A Cabine no Rancho Vale Natural

The Cabin at Natural Valley Ranch was built in 2011 using Indiana White Pine Logs and overlooks our 3 acre lake. You will love having your morning coffee relaxing on the spacious wrap around deck. The Cabin has a total of 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. There is a wheelchair ramp to enter the Cabin.

Main floor has a master bedroom, half bath, library/sitting room, open concept kitchen/dinning/living space and a pantry with staples provided. Walk out basement with porch has a family room with pool table, master bedroom, bunk room, private bedroom, full bathroom. Top floor has a master bedroom, full bath, private bedroom and sitting area with a pull out counch. The ceilings in the top level bedrooms are open to showcase the beautiful logs.

The master bedroom on the main floor is wheelchair accessible. It has a large walk in closet, whirlpool tub, walk in shower with a wall mount head and a rain head.

Televisions are in all the bedrooms except the master bedroom on the top floor.

Visit our animal interaction area by the big red horse barn at any time during your stay. You may see Hank our free range pig walking around or sleeping inside the barn. We also have chickens and ducks roaming the property. If you would like to do a trail ride or arena ride for an additional fee please text Marie 3175093577

Swimming and boating from the dock, beach or boats. Life jackets are NOT provided.

Our 3 acre lake is a SHARED lake for guests from the Cottage at Natural Valley Ranch and our family and friends. Bring your own tackle and bait to fish for bluegill, crappie, bass or catfish.

We currently have a canoe, boat and a paddle boat for your use at no extra charge. These options may change depending on if they get damaged.

The toilet in the main powder room was leaking onto the floor. The downstairs smelled of septic. The bedroom linens were thin covers. There had been a cat inside and my son in laws are allergic. No soap in showers. No coffee except 3pods two decaf. Arriving late I’m so relieved we brought our water with us. But we had no idea of what coffee maker they would have. I sent the owner some of this info and my cell so he could text. I had no reply. Someone did come while we were away at the Celebration of Life and fixed the toilet. The doors did not lock.

Chuck is very welcoming and his response to questions is fast. Property was spotless and decorated so sweetly for Christmas. This is our third year staying at this house and we love it!

Had a lovely Thanksgiving with our large fam here. Kids enjoyed fishing, playing pool and feeding some of the animals in the petting zoo. Adults loved the large kitchen and comfortable seating. Great time!

We returned yet again to enjoy The Cabin at Natural Valley Ranch. Our 5th time to rent there. A HS girls getaway! Great hosts who always welcome us to make ourselves at home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the cabin was great as we had a pond, forest, outdoor space as well as being close to the petting zoo and running/walking trails. I would say fishing and having a fire every night were the top highlights. The house was spacious for our family of 16. The only downside was the rooms on the main and second floor, the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling. Thus, any noise that occurred on the main floor would carry to those spaces and make sleep difficult for individuals staying in those rooms. We adjusted when we watched tv or the noise levels in the mornings to accommodate this.

Amazing stay and great host family. Was here for my wedding, and 10/10 stay. I will recommend to everyone. There was even enough room for my aunt/uncle and cousins to stay when their host unexpectedly canceled on them 30 minutes prior to check in while traveling from Michigan. Huge space and beautiful.

The cabin was loaded with everything you needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. The master bathroom was luxurious. The other bathrooms were clean and stocked also. The two down on the lower level were yellowed which I thought may have been from well water. The cabin was amazing with the lake, petting zoo, and the availability of horseback riding. My family was very impressed and requested we rent it every yearThe host was great at responding with updates and answering questions.

I am wheelchair bound and it was easy to navigate both inside and out. Secluded, but close to anything we needed. Television was a bit of a challenge to figure out, but we got it. We enjoyed a day at the Indianapolis Zoo since it was a short drive

We absolutely loved the property!! Great views and venue for a smaller wedding. Everything was very smooth, however communication between the hosts and guests could be better and making sure there is no tours during a wedding would be very crucial to future guests stay as it made the morning of a little delayed.

Relaxing Family Getaway

Such a beautiful property that had everything we needed - wonderful cabin space open concept so we could all eat together and cook meals together, great pond that provided fun adventures to fish, swim, and canoe, a big yard for lots of activities and games, and an awesome pavilion with a fireplace for evening fun and lots of laughter. Definitely will recommend to others. Host was fabulous at communicating and the cleaning crew did an awesome job! Thank you for helping our family enjoy an annual tradition of fun together!

Perfect for our annual large family get away. grandma and grandpa loved the serenity, the middle schoolers ‘dug the vibe’ and the little ones enjoyed the open space to play and make a LOT of noise. Each kid caught at least one fish and we even got to enjoy the trails/horses. Enough space to all be together but not be on top of each other.

First time staying here. We had a wonderful visit. The cabin & the property worked out great for our family. Its a beautiful place and property. It's perfect for all ages(our family ranges from 1-64).We had wonderful time horse back riding, and the little kids had an arena ride. The staff and owner was so helpful and friendly. The lake worked out great for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. There was 17 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owner was great to work with. So friendly and accommodating. We had an amazing family vacation and would definitely come back. Thank you

We had a wonderful time at the property. Our grandchildren loved swimming and running around. House was big and allowed our family group our own spaces. Owner was very responsive when we had questions or messaged. Allowed us to check in a little early. Gave us a heads up when lake was being treated and let us know still ok to swim and fish. Staff at stable/petting zoo area super friendly & helpful. We did encounter a problem with a "pest" on our last day but owner was very concerned and wanted to know as much info as possible to remediate the problem. They were on it and taking care of it. We would definitely return.

Beautiful Property

Our family really enjoyed feeling like we were out in the country on our own yet being close to anything we would need. The owner was responsive and pleasant. The property was clean and very useful. It was very open, but also had everything we needed. We especially loved that the children could run around outdoors without constant supervision.

Marie and I built this home for us to use and enjoy. After allowing Marie's parents to live here for a few years we have decided to allow others to enjoy the beauty of the home and the tranquility of our property. Spend the weekend or the week with us and you will feel the difference.

The home is semi private, the area seems secluded yet you are still close to shopping, theatre, entertainment, zoo, water park etc.

You have use of our 3 acre lake in conjunction with the guests from The Cottage at Natural Valley Ranch as well as access to our trails the new B&O rail to trail byway and horseback riding while you are here.
