Great location! Easy pool and beach walk. The two chairs and umbrella daily were a huge bonus. We had a great week. The unit was exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of fresh towels. I didn’t give five stars because the carpets in the bedrooms really need replaced badly and the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable.

Perfect Stay!

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. We decided to extend our stay 2 days and had a wonderful experience with Newman-Dailey. The condo was extremely clean and beautiful. We will stay here again.

Great vacation

Our stay at San Remo was great as usual. This was the fifth time staying on property and we’ve tried a different unit each stay. All units are very well-maintained with the necessary amenities for a great vacation. we look forward to our next visit.

Great property

This was a great location and a wonderful stay for me, my wife and our 2 teenage daughters. Condo was significantly larger than we expected so we didn’t feel crowded. It was a short walk to gulf place with restaurants and shops. We will definitely go back.

Excellent Choice

This property was immaculate. It was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacay. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking utensils we needed to feel at home, and the selection of movies, music and games were a great added touch. The view, pool and easy beach access made our stay perfect!

As someone who has stayed in many short term rentals, this unit was exceptionally clean. It’s also much larger than we thought. Would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with our stay

Condo was very clean, communication with property management company was excellent. The location of the property was great. We really appreciated that the community, overall, was pretty quiet and respectful. I feel like the busier the area gets you sometimes don’t know what to expect. The private beach access and complementary beach service were a plus!

Amazing experience, amazing location, and amazing trip. The check-in process was smooth, simply check your email and follow the directions. I even received a text message earlier than expected letting me know our room was ready. The room itself is spacious, comfortable, and the views from the kitchen to the balcony are worth the trip alone. It is a full size kitchen, 2 full bedrooms, and the smaller bedroom with the bunk beds. Beach access was quite possibly the best part of the entire trip. This beach is private, with complimentary chairs and umbrellas offered daily for those staying in San Remo. You just leave the condo, walk past the pool, and take about 50 steps and you are on the beach. No need to fight for parking, get to parking lot early, just walk from the condo. Also got some discounted deals for other events to do, which we did with the Sea Blaster dolphin viewing boat ride. Which was a 5-Star experience itself. This entire trip was a great vacation, and started with the smooth experience of San Remo Condos.

Beach Condo

It was nice to be able to see the ocean (and pool area) from our patio and the beach was just a short walk away. There was only a small supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, & dishwasher detergent, so you need to bring all that yourself. And only salt n pepper for spices, just an FYI. The area was very safe and family friendly. We could easily walk to stores for shopping and restaurants. Bike and golf cart rentals were nearby too. Beautiful sandy beaches and clear turquoise ocean. They gave us free rental for 2 beach chairs and a sun umbrella, that was very nice, however most days it was too windy or over cast and they wouldn't allow us to have the umbrella/chairs. So be sure to have your own with for back up. The pool was heated, we were there beginning of April. At times the pool area got pretty busy and loud, but my younger kids really enjoyed it. Evening swims were enjoyable too, less kids. Hot tub was nice to have.

As a professionally licensed vacation rental company, we follow the guidelines set by the Health Department and we are not permitted to leave any food products in the property. We provide an initial setup of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash liners to get your vacation off to a good start. However, if you are staying for a longer trip or anticipate that you will need more than what we provide, we recommend either picking some up in town or packing additional supplies for your trip. Upon our arrival at San Remo 207, we noticed how nice and clean, and spacious, the condo was. The bedrooms and baths both had everything you needed, although we could have used a few hooks for hanging towels. Mattresses were okay, showing a lot of wear but comfortable enough. Kitchen had just about everything you needed for nights/days cooking in the condo. Living area was very nice with plenty of seating, with two good sized couches. Balcony was delightful, with plenty of seating as well for outside meals or just a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Overall, one of the nicer condos that we’ve stayed in, and so walkable to the restaurants, ice cream, and all of the shops! Newman-Dailey property easy to reach if you need anything…would absolutely rent from these folks again for future beach vacations!

Beach trip with the grandsons

Enjoyed our stay! Condo was just as described and very clean. Well appointed with attention to every need. convenient being on the 2nd floor but still having an ocean view from the over sized balcony. Will definitely be coming for another visit

Nice Property! condo was clean and had everything we needed. Gated, ocean view, large pool and hot tub, private beach access, few min walk to Shunk Gulley's and other restaurants and shops. Quick Bike/Golf Cart ride away from Red Bar and Blue Mountain Creamery.

One of Our Favorite Vacations Ever

This was one of our all-time favorite vacations!! It was our family of 4 (kids are 7 & 10) plus my mom. The photos were exactly accurate and the place is well maintained. Our biggest complaint is that the door code would not work until right at/after 4pm but the place had already been cleaned hours prior and there was no legitimate reason for keeping us out that late. My husband was waiting in the truck to make sure our stuff was safe and no one was in, or out, of our room for at least the two hours prior. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded! Everyone was extremely nice!
