3rd floor, no elevator
Located just off rue des Abbesses

Welcome to Modern Montmartre! This stylish apartment is a comfortable place to call home for families, couples and friends. In the heart of Montmartre, right off rue des Abbesses, guests will have a chance to explore the village-like atmosphere and enjoy the cafe life on all the nearby Parisian streets. Bistros, boulangeries and boutiques are at your doorstep! And if you like to cook, you'll be in heaven walking down the market street rue Lepic, which is just across the street and has fresh cheese, fish, meat, vegetables, fruit, chocolate, pastries and of course, baguettes!

LIVING AREA: The spacious living area has 2 windows and is very bright and comfortable. The dining table offers seating for 4, and the couch is a very high-quality sofabed designed for daily use and suitable for up to 2 adults to sleep on. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, television with some English news channels, and a telephone will free international calls to landlines in the US, Canada, Australia, Western Europe, Israel and many other countries. (Calls to US & Canadian cell phones are also free!)

MASTER BEDROOM: A queen bed (160 cm x 200 cm) welcomes guests in their comfortable and quiet bedroom. The bedroom had one window facing an interior courtyard, so no street noise to bother you. The bedroom has a guest closet area and also a desk area - perfect for catching up on emails and social media while using the apartment WiFi!

CHILDREN: Children are welcome! The sofa bed provides a sleeping area for up to two children, and we can also provide a portable travel crib upon request in advance.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully-equipped, with an electric stove top, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with small freezer compartment, a clothes washer, a coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. The apartment is stocked with basic cooking supplies so you can enjoy the wonderful fresh food shopping on rue Lepic!!

BATHROOM: The apartment features 1 full bathroom with a toilet, sink/vanity area and a shower stall. Soap and shampoo are provided, as well as a hair dryer.

We had a wonderful time! Great location and Paula and Georgina were wonderful! Lots of restaurants and shops in steps from the door! Apartment is exactly as it shows and accommodation was very comfortable! Merci beaucoup!

What a great place! It was perfect for the two of us. The apartment is in an amazing neighborhood with quick access to two metro lines. There are so many shops and restaurants right out the front door. We ate breakfast at Le Nazir two mornings in a row, and we were the only ones speaking English. It was all locals! And a great French breakfast for under 10 Euros.The apartment is up a bunch of steps, and it has no air conditioning, so just be aware. It was hot when we were there, but we made it work. We also had small luggage that was easy to carry up the stairs.I would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Fantastic stay. Very well appointed apartment and very clean. Windows open to courtyard and nights were very quiet (although perhaps not height of tourist season). Comfortable beds. Residents in building were kind and polite. Great cafes, boulangerie, grocery stores steps away. Keep in mind this is a third floor apartment with no elevator so would be a challenge for anyone with mobility difficulties.

We had great communication with our host from the time of booking. The third floor apartment was in a quiet street right in the middle of Montmartre, perfect location for walking to the Metro, Sacre-Coeur, restaurants and bars. The space was very efficient laid out, spotlessly clean and very comfortable for the two of us. Highly recommend for your next tript o Montmartre!

A Great Spot in Montmartre

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Montmartre. It is such a great neighborhood for food of all kinds and it so charming. Loved the proximity to three Metro lines which made travel around Paris pretty easy.

Perfect location in Monmartre!

The three of us loved our stay here. The apartment is clean and updated and had everything we needed. Great location in Montmartre close to all the shops, restaurants, metro and buses. Would definitely stay here again!

Five days in Fall 2024

Had a great time. The place was perfect for our family of four. Our kids were happy on the sofabed. The place is nice and quiet and in a fabulous location.

Host was very welcoming, apartment has good light, good heat, and a very comfortable bed. Pull-out sofa has a good mattress as well. Location is excellent. Less satisfactory - the kitchen was disappointing. Microwave seemed damaged and unsafe to use. Dishware was limited - there were only two dinner plates and three coffee mugs. The apartment had been cleaned but it needs a deep clean - lots of dust in corners and parts of furniture. There was too much furniture for the small living space - a sofa, large coffee table, armoire, dining table, six dining chairs, two vanity chairs, a large upholstered chair and a children's set of two chairs and a table. Bathroom shower is tiny with plumbing in an awkward location.

We checked the apartment after your stay and think that the greeter neglected to point out that there are additional kitchen items in the grey cabinet at the end of the kitchen area, including plates, large bowls, platters, mugs, an immersion blender and other cooking supplies. We will be certain to highlight this to future guests so they have the opportunity to see how well-stocked this small kitchen actually is. We hope to welcome you back for a future visit to Paris!

Great Location

What a great place to stay! The apartment size was perfect and it was nice to be able to unwind at night after long days in the city. The neighborhood is amazing and it was so nice to have so many options as soon as you step outside, including 2 metro stops just 3 minutes away. And even with all the activity in the area, it was so quiet in the apartment. Can’t wait to come back!!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The neighborhood is so charming and the apartment was well-appointed and comfortable. Paula and Ida are fantastic to deal with. Loved it!!!!

My husband and I spent three nights in this wonderful apartment in the heart of Montmartre! It was just as pictured and we were very pleased with the space and truly loved its location, so close to nearby sites and fabulous cafes! Communication with the property manager was excellent and I would like to personally thank Georgina for her excellent instructions with the appliances as well as providing a list of marvelous dining recommendations! Thank you also for allowing us to remain in the apartment a little longer due to the timing of checking into our next apartment!

Great location. Excellent communication. As pictured. Only complaint was an upstairs tenant starts plays piano loudly at night after 11:30pm…, badly. Owner notified after stay.

Best location in Montmartre

This was our third stay in this apartment and it never disappoints. Yes, it’s small, but we’ve stayed in much smaller and compared with those it’s positively spacious! Just steps from everything you need from groceries to restaurants to (2) Metro stations. On arrival you will be met by a greeter, who will explain everything about the property. The only slight drawback if you are an old man like me is that you have to carry your heavy suitcase up three flights of stairs! Highly recommend.

Nice stay

Stayed for 2 weeks in January 2023. If you like Montmartre, as I do, the location is perfect. It’s well away from the heavy tourist areas yet convenient to the cafes and restaurants of rue des Abbesses and stores of rue Lepic. The rooms were quiet and the foldout sofa was comfortable for my 2 adult daughters. Great communication with our greeter. Highly recommended!

The host and greeter were very friendly and extremely helpful with information starting with the best way/quickest way to get the property. The host provided a binder that was very inclusive of shops and dining around the area, flea markets, places to see, where the busses and metro were, and a number for taxi service in English. It was so easy to get around with so much within walking distance directly or especially by metro. The apartment was a very nice size even for 4 adults and we enjoyed staying in out of the rain on a few days of our trip. Can't think of anything we didn't like about the property.
