Welcome to Phoenix 10! This is a Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10. This condo is also handicap accessible with modifications in the kitchen and a fully accessible bathroom. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a Full in the Guest bedroom 1, two Fulls in guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white, sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has wireless Internet and cable and has flat screen TV's in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.

The host was very responsive and the condo was absolutely awesome! There was construction next door, but they only worked for a few hours per day during the day, so it had no effect on our stay.

Our condo was old and needed updating. Things were very worn and used. The environment was loud and noisy, and a lot of partying going on, the constant smell of marijuana was annoying. The fire alarms went off in our condo due to running down, They were very old and from the early 2000s which I believe is pretty dangerous. It was nice to be on the water but all in all we probably will not stay at this property again.

We had great communication from host/ owner however the room was not the best. Very cheap looking with a lot of items since so many things were broken or not working properly when we got there. They did place a work order and came and fixed what they could for us as soon as the work order was placed. Was not very clean so this upset me. The bathroom in master had hair all over baseboards, the floors and the bathtub. The rug in living room was sandy. Did not seem to clean very well before we got there. The beach view was beautiful and the pool was clean.

This is an excellent condo!! The facilities are kept up great and the staff is very friendly. The condo is wonderful. The handicap accessible features were a plus. The shower was difficult for a wheelchair to maneuver and the toilet seat handles were not very sturdy. Other than that, the features were good. They even had a ramp going out to the balcony and lower counter tops. Beds were comfy. There were excellent choices for utensils and kitchen appliances. Highly recommend and we will be back!!

Location and Beachfront

Main bedroom and shared spaces were roomy and all beds were nice. Elevator down to pools and walk out to the beach! Amazing balcony view! Moonlit nights were awesome. Dryer took forever and dishwasher never worked. It was set to be replaced. It happens. The condo fit our needs and we had a great week overall!

Great Spring Break!

We had 2 adults and 5 teens/children for the week. Property was clean and secure! Only complaint was the couch was very uncomfortable and Wi-Fi not very good. The location was perfect as it wasn’t super busy and an easy drive to everything.

Fall Beach

Had a wonderful view of the Gulf! Condo was spacious and clean. I gave it 5 stars for those reasons. The overall interior could use some updating. It meet our needs.

Condition of Handicapped Condo

We love to stay at Phoenix properties. However, this condo needs to be updated. My husband who is handicapped was unable to come this year. It would have been difficult for him to stay at this condo. The beds were uncomfortable. There seems to be some plumbing issues: had to use a plunger in the master bathroom and the drainage in the hallway bathroom, which was the handicapped equipped bathroom, was slow. The living room sofa and the 2 chairs need to be replaced - we “sank” into them so need furniture that provides more support. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the wonderful ocean view. The pool and hot tubs were fantastic. I don’t think you are responsible for the person that set up the beach chairs but he was rude and didn’t routinely check on the setting of the umbrella, which were used to when we used this service. We paid almost $300 for 5 days service and we expected a more cordial response when we requested his services.

Deceiving pictures

The handicap/wheelchair accessibility of the unit was as described but the cleanliness and care of the unit was horrible. The unit appears to have been neglected for some time. It also appears that work may have been started on a chair rail and never finished as well as other areas. The shower curtains were old, dingy and had half the hooks needed. There were several other issues along with a notice on our door the morning that we checked out from the city that the rental company had not paid for their business license. Only redeeming factor was the view, the beautiful blue water and white sand. Had my stay been I longer, I would not have spent it in this unit and would have requested another one but just didn’t feel like the fight for a short trip.

It was perfect for my wheelchair bound mother.

It was great. I would recommend putting a waterproof shelf or something in the roll in shower for them to put their soap and shampoo on where they can reach it. Everything else was fantastic and my mom had no trouble getting around in the condo.

Spacious beachfront condo

The condo was very spacious and convenient. Right next to several bars and restaurants. Grocery stores only 7min away. Easy access back and forth to the beach. The only thing at check is that you do have to pay for parking and wristbands for your stay which was like $130 extra at check-in. I didn’t read the whole listing or reviews when booked so not sure if that was noted or not but we were surprised about that. The condo is very spacious so it was easy to cook and do things around the condo and not be in each other’s way. The floors in the condo were really dirty. Like our feet were black 1hr after arriving and unpacking just from walking around. We walked around in sandals the whole rest of the week. We would have contacted property management about the floors but we had been traveling 14hrs by car and arrived late night. We were just ready to rest and enjoy our week without worrying about people coming in and cleaning floors.
