Villa Claudia is a villa surrounded by greenery located on the famous via Petraquale in Anacapri at the foot of Monte Solaro, a place visited by tourists from all over the world with the chairlift that starts from Piazza Vittoria.
It is the perfect stay to relax and have fun with family or friends.
The villa offers a large garden and panoramic terraces from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples, it has been recently renovated and equipped with all the comforts for a luxurious stay: heated Jacuzzi hot tub, barbecue, Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV and air conditioning among the amenities of the villa included in the price. The villa also offers a parking area for cars.
Internally the villa is composed of an open space living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are also included in the price.
The open space living room is equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV connected to satellite.
To enjoy meals outside, the villa offers a charming porch and a large solarium: all these areas are equipped with a table, chairs or benches.
Villa Claudia is easily reachable on foot from the center of Anacapri: it is a 5-minute walk from the villa.

The property was beautiful - outside grounds and furniture impressive and views from inside and outside of the house were stunning!!! Inside was cozy, bedrooms and baths great and kitchen quite functional. Location a 15 min walk to the first square but worth the amazing views!!! The host Andrea was so responsive and helped us with directions, hot spots and taxis. The only downside is we were really looking forward to the jacuzzi hot tub but we weren't able to get it to heat up. Overall we were very impressed!

Best place to stay on Capri !

The Villa Claudia was spectacular. Comfortable both inside and outside, spacious with gorgeous views..day and night. View from the yard while relaxing on lounge chairs or in the spa tub were special. Andreas was accommodating and always ready to make our trip the best where needed. The villa location is an easy walk to the town of Anacapri and bus or taxi transportation is available from there to many great 'must see' Capri highlights. Would definitely recommend you make this choice for the best Capri experience!

Stayed with wife, son (22 years), daughter (19). Plenty of space, clean nice looking peoperty. Great view. Especially from the spa (it doesnt get hot (30 C) but was perfect temp because hot outside. About a 15 minute walk to Anicapre which we did daily without issue. Owner was very commucitive and helped us secure taxis to port and Capri. It ia a long walk and step down hill to grotta azzurra (strenuous) but worth it for us to get there on or before 9 am. Best time because of sun angle and very short line. You can take a bus or taxi.

Excellent stay! We loved it.

Staying at Villa Claudia was absolutely beautiful. The view from the house is amazing and incredible at sunset time. The house was really comfortable, the aircon was great in the hot weather and Andre provided lots of recommendations on where to eat and what to do. He even took my partner to the grocery store to get food for the house while I relaxed in the spa with a girlfriend… 10 out of 10 host. Would definitely rent again.

Stunning location

The stunning location with incredible sunset views is lovely, but also a slight hinderance to travelling around the island. Andrea was very helpful with verbal information on a brief “guided tour”, but the house might benefit from some notes on getting around, taxi numbers, bus routes, typical costs, restaurant recommendations, household appliance details etc. The house was very comfortable for 6 people, although the kitchen is perhaps a little compact, and not easy for cooking anything other than fairly basic meals. Only a small coffee making “Moka pot” for one small coffee, which takes a good 5 minutes. Showers not particularly “user friendly”, but this seems to be the case in many hotels, B&B’s, Guesthouses and Rental Villas. This is a lovely house and gardens and is finished to a pretty decent standard, so definitely gets a thumbs up from our party!

Quiet paradise

My 4 friends and I stayed to celibate my birthday in July, we had such a lovely time. The property is well kept and even lovelier then pictured. The gardens and out door spaces are magical. It was a hot week but up at the villa the breeze was always cool. (Also there is very efficient AC) In the mornings we hiked around the mountain and in the afternoon swam in the sea. Anacapri is a lovely town to explore, much less crowded then the main port Capri. Andrea was an excellent host going above and beyond in every way.

Amazing property within walking distance to the center of Anacapri.

We had a perfect week at Villa Claudia. Andrea was extremely helpful in getting us oriented to the Island and house. He even took us to the grocery store on our first day, and shopped with us, helping us choose products. The house is pristine and the garden very beautiful with many fruit trees. We ate most of our dinners in, grilling on the large outdoor wood fired BBQ. The house and garden offer many pictures laces for people to spread out. We had 5 people. The house was entry big.

Fantastistic house

We spent very nice holidays in this beautiful house. The view of the sunset is terrific an our children loved to play in the whirlpool. The house is very well kept and nicely furnished. Andrea, the owner is very nice and helpful. We would love to come back.

Share experiences and places where I grew up and that I love is a pleasure.
With my sisters and my mother we decided this year to make improvements to the villa that have made it enchanting, suitable for a relaxing holiday and privacy in a unique corner of the world as that of Capri. It would be inconceivable not to fall in love with Capri island. The Emperor Tiberius villa, the celebrated little piazza, the white houses of Anacapri, the unique colour of the Grotta Azzurra are a few of the many pleasures to be discovered on this lovely island.
