach along with the location was just fabulous! Therefore, I was generous with the star rating.

Nasty with bugs

BEWARE!!!! My daughter and family arrived first and had to be moved due to dirty accommodation and bug infestation. They had overlooked the broken refrigerator door handle. It was SUCH A SHAME that such a wonderful location was not better maintained!!
