Very well located, 2 minutes from the Lamark Caulaincourt Metro station, typical Montmartre station, or 8 minutes' walk from the Sacré Coeur with all the shops, restaurants and boutiques in this very touristy area.
Its location in the most residential area of Montmartre will make you enjoy the peace while being in the heart of a very lively district.
It includes a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A sofa bed (leather club) is located in the living room. The kitchen is open to the living room.

Family vacation in Paris

We had a wonderful experience. The property was just as described. The neighborhood is amazing. Close to sacre couer and Moulin Rouge and many great restaurants and cafés.

Well kept property in great location

Apartment was clean, property manager responded promptly to any queries and location was only a short walk from Sacre Couer. Very convenient for the Metro and local cafes and restaurants.

Nice stay in Paris

Apartment was close to many activities, clean and access was easy too. The lift wasn’t working during our stay and walking 5 flight of narrow stairs with bags for 5 people was hard. But a good location and nice stay!

Cute apartment in fantastic location

This older style apartment isn’t fancy and doesn’t have all the modern conveniences but it was fine for our family of four and the location was perfect! We loved the area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice location.

Place definitely needs some TLC, apartment elevator was not working which wasn’t ideal for child with sprained ankle. Location is good, close to public transport, no parking available so plan on finding public parking, closes one was 20 min away walking.

The property was exactly as described in the details and for that we were very grateful.

Our hostess met us at the pre-arranged time and was very helpful. She gave us travel information and tips for our trip to Paris. The property had everything we needed and was clean and tidy and quiet at night. The area is ideal and we found getting around from the apartment very easy. A fantastic trip!

Montmartre

We all enjoyed our stay very much. Communications with owner and property manager were always prompt and friendly. We all felt the apartment was in need of an extensive remodel ie.(floors need to be redone, tile in kitchen, separate toilet area remodeled, some pretty light fixtures and Lauren could probably get double $ per week!) The area is wonderful and easy access to the metro made our daily excursions super easy!

Great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood!

My family of five, and I stayed in the sixth floor apartment for several days while visiting Paris during the summer. We had a great experience. The location was great, just a few blocks away from the metro station, and right in the heart of one of Paris‘s best neighborhoods. There were two full-size beds and a twin bed available. A fully stocked kitchen and living room made it comfortable for our stay. It was a little bit of exercise to get up to the apartment each day, but stairs are common in this part of Paris, so it wasn’t a problem! I would highly recommend booking this place for your stay in Paris!

Amazing host and great place

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was very clean, bright and had everything and some more that you think you will need. The location was perfect. 2 minutes to Metro, 4 minutes to groceries, and numerous cafes near by. Very quiet neighbourhood. Laurent was an excellent host. He went above and beyond. Our flight was delayed and he stayed up late to make sure that our check in was smooth. Replied to all our inquiries fast and best of his knowledge. Highly recommend his place.

Great location but lacked essentials

We enjoyed the location of the apartment, but it lacked basic essentials. We checked in and there were two paper towels on the roll and half a roll of toilet tissue for our three-night stay for three adults and a child. We were given four towels and there is a notice that if you use an additional towel it will cost 25 euros. The shower room door knob fell off repeatedly. The elevator to the fifth-floor apartment stopped working after the first day and would only take my 65 year old mother to the fourth-floor. We understood that the apartment had no air conditioning which is understandable in Paris, but there was only one small fan available to help cool the entire apartment. Again, the location was nice, but attention to details would have boosted our rating.

Unfortunately disappointing.

On arrival we contacted the contact person who was not on site ... she said it would take another half hour and we should wait in the yard. But she came 90 minutes later and said we had to leave for another hour, as she had to clean the apartment first and get the beds. When we came back the dishes in the closet were wet and the cutlery incl. Box was not clean so we rinsed ourselves. In general, the kitchen was and is in poor condition !!! (not clean and too little dishes, pots for more than 3 people). Overall, we are disappointed, although it is a quiet location in Montmartre ...

no-frills flat - charming, clean, convenient

This no-frills flat is charming, clean, and typically Parisian. The listing pics are outdated (no lamps in the bedroom, different bed layout. more cluttered) but mostly accurate. We loved the natural light. Basic items were needed - one roll of toilet paper provided for 3 people/5 nights and no dishwashing soap in the kitchen. Corner groceries are plentiful in the area, so it's easy to pick up necessities. The mini-fridge is sufficient for a short stay. Linens and towels could use an upgrade. Since the washing machine was unpredictable we did laundry nearby instead. All the windows open onto courtyards that can be noisy. (Ear plugs at night are an easy fix.) The Wifi is fast. The beds were comfortable. The cot/extra bed in the living room would work well for a child but it was a bit small for a regular-sized adult. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. This flat is on the 5th floor and has an elevator – you must walk up all flights to get the key before the elevator can be activated. The elevator is tiny but convenient. The neighborhood and location are fabulous. Just a 3-minute walk to the flat from the Metro. (When first arriving with luggage, take the Metro elevator to the street level instead of the long, winding stairs!) We felt safe walking at all hours. There are many restaurants, shops, and sightseeing within a short walk. Our host was very responsive when we had questions. He also provided some good dining recos. We will recommend this property!

Trip from the North American perspective

We loved our stay here mainly because our host was very responsive and helpful, plus the neighbourhood (being so close to metro, grocery, restaurants, bakery across street, pharmacy, etc) was ideal. The neighbourhood is very quiet and it’s about an 8 minute walk to the Sacre Coeur. The apartment is older (5 flights of stairs and very tiny elevator fit for 2 people). Location and neighbourhood and vibe (if you like Montmartre / Pigalle ..we loved it. Teens loved it) are the strong points of this listing. Inside — there are three beds. One single, two essentially double sized. Pretty comfy mattresses but none of us had back issues, The couch pull out bed is not functional but one could sleep on it if need be..is about 5 feet long. Towels, pillows and comforters all appeared to be on the new side. There is a very small fridge, a stove / oven, and toaster. If you like coffee, we brought our bodum. The contraption this listing has for coffee I’ve never seen in North America. Need to bring adapters for electricity of course. Downsides to kitchen — there are no cereal or soup bowls (host could be asked to buy we just didn’t know in advance to ask). The place is definitely not fancy or huge. Wooden floors creak. Doors have a bit of trouble closing (eg bathroom) but manageable. It would be advisable for the host to maintain doors better particularly in the bathtub / laundry area as the door knob fell off a couple times). If you’re very picky (expecting perfection, really modern vibe and a big huge space) or care about decor, and plan on spending a lot of time at the apartment, maybe don’t stay here, because you may be disappointed. If you were like us and spent relatively little time at the apartment, but found it quite adequate, this is the place to stay. It’s affordable, in a great neighbourhood and has the basics, this is a great place. If I was going back to Paris I’d book here again! To our host — Thank you for a wonderful stay and hopefully return soon - a bientot!

Die Lage ist super, kurze Abendspaziergänge zur Sacre Coeur, wo auch ein kleiner Park mit Spielplatz ist. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung. Sie ist wirklich ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage. In der früh hört man die Vögel singen durch das Küchenfenster. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Es ist alles in der Wohnung (außer eine Schere haben wir nicht gefunden :-) )Der Gasherd in der Beschreibung ist ein Elektroherde, da waren wir angenehm überrascht.Gerne wieder

Der Bewertung von 2022 können wir uns nur anschließen. Keine Innentür schließt, alle Türklinken lose. Herd, Backofen, Dunstabzugshaube, Fliesen und Küchenutensilien unzumutbar. WC-Fenster immer noch mit Gummiband gesichert, damit es nicht ständig offen steht. Nicht empfehlenswert zu dem Preis.

Fabelhafte Lage

Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig im Stadtteil Montmartre. Es ist alles, was man braucht, bequem zu erreichen - Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Metro. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat ohne Probleme funktioniert.Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach schön!

Es war sehr schön und vorallem ist Herr Poggy sehr unkompliziert! Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt!Bäckereien sowie Restaurants und auch kleine Supermärkte sind immer zu finden! Egal ob U-Bahn oder Bus, man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bestens angebunden!Auch die Größe ist für fünf Personen wirklich top!Es hätte vielleicht ein wenig sauberer sein können, aber Putzutensilien sind genügend Vor Ort um selbst nochmal kurz nachzuhelfen. Wir danken Herr Poggy für die angenehme Zeit!
