Ca'n Ampasolia is a 400+ m2 three level villa newly built in a traditional exterior Mallorcan style and a modern open design interior using highest quality materials and apliances. Fully equipped 4 BR/en suite bathrooms (2 additional bathrooms) with open living and dinning areas communicating w/ kitchen/breakfast room. Multiple large exterior terraces including a covered porch leading to the pool, a separate covered outdoor kitchen and outdoor fire pit. The villa is built on top of a 17,000 m2 rural property encased by a traditional stone wall containing century old trees. Unobstructed views of the island interior, allows for unique views of sunsets while enjoying memorable sundowners. Located 35 minutes from Palma and 25 minutes from it's international airport. Nested within 5 Km of Santanyi and Campos, it is 15 minutes away from some of the best beaches and coves, including natural preserves of Es Trenc or Mondrago.
Ideal villa for large families or groups of friends looking for a quiet restful stay while enjoying cooking, water activities, road biking and exploring wonderful retaurants, wineries and historical places.

Rosa and the property were nothing but excellent! We had a great time, the location is perfect, 15 mins from Santanyi, 25 from Cala D’Or, 35 from the airport! The Villa was one of the nicest we have been to for a while, the size, quality, what was available and cleanliness was exceptional,

Amazing villa in a secluded location. Perfect for our two families of 4 adults and 4 children. Loads of living space and nice sized bedrooms all woth ensuite. Air con was easy to use as were all other appliances. Rosa the host was very helpful with recommendations which were really good.Pool was great as was the outdoor kitchen and outdoor bathroom which meant we didnt need to get the inside messy.Would happily return again in the future if she will have us!

Breathtaking!

From the moment the plane landed in Mallorca until my departure on July 3, I was as close to heaven on earth as I have ever been. Not only were the house and grounds spectacular, but also the peace and serenity they rendered within me left nothing to be desired. This is a magical space and an adventure not to be missed.

blissfully relaxing

Beautiful home away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The neighbors sheep and roosters reminded me to stop and talk to the sheep (smell the roses). Fabulous kitchen and wonderful outside dining area to take advantage of the just perfect weather. My goal for this vacation was to completely relax and be warm. I was able to return to work and 'the real world' refreshed and relaxed. Thank you!

Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren mit mit zwei Familien zwei Wochen in dieser Finca. Es ist eine wünderschön & sehr gut ausgestattete Finca. Zimmer, Küche & Bäder hoch modern und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sie ist am Ende eines Feldweges, sehr ruhig gelegen. Ich würde diese Finca sofort wieder mieten. Auch der Kontakt immer sehr schnell uns sehr nett.

Amazing vacation in the best area of Mallorca

The villa is fantastic, beautifully furnished and with all the amenities and details to spend a dream vacation. The pool is gorgeous and the outdoor kitchen was all we needed to cook. The best beaches of Mallorca are just a few minutes away and Santanyi is only 5 minutes away and has great restaurants and a wonderful open market twice a week. The island has a lot to offer and we will surely return!

Ca'n Ampasolia - Paradise in Mallorca

We spent a week at the Ca'n Ampasolia and it was a trip of a lifetime! The villa is amazing with a comfortable outdoor pool and patio. It had absolutely everything we needed and even had an outdoor kitchen with an herb garden! The villa is centrally located to explore Mallorca. It's very close to Santanyi, which has a great outdoor market, cute boutiques and great restaurants. A short drive to some of the most magnificent beaches with beautiful turquoise water. We will definitely be back and can't wait to stay at the Ca'n Ampasolia again!

Ca'n Ampasolia

We spent a week in this lovely home in a magical setting with our eldest daughter and two of her close friends. There are 4 very nicely appointed bedrooms with luxury ensuite private bathrooms so each of the young women had their own room and bath. The home was perfectly situated for everyone's interests. We had outings every day to the most beautiful beaches I have ever been, to the mountains and to the city of Palma. Several evenings we stayed home and enjoyed a meal al fresco and watched the sunset from the terrace while sipping on wine and looking out into the vast countryside. Other evenings we picked wonderful restaurants that were an easy drive from the villa. The young ladies even drove into Palma several evenings to check out the night clubs in Mallorca. The The climate was absolutely perfect during the entire week. We celebrated our daughter's 26th birthday at the Villa where we had a cook teach us to make a seafood paella in the outdoor kitchen and then we had flamenco dance lessons by the pool while enjoying the evening breezes. My daughter said it was the best birthday celebration she had ever had! Every morning we prepared a nice breakfast in the spacious kitchen and enjoyed our coffee outside while planning the next adventure. Ca'n Ampasolia is a perfect place to create memories with family and friends in the idyllic island of Mallorca. There is no question that we will return here and bring more family and friends. We have been showing pictures to some of our friends and everyone is asking if they too can rent a week here. 6+ stars!

CAN AMPASOLIA

I spent a week in Ca'n Ampasolia with family and friends in the month of November. The villa is gorgeous, tastefully furnished, with beautiful antiques and modern furniture and all the commodities of a very high end home. I loved the outdoor kitchen, were we enjoyed great paellas cooked by a local friend. The location of the house could not be better, in a very peaceful area of the country side, but very close to the beautiful town of Santanyi and just minutes away from the best beaches of the island (Es Trenc, Cala Llomberas, Calo des Moro, etc). We were very lucky to have really nice weather, as we were even able to swim in the sea at this time of the year and the beaches were deserted of tourists. The hikes through close by parks and little towns were spectacular! I would highly recommend this villa for a family or group of friends that want to explore this amazing island and I hope to be able to return in the near future.

Wonderful Home in Mallorca!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The home and grounds are extraordinary. The home is spacious and very well appointed, Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking in, or if you prefer, you may prepare paella or oven-roasted meats poolside. The location is private with settling sounds of lambs and chickens down the road. Numerous parks and beaches are located just minutes away by car, as are charming villages with with excellent restaurants and street markets. We highly recommend this property and plan to return ourselves.

fantastic villa, huge, tasteful and clean with everything you need for a great vacation!

the villa looks exactly like in the pictures! the villa is new, modern, stylish and clean. beautiful rooms and bathrooms. great surrounding, quiet, really nice pool and outdoor kitchen with everything you need. we were a family of eight people including a baby and the owner even organised a baby bed and a baby high chair. the owner was always friendly, reliable and professional and there is also a local contact. The location is great, close to shops, grocery stores,close to santanyi and beaches like es trenc and palma is not far away either by car. We would definitely recommend it and we were extremly happy and hope to come back!

Wonderful holiday in Mallorca

I've always heard that Mallorca is a wonderful place and after my vacation I can assure it. But the charm of this island would not have been the same if I hadn´t had the great luck to enjoy such a privileged accommodation as this amazing home. This has it all: it's cozy, beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped, tastefully decorated in an island style but with a modern touch. Without forgetting any details, it offers everything you need to make your stay memorable.

PARADISE IN MALLORCA

Looking for a high end deluxe home (brand new) away from the crowds but yet close by if you need beach (the best one- ) or go to restaurants ? Can Ampasolia offers and environment of peace, breath-taking views of the real rural area of South East Mallorca where to relax in the beautiful pool, stroll in the country side and stay in super deluxe modern home with an external traditional façade. Stayed for 4 days and we will be back...!

We chose Mallorca because of its beauty, combining sea, beach, mountain and countryside, as well as its easy accessibility from many places in Europe and the US. The area of Campos/Santanyi has the best weather in the island and is close to the most beautiful sandy beaches and coves. It is also the least crowded and touristic area. Perfect for jogging, road-biking and hiking directly from the villa

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The villa was built in 2014 with the highest quality materials and has all the modern comfort amenities, even though it is set in a rural secluded area. It is perfect for a quiet vacation with lots of privacy, but still a few minutes from beaches, shopping, restaurants and all kind of services and less than half an hour from the airport.
