The house is ideal for families who want to enjoy all the comforts. Fully equipped, with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and just 100 meters from the fantastic beach of Binibeca Nou, southeast of Menorca.
The main house has 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 2 with single beds. A full bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Another full bathroom with bathtub. The living room and kitchen share a large space with 2 windows that give access to the covered terrace and the pool area. The house has 2 cots and a baby seat.
Binibeca nou is one of the most charismatic tourist areas of Menorca, with one of the best known beaches, for its white sands and crystal clear waters. The Los Bucaneros beach bar is also a historic, present in thousands of images of Menorca. In addition, there is an interesting selection of bars, bistros and restaurants in the area, as well as several small supermarkets and a fantastic bakery.
Together with this main part of the house through doors inside, we find a fully equipped apartment, with 2 other double bedrooms and a bathroom. Living room and kitchen also open style and access to another independent terrace.
The house is ideal for large families who want to be together but at the same time enjoy independent spaces.

Great family villa

Great property, great location! We have had the best family holiday in this villa, very well equipped and in a great location. The pool area is great, plenty of outdoor seating areas and a very spacious villa. The host is also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended

The villa is exactly as advertised. It's spacious, ideal for large families or families with different 'rhythms'. It's literally a 3-minute walk to our absolute favourite beach of Binibeca which for us was very important. THere's a small supermarket with a bakery also at walking distance. The villa has airco in all of the rooms and a nice swimming pool. Alex (our contact) was very helpful in any requests we had. We loved it.

Great villa for family

The villa is in a good position in Binibeca with parking right outside. It provided us with the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 8. Good sized pool and patio area with plenty of sunbeds and a good sized outdoor table and chairs. The garden could have been a bit tidier - old leaves in the outdoor shower area and the grass was quite long in the front and back gardens. We had a super holiday and the proximity of the property to the beach was great for our young grandchildren.

Great spot in Menorca

Stayed with extended family, adults, toddlers and a baby. Great travel cots with a proper mattress were supplied. House is a bungalow so was great for the kids able to move about. Pool is a fantastic size and enjoyed by all. Aircon was great in all rooms. A lot of wasps about so make sure you have a good spray, same for ants in the kitchen cupboards if you haven't covered all food. Location was great, we could walk to the beach in a few minutes, small supermarket a few minutes which is also beside a nice restaurant. Walk into the town is also very short with more food/drink options. We rented a car and barely needed it everything was so close. Overall the house was great and we would return without a doubt.

The best thing about the property is the location. 3 min walk from a stunning beach, sweet cafes and restaurants. We loved the pool area and the AC worked great in the home. The view3s were gorgeous and we enjoyed sunset from the roof top area. The host was very responsive and offered help when asked. The few things that need a bit of an upgrade are the outdoor lounge chairs, one was broken, and we had an issue with one of the bathrooms where we could not get the sewer smell to go away so we kept the door closed and didn't use it which was unfortunate. I am also quite surprised that at a beach house with a pool there were no beach supplies for guests, or beach/pool towels. I would've at least expected a simple beach umbrella. We had to buy one and I left it at the house hoping other guest can use it. Maybe this is not common in Europe and only in the states but the house didn't provide anything, even soap in the bathrooms. But given that, we would still stay again, for the location and beauty of the total environment.

Terrible state of the house. Terrible maintenance

The house is nice, though small rooms for so many beds. The cleaning and maintenance is terrible. We are a family of six. We arrived to a house which had been clearly occupied for some time, and cleaning was almost inexistent. The kitchen and utensils were plain dirty. The fact we arrived early and left our luggage in the garden was sufficient excuse for the cleaning people to just leave rigth away. Alex never showed up. There are RATSin the garden: every early evening rats would cross by the pool. Saturday linen bags would sit by the door for days. They should charge half the price for this place in this state,

Great vacation. Property was fabulous. Loved that there was two sections to it. It worked so well for my family of 3 and sisters family of 5. Really easy quick walk to the beach and small convenience store. Lovely inside and out. Would definitely return. Host was very responsive to a couple of minor issues.

Fab holiday!

We had a fantastic week here. The villa was huge and perfect for our large family with teenagers. The pool area was lovely. It was really well equipped, Alex was super helpful before and during our stay. The location is excellent, easy walks to the beach and supermarket and restaurants. Would recommend!!

Fantastic villa in a beautiful part of Menorca

We had a wonderful holiday as two families staying in both parts of this well equipped, well located villa. 5 mins walk to beach, other snorkelling spots, shops and restaurants. Also well located for good bus connections as we struggled to get a car (advise booking in advance if you want one).. Alex was very responsive to questions we had and any issues were fixed very promptly. Highly recommended!

Great location in Binibeca

Fantastic location for this villa, with the beach, local shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We made the decision not to hire cars and didn't regret this at all, with the only time we booked taxis was to take us to the local waterslide park, which is only 3kms away and of course, going to and from the airport, which costed 22 euros each way. We did have a few maintenance issues during our stay, with Alex (the manager) doing his best to resolve them, some of which were and some were not. As mentioned in another review, the villa is probably in need of little bit of updating, particularly a couple of the older air con units, but this did not detract from a great holiday and we would definitely recommend the villa.

Great family holiday accommodation

I would not hesitate to recommend this property for multi generational holiday. We received a friendly welcome from Alex and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The lovely warm pool entertained the children for hours!

Perfect location ideal for two families

We stayed for one week in August and had a great time. We hired the whole villa including apartment as my parents came so it gave them an ideal space to relax. Every room has aircon and the interior is spacious. The pool was lovely and warm and you can see the sea. Garden very private. It is a 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk the other way to a couple of restaurants and a ten minute walk to binibeca vell. You dont really need a car. There are buses and taxis. A water park 5 min drive. The villa could do with a little updating and care but this didn't affect our holiday. Alex came to meet us and was so lovely and helpful with lots of info about local restaurants. Thanks for a lovely stay

A wonderfully relaxing holiday

As a family of 5 - all over 18 years old - we had a lovely relaxing holiday in this villa. Without doubt the best thing about the villa is the outdoor pool and we enjoyed family time in and out of the pool. Good points Pool - just water, no chlorine, no salt. Perfect! Attentive manager - Alex. We had no air con in the one twin bedded room on arrival. We reported it on Friday, he sent over the maintenance man on Monday, he couldn't fix it but the air con people came on Tuesday. They needed to order a part but returned with a new unit on Wednesday. Great location - mid way between Binibecca Vell and Cala Torret. Both less than a kilometre away and easy to walk to for food in the evenings, although the choice is limited. Some of the restaurants were average, some very good. Easy to get to from airport - we used private transfer. Easy to catch bus - (bus stop to Mahon was 3 minute walk). Good WIFI signal. You can see by the interesting collection of artwork that this is a family home. Cheap bus to Mahon - 1.70 euros per adult one way on air conditioned bus! There were no bad points worth noting although there a few little niggles eg. there were no plastic glasses for outside. We were careful by the pool but if we had broken a glass it could have been dangerous and if any had gone in the pool, it potentially meant the pool would need draining. If we had young children with us this could have been a disaster waiting to happen. The pool was lovely to play in but there were no pool toys as such. We brought a beach ball to throw around and a lilo and this was enough. If we return to that part of the island again I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
