Beach Cottage 30A is the “picture perfect” old Florida, beach bungalow. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage is ideal for a small family or a romantic getaway for 2. The master bedroom features a king bed, and the guest room has 2 twin beds. You’ll enjoy the traditional, U-shaped kitchen with its custom tile backsplash featuring handwritten, old family recipes. You may even want to try one during your stay.

This gulf front property is charming, cozy, and quaint with a lovely back porch that includes a small dining table, private path to the beach, and a gulf front deck for enjoying our famous sunrises and sunsets. Hot local’s tip: Mid-morning is the best time to catch dolphins out for a morning swim.

Beach Cottage 30A is also pet friendly, and does not discriminate based on your furry child’s weight. So, bring Wishbone or bring Beethoven to Beach Cottage 30A, we love dogs!

This home has a shared beach access with neighboring house Beach Bungalow.

Beach Cottage 30A with Beautiful View of the Gulf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice stay at this cottage. It was the perfect size for two adults and two young children. The entire place was very clean. We were glad it had a dishwasher and washer and dryer. There is a private outdoor shower that we used many times to rinse off after being at the beach. Wonderful unobstructed view of the gulf from the front porch!

Beach Front in a Great Location, for couples that have a pet.

Beach Front vintage cottage that allows a pet and is ideal for a couple. It’s been remodeled to current standards on the interior. Exterior is barebones but has a covered patio with an incredible view of the ocean. It’s priced correctly.Only thing that could be said as a possible suggestion, is to verify there is a pest service being used as there were a number of bugs in the place, specific the Rollie pollies, and some very tiny microscopic insects that were in serious numbers and primarily visible on the tile floor, they would be too small to see on furniture.

Could be such a nice and cozy beach cottage!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is in a very nice location with an outstanding view. However, it needs some TLC in house and tidying in yard. I appreciate the old world charm and can see it has been somewhat updated, but it is sparse of any extras for the price. There weren’t enough bath or kitchen towels supplied. No handsoap, no bathmats. It could use a deep cleaning.-mold on shower curtain etc) Mattresses weren't very comfortable and seemed pretty old. Ants were very bad in kitchen and all over house-Even after we sprayed bug spray. If you’re looking for any amenities or anything other than barebones, you might want to venture further. For the price in September, I expected much better.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The washing machine was not working until Thursday, and we arrived on Saturday. Once the repairman came, it took 20 min change out the connection. Dune Allen offered for us yo use the washers at their office but not exactly how we wanted to spend our time. We would have appreciated getting a repairman sooner. Plus, when calling about not receiving a check in code at 4 p.m., the man I spoke with was rude. TV didn’t work in bedroom. I don’t recommend Dune Allen.

Not great

The best part of this place is the beach! We had a good time, but would not return because of two things. The kitchen countertop is all broken up and is at least 50 years old. Unsanitary and disgusting looking. Also there is black mold growing in the wall of the main bathroom. If these things were fixed, we would return. Also sheets were in bad shape with rough "knots" We should have expected this for the economical price. We had hoped for better ..........

Perfect location

Location is great! We contacted management about all the loose boards on the steps leading to the water. Also the water hose needs to be replaced. Hope the stairs will be addressed before someone gets hurt. The couch and chair need to be cleaned. The mattress in the sleeper sofa is the worst I have ever seen, very old with springs and dirty. King mattress and two twin rooms were comfy. Outdoor shower was nice. The steps leading to the beach are shared with a cottage across the street. Would have been nice to be informed because we thought it was our private access. Black mold on the air vent in the kitchen. Floors not cleaned, sand and dog hair still on floor. Need more utensils only 6 forks. Bring door mats or you track sand inside. Even with these issues we will return because the location was perfect. If you rent a bike through live well they only have beach cruisers no gears. Disappointed that reviews from years ago have not been addressed. PLEASE FIX THE STEPS LEADING TO THE BEACH.

Perfect location& charming house!

This was a fantastic beach spot for myself, my daughters, and their 2 dogs. Right on the beach, with restaurants and shopping just a few minutes down the road. The house itself is old Florida charm, light, airy and all the amenities we needed. We can’t wait to book for next year!

This home itself was nice, but the grounds really need to be cleaned up.

The driveway is sand, which is okay, but you literally get caught with burrs when you get out of your car. The grounds are very overgrown and full of plants that have nasty, prickly burrs on them. This includes the path to the deck that overlooks the Gulf. They have hoses connected from the house to the deck so that you can rinse things off, but the hoses are all split and useless. Inside the home was nice with an older kitchen, but well stocked. The bathrooms have been updated. The master bedroom has a king bed that is comfortable, but for some reason you can't move on it because the bed frame squeaks loudly.

Best family vacation ever!

Idyllic setting, quiet beach, private walkway and deck. Convenient to great food and dining (Shrimpers for fresh seafood, The Donut Hole and walk to Stinky'a Fish Camp for great Creole seafood) and down the road from WalMart if you forget something. Easy access to Destin or PanamaCity for entertainment for the kids. Large kitchen that we cooked in daily. There was a funky smell in the microwave that hopefully has been remedied and the fridge did freeze a good bit of our produce on their preset levels. Could use another comfortable chair or loveseat in the living area if more than 2-3 people in the room. When polled, it was unanimous among the family members that this was the best place we have ever stayed on the beach and we usually go 1-2 times yearly and have stayed in Seagrove Beach in the past.

Great Beach House

We loved the location and the beach was great. We would definitely come back! There were 2 negatives. First, I was not happy with the sharing of the walkway to the beach. I think this should only be for the Beach Cottage, not for the Beach Cottage and the Beach House. We were interrupted many time throughout the week with our neighbors and it was quite intrusive. We payed good money and I didn't like this aspect of the rental. Also, I know we were at a beach, but if you don't like sand in the house, this is not the place for you! The house was great with the exceptions of these 2 issues. However, I would come back every year if the walkway was exclusive to the cottage.
