Easy walk/drive to a variety of beaches and assorted destinations (Easy stroll to Stinky's Restaurant). Fenced back yard, barbecue/casual dining area at pool side. Balcony sundeck. Step inside Europa and feel wrapped in tranquility and privacy: stunning, mirrored wet bar, soaring ceilings, all surfaces granite or marble, kitchen fit for the true chef, awesome lighting, floating staircase, delightful accessories from all over the globe. All furnishings are upscale - many custom made for this home. Powder room, sunroom and sofa sleepers are located on ground floor. King bed in downstairs master, jetted tub in the adjoining, slightly elevated bath - as well as a separate, oversized shower. Full accommodations in three bedrooms include two kings and one set of twin beds in a mini-suite. All are equipped with top of the line mattresses/linens. TVs included. HBO. WiFi. Well-behaved, flea-free DOGS with responsible parents are welcome. Honeymoon and Anniversary Perfect. Stay where Athletes/Celebrities stay...GO STEELERS! YAY RAVENS! GO FALCONS! BRAVO BRAVES! I have never stayed in a VRBO that I did not have to buy pots or pans to cook with. This house was fully equipped. They had two dog beds and even had water bowls and food bowls out for me. I didn’t worry about my dogs or the family. I will definitely stay at this place again and I do recommend it.

Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed staying here. Being walking distance from the beautiful beach was incredible. The large space easily accommodated my family of six adults and a plus one. Loved the fenced in back yard which allowed us to bring our dog along. The swimming pool was very nice to have while relaxing at the house. Overall great stay!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach was definitely NOT 4 minutes, but manageable and easy. Suggestions for improvement: additional/upgraded locks on doors to exterior. There were four entrances into home and deadbolts seemed pretty worn.

Great location

Property was awesome, nice clean pool the grand kids and the grown kids loved! Property is a little dated compared to the million dollar houses around it but we would stay again in a heart beat!! Hopefully can rent it next year! If you have a chance to stay here don’t pass it up for the higher priced flashy ones!

Quiet and not a tourist trap

The property is incredibly close to the beach. The owner has a beach wagon which helps for carrying items to the beach. If you need chairs or an umbrella for the beach, you can pay for chairs or an umbrella at a rate of 70 per day, or you can pick them up from Walmart for cheaper and carry them to the beach. Great neighborhood, not the crazy tourist trap that Destin is. Stores for groceries are close by, great restaurants are within walking distance. The pool is nice; bring bug spray to avoid the mosquitoes. The host is super responsive, and helpful. If you love the Emerald coast and want to avoid the nonsense of Destin, this is a great area to stay.

Our after Christmas get away

Great location for this property and it was such a nice home, and not your typical beach home! The home was very private but close to everything. This home had everything you need if you didn't want to leave during your stay - very private pool/grill area and the kitchen had everything you need.

Location was nice!

When staying at any Vrbo you have pros and cons. The pros outweigh the cons for this property. Yes it’s a little outdated and needs a little TLC however it was more than fully equipped with just about everything one might need. Yes the pool is a little on the smaller side but it worked and was a nice choice to hangout in when one gets worn out at the beach It’s actually closer than it appears and the location is perfect! It was a smooth check in and check out. Very quiet and gorgeous neighborhood with the walk to the beach that has a public restrooms and outdoor showers are only a couple blocks away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and anything else just a couple miles away. I’d definitely recommend this property.

Great Neighborhood so close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Dune Dr. It is less than 5 min walk to the beach and less than 2 min with a golf cart. Beach Access provides bathrooms and outdoor showers to rinse off before heading back to your stay. This property is close to the local favorite Stinkys restaurant which is in walking distance as well. The private pool was clean and great for when we weren’t at the beach. We’ve stayed here before and at another property in this neighborhood and really just love this location and the vibe along 30A. The only drawback to this time staying here is the grill is not in working order, the drip pan is nonexistent and the grill is pretty rusted out. Appears the entire grill should be replaced and looking back through other reviews it looks like has been like this for awhile. We love to grill out during our family vacations so that was the only disappointment. Other than that everything else was great.

Dune Drive

We arrived earlier than expected and the owner granted us an early check-in, which was really great. There were 5 of us plus our dog and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house was clean and the pool stayed clean all week. Just a short walk to the beach and the owners conveniently had two wagons to pull our stuff in, which was great. There is a public access point to the beach very close too, with lifeguards and beach assistants. The water was really nice all week. I would definitely recommend this property to any family going to Santa Rosa Beach.

Almost perfect.

Home was clean and had everything we could possibly need to make our stay wonderful. Even had boogie boards for kids to use at beach. They loved that. Also loved having a private pool and cookout area. It was enjoyed by all. Only complaints were a minor issue with the access code and a full load of towels left in washer for us to dry and fold However I believe that was due to a recent management change and not recurring issues. I highly recommend this type of vacation stay over hotels.

Disappointing

We selected this home specifically for the private pool. Upon arrival the pool was non-operational, dirty/cloudy. We immediately reported and no action was taken until after 3:00pm on the day before we left. They sent a pool cleaner which didn’t make much change. Since leaving we requested compensation since the rate was based on amenities and have been ignored by the owner. Would not recommend.

Location Wonderful; Bed situation misleading....

We just spent 4 nights here in July, 2024. First, the location was excellent. It is truly a 4 minute walk from the beach. It is a 20 minute drive to Destin, which has all of the "tourist" stuff, but we were purposefully trying to stay away from that. The master bedroom had a true king. The upstairs advertised a king, but was really 2 twins pushed together - very uncomfortable. There was no soap in the shower, nor were there basic seasonings (salt or pepper). We had to buy this plus paper towels and toilet paper - perhaps this should be included, especially considering the price per night. There is a private pool, but much smaller than the picture suggests. The perimeter of the house needs some TLC - not well taken care of. Overall it was fine, but not amazing and (again for the price) a disappointment.

Great location, good house

We stayed here for about a week with 7 adults, a toddler, and a dog. This place is extremely dog friendly which was great. Our dog loved the yard and they even provided food and water dishes and a dog bed. There are three bedrooms and fold out couches in the living room. The fold out couches are pretty comfortable for a fold out couch. Most of the floors are tile so sound does carry quite a bit. The stairs were not toddler friendly but it wasn’t a huge issue as she slept on the main floor. The location really is nice. It’s an easy walk to a clean and not too busy beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is ample privacy and parking on the property. We were at this property in May and one of our biggest complaints had to do with the yard. The listing advertised a grill and there is one in the backyard but we discovered it was completely rusted through only after purchasing a lot of food to grill. The backyard also had a lot of mosquitos and other bugs which disappointed us as a big reason we booked this place is for the fenced in yard and pool. The yard was definitely not well maintained which we attribute some of the bug problems to. They supplied a washer/dryer with detergent, some beach toys and umbrella, a keurig with k-cups, bath towels, and a lot of kitchen things that were helpful for cooking. I suggest purchasing food storage containers and ziplock bags if you plan on cooking. Overall great place and would stay here again.

Beach Trip May 2023

We have stayed at this residence for a few years now. Primarily due to its awesome location to the beach! Also we love the small pool and the fact it doesn’t have a ton of steps for my senior dog to navigate. Check in process is easy. The only thing I would say is that the dwelling is in need of updating and some minor repair work. There was some mold On the walls in the master bathroom and the stairs to the 2nd level are very loud and in need of repair/updating. She has a ton of kitchen utensils, dishes and small electrics. The oven/stove is new and has convection and air frying options. The dishwasher is older and needs to get mounted to the counter as it starts to fall forward when the dishwasher shelves are weighted with dishes and pulled forward. You might want to bring your own pillows for sleeping too. She has a bunch of beach chairs, 2 wagons and some wave boards as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fixes are small. Nothing tragic just in need of some TLC.

Great Vacation Getaway

We were able to check in early which was nice to be able to start our day early. There was 4 adults & out 2 small yorkies and we had plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. One downfall is that the upstairs bed room that is listed as a king is actually 2 twins pushed together. The kitchen had all utensils, pots, pans that we needed to cook any meal. the gas grill was very convenient as well. We cooked every breakfast and grilled every lunch and dinner. The pool was a big plus as well and was very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Neighborhood gem

3 bedroom house with 2.5 bathroom located short walk from the beach. Enjoyed the covered patio next to the pool. One of the most stocked kitchens with typical items. Really made things easy!
