Incrível White Mountain Lake Townhome- 300 Acres Privada Lake Fora Show Low, AZ

**Remodeled in June 2025**

Whether you are getting out of the heat of summer or planning that Arizona ski vacation this is your home away from home. Get away to one of the only 300 acre private lakes in Northern Arizona. This 3 bedroom/3 bath two story townhome is 50 feet from the water. There is a private swimming beach to cool off during the summer. Plenty of fishing, boating, hiking, and relaxing. We are just a 45 minute drive to Sunrise Ski Resort for those of you hitting the slopes. We are 10 miles from downtown Show Low. This place comes with 2 kayaks. Gas BBQ off the patio over looking the water, read a book by the fireplace, or experience the wildlife.

Great for families with kids. One room has a bunk bed (queen and single) with a flat screen TV for those kids or just the kids at heart. The other two bedrooms are king/queen beds. There is free WiFi, Amazon Fire TV with DirecTv, kitchen fully load including Keurig coffee, air fryer, crock pot, toaster oven, etc. Everything you need to unwind and/or plug in.

Oh Yah, and for those golf lovers, we have that too!!! Silver Creek Golf Club is a championship public 18 hole golf course that is available.

Other activities that are available depending on season: horseback riding, bike rentals, hiking trails, Sunrise ski resort/chair lift rides during the summer, sledding, Show Low/Pinetop/Lakeside multiple restaurants and activities, movie theatres, and the Hon-dah Casino.

This place has everything you want no matter what your need. Come experience all the wonderful activities and adventures this area has to offer.
Don't stay in a hotel room when you can stay here for less cost and many more amenities.

You will make memories at this rare find in Northern Arizona.

My daughter, myself, and my 2 grandsons needed temporary residence while out new house was being built nearby. I needed to get my grandsons in school, so this was an excellent solution for a 3 month rental. The price ended up being right in line with other rentals that required a year lease, which we didn't need, or want. Also we got to stay in a beautiful home on White Mountain lake, and there was plenty of room for all of us comfortably. Thank you so much Greg, your home helped us make an extremely smooth transition to the area, and we were able to do it in in comfort.

Great location

The property was great the location was what we wanted by the lake got to see Geese flying around and we had a great time. Honestly property was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed at in the White Mountain area.

Worry free

The home is exactly as described beautiful views, great location with convenient access to water and stores. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing while enjoying the many amenities the home provides. We were able to prepare meals and play games all with supplies provided in the home (fully stocked with anything we could have needed and more). Had a wonderful time was able to check in early and will return.

Thanksgiving get away

Stay was great. Quiet neighborhood and great location. My 16 year old played basketball and my college kid studied for exams while my husband and I took walks, enjoyed the down time. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked as we cooked out Thanksgiving meal there. Would like to go back in the summer and enjoy the lake.

Great place to stay

The front porch had leaves and branches which made it hard to see in the dark until the light came on. Other than that it was a great place to stay and just rest.

Great for a quiet retreat

Property is great and exactly as advertised. Very quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed, and the lake view is amazing. The stars at night make the location even better. Owner was very nice and responsive to all communications.

Lakeside fun!

Another excellent stay in great weather with a great view! Our second stay was as pleasant as the first. Great layout, clean with everything we needed. Took the boys kayaking, fishing, basketball, playground, and we played at the beach near by. Super close to Show Low and the new Dollar General was nice and convenient.

Small town lake front property

This condo is sooooo perfect!! U have lake front views from upper and lower balcony!! U can walk down to the beach area at the park or just sit inside and day dream!! The condo is super cute and clean!! We loved the views more than anything!! The condo has everything u need too!! We've stayed at two other places on white mountain lake. And this place is our new favorite!! We loved the layout, paddle boat, fireplace, bbq grill, the bench on the lower deck, and it being an end unit, u have privacy!! The owner was on top of everything!! Answered every question and super polite!! We will be coming back hopefully after the snow melts in March/April!! The weather is perfect too!! And u see every star!! Just 100% worth it!! Thanks for sharing your home with us Greg & family!! We loved it!! God bless!!

Just right for our family

This townhome was great for our family of 5 with plenty of room. It had everything that we needed and was peaceful. It is in a great location, on the lake with a variety of things to do, and had great views. We plan on returning.

Great Lakefront Getaway

This was a great location! We absolutely loved being close to the lake, which provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The kids were thrilled with the playground, keeping them entertained for hours. The townhome itself was impressive, as it was very well stocked with all the essentials and more. The availability of kayaks, fishing rods, and lifejackets was a delightful bonus, allowing us to fully embrace the lake activities. Additionally, having a golf course nearby was a fantastic perk, and we enjoyed playing on the well-maintained course. Greg, the host, was excellent in terms of communication and making the booking process smooth. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we will definitely be back again for another memorable stay!

Abolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful house on the lake,

We loved this house from the minute we entered. It is so spacious with private patios off each bedroom besides the large patio off the living area. We enjoyed the beautiful peaceful view of the lake. We had family members visit us and they truly enjoyed their short time with us, as they had their own privacy and space..We all definitely recommend this House on the Lake.

The view and the property were great. Many of the dishes were dirty. And the bunk beds were a little scary. The bottom mattress seems like it’s too worn out to sleep in and the top seems like the woods was coming out underneath. We did love our stY

Peaceful escape from the city

Wonderful home situated right on White Mountain Lake. Pictures do not do this place justice. As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. We were so amazed with everything the home had to offer. We had our Thanksgiving holiday here and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! The living room, bedrooms, and patios were so cozy! One of my favorite parts of our trip was enjoying my coffee on the patio with the most beautiful view of the lake! Could not be happier with our stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect, Inside & Out

This property was perfect for our family. The setting on the lake was just so beautiful and peaceful. Sitting on the patio with the lake as a backdrop was my favorite place to be. The nearby walking/running trails helped our family get out. We would like to return in warmer weather and enjoy the lake more. Inside, the house was comfortably and beautifully furnished. There was plenty of seating for the family to be able to sit and visit, or play some of the games provided in the home. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we desired. The bedrooms were comfortably furnished, with plenty of amenities to make a pleasant stay. All the personal touches really made us feel at home. We would highly recommend this home to any family that needs plenty of room in a beautiful setting.

Peaceful slice of Heaven

What a perfect place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This property sits on the edge of town, with and unobstructed view of the private lake. It’s very calming and serene. At night, you can hear the geese as they fly by, and sit on the patio and become mesmerized by the reflection of the moon on the water… just perfect!

Great stay in white mountains

The lake house was laid out perfectly. Garage parking, 3 well-appointed bedrooms with great bathroom access, nice deck with beautiful view of white mountain lake. Also nice field and playground and lots of equipment for water sports. I would highly recommend!

Great for Family

This was a great location! We loved being close to the lake and the kids really enjoyed the playground! The townhome was very well stocked and the availability of kayaks, fishing rods, and lifejackets were a bonus. Golf was nearby and the course was nice. Greg was communicative and easy to work with. We will definitely be back again!

Great Rental

The lake property was great! The kids loved the neighborhood tetherball and basketball courts. We had fun paddling and kayaking! It appears the ball for the paddleboat trailer is too large so may need to walk it down or bring your own towing setup.

Beautiful Lake View

It was just what we needed as we were in town for a family reunion near Show Low and this three bedroom property was perfect for us. The lake view, sunrise and sunsets were amazing!

Great Customer Care

Upon arrival, there was an unusual issue, however, the owner acted swiftly and with care to make everything right. We were very pleased with his attentiveness. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed! All of the water toys and extras were the perfect items needed to make our time at the beach a relaxing time. We have already recommended to others and would return without hesitation. It is easy when everything goes perfect but real service and character is shown when slight hiccups are dealt with in the caring and generous manner as the owner of this property.
