Welcome To Our Cayman Island Beach Home!

Welcome to your beach retreat!

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully equipped ground floor condo is located in the complex known as Sunset Cove Condominiums at the south end of Seven Mile Beach, and is just north of Georgetown. It is approximately 3 miles from the airport. The resort is directly on the beach and this condo allows for ocean views from the living room and patio.

The condo provides all the amenities of home including fibre optic cable/ internet circuit with HD and premium channels and Wi-Fi coverage. We also provide a library of some family and children's videos and books. The condo is equipped with high end linens and towels,that are professionally laundered off sight! and your beach towels are provided.

The complex includes a large tropical pool with waterfalls, a kiddie wading pool and a Jacuzzi and newly renovated swim up bar and restaurant called The Lazy Lizard, where you can enjoy a tropical drink and lunch. Steps to the water, you will find a protected marine cove and the opportunity to experience some of the best snorkelling that Grand Cayman has to offer. The vicinity surrounding the condo plays host to many different activities / excursions to engage yourself in the Cayman culture.

Excellent restaurants, night-life and shopping are with in walking distance to the complex or rent a car and explore the rest of the island.

Take in breath taking sunsets nightly on the beach, while sipping your favourite cocktails!

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was exceptionally clean and spacious. The pool is right outside the deck with a bar that has amazing drinks and food. The beach is literally within view and has a calm bay area to wade in. There are great restaurants and coffee shops within a blocks walking distance that we loved. The host had everything set up to make it an easy trip. Families with children were everywhere, ensuring it to be a great vacation spot for families. This place was the an amazing vacation spot!!

The communication with the host was exemplary and she responds quicker than Superman when he is called for an emergency. The place is absolutely stunning. Amenities are everywhere and they have thought of everything. You will NOT be disappointed !!!!!

Perfection!

This condo lived up to all my expectations. It had all the conveniences of a first floor unit with direct access to the pool and beach. This unit was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. The owner responded in a timely manner to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolute Paradise!

My family with two adult children had an amazing trip! The unit was fully stocked with all kitchen essentials you would need. The bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living room were spacious. We used the floats and noodles that were located on the patio in the pool. The beach was beautiful with amazing sunsets and was great snorkeling in the cove. Food at the lazy lizard was great when we wanted a pool side lunch. So many delicious restaurants in the area both in walking distance or a short taxi away. We are already looking at when we’ll be back!

Everything yoj could wish for

This is a beauty property. The condo unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was upscale everything - from the fully appointed kitchen to the beach towels. It is right next to the pool and steps to a lovely sandy beach with great swim, snorkel, float, and beachcomber opportunities. Transportation without a car was quite manageable; there are excellent dining spots and a market walking distance away and public vans available within minutes to go further afield. Host communication was great, messages responded to within minutes. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay - my teenager even said this was so much better than staying in a hotel. Thanks!

Seven mile retreat

Tucked behind the Margarita property on Seven mile; Sunset Cove is a gem. The condo was clean with ocean inspired decor, prepared for cooking, grilling, playing in the pool or snorkeling/paddling the ocean. Because of the man made cove enclosure there is a calm sandy place to swim and snorkel. The south end of seven mile beach has eroded significantly but from sunset cove and to the South there is some shore to walk.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful rental. The location is perfect- a ton of things in walking distance, and the regular buses for things a little further. Location within the complex is also ideal- right next to the pool, halfway to the beach. The beach is large with plenty of seating. Lots of families- which was perfect for us. The unit is clean, extremely well appointed and the owners communication was top notch. There a many little touches that make it extra convenient- like insulated cups for the beach, spices and condiments and a drawer filled with things like scissors and push pins, etc. Stuff that you inevitably end up needing, but never pack. Huge pool with the swim up bar makes you feel like you're in a resort. I just can't say enough good things about this place. You won't regret staying here.

Great stay at Sunset Cove

It was a beautiful stay at Sunset Cove. The home has everything you need for a week away. We used the kitchen for breakfast everyday and it was so nice to have a fridge and freezer to store food. I wasn’t sure how we’d like the first floor but we loved it! So convenient to just walk out and be at the pool. And also to throw the football right in front of patio. Great communication! I’m a planner so maybe a bit earlier than just days before, but overall, a perfect stay!

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Kathryn's condo at Sunset Cove. The condo was very well stocked, comfortable and beautifully decorated. A perfect location to tour the island. Pool was fantastic. All the amenities of home. Lots of great restaurants close by but also nice to stay in and enjoy the patio. Sunsets at the beach were amazing!

Sunset Cove Paradise

Was such a wonderful stay. The artificially built cove was spectacular. Had one person very fearful of the ocean and was snorkeling by the end of the week. Spent hours floating, snorkeling. Great reefs just outside the cove! Perfect size for three of us. Easy to get to airport, grocery stores, restaurants, Georgetown. Communication with the owner was superb, check in a breeze.condo was stocked with everything you would want to cook, hang out and play! Went to the swim up bar a couple of times in the pool but were mostly at the beach! Sunsets were phenomenal! The only thing that caught us off guard was when you pull in, the hotel in front is abandoned and in disrepair but behind it is beautiful Sunset Cove!
