Stunning property in a great location, we can’t say enough good things about our time here. It was clean, the beds are comfortable, the views are lovely, and the apparent itself is absolutely beautiful! Lots of natural light!

Entertaining views, great location!

It was a fantastic two weeks in Antibes. The super walkable location, local restaurants, short walk to the train station made the whole trip easier and comfortable. The management team was very responsive and helpful with their household guide and checking in to see if we needed anything.

Clean, beautiful and plenty of space!

The apartment is fantastic! The view is stunning, terrace wonderful and close to all the shopping and restaurants one could possibly. Highly recommend the place.

Stunning Views

The location of this property is superb, it is fully equipped, with everythingyou might need while on holiday. This was our first time in Antibes and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Will look to return when we can.

Perfect Location Amazing View

In the middle of Old Town Antibes - walking to everything, morning market, croissants, harbor, fantastic restaurants. Huge view on the Mediterranean. Checking in and out with Paula seamless. Henri the owner has created a magical place and we would Absolutely stay again

Wonderful property with fabulous views

We were three couples celebrating a special Birthday. The property was perfect. Breakfast on the balcony was a great way to start the day. The location was perfect. The property was incredibly comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was very well stocked too.

Great location, very well equipped, plenty of stairs.

High quality and modern furnishings. Great location. Very accommodating manager. Bedrooms would not want to be smaller. Very nice deck and salon with great views. CLose to shops and restaurants and beach. Would be keen to go back again

As stated in the description of the announcement, our house Baieta, located in the heart of the old town of Antibes, is a Penthouse of 150m2 (1615 sqf) on 2.5 levels, which actually includes several steps. The 3 master bedrooms measure each 16m2 (172 sqf), 16m2 (172 sqf) and 20m2 (215 sqf). The kitchen of 23 m2 (247 sqft) and the lounge / terrace of 48m2 (516sqf) offer very generous living spaces, with a breathtaking view as you indicate in your comment. Antibes Escape

This home exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you could need. Bedding and linens were wonderful and you can’t beat the view on the patio directly looking out at the ocean. It is in the heart of the old town and close to delicious restaurants and the open air market. I will be coming back to stay! Thank you Henri and Ivan for your hospitality!

Tranquility meets luxury

We had an amazing experience with our friends, 3 couples no kids. House is great and supper confortable, it has everyhing you may need. We belive this house is great for friends and/or familiy reunions you dont need to go out to any place and it is 3 minutes away from markets, beaches, etc. Henri is incredible host, He really tooks great initiative to make the best of our week.

Fabulous Property

Maison Baieta is a simply fabulous property on the ramparts of the old town of Antibes. The views from the terrace, lounge and one of the bedrooms over the sea are stunning and the terrace provides complete privacy which is unusual in the area. The house is very well appointed with everything you could want. It is scrupulously clean too. Perfectly located to enjoy all the Antibes can offer. Henri was an excellent host making check in and check out very easy.

Perfect place in Old Town Antibes!

Family reunion in Old Town. The unit had beautiful views of the Mediterranean, with no obstructions. Just a few steps to the pedestrian way along the city walls that stretch along the waters edge. Unit had 5 bathrooms which was perfect. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking. Beautiful patio with a hot tub and a grill. Living room had a nice view and was big enough. Very near, (just steps) from the fresh market and numerous restaurants yet a very quiet location.

Wonderful Stay

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Maison Baieta It has been beautifully updated and had absolutely everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for everyone, fully stocked kitchen, great laundry area, and the stunning upper level lounge/patio can't be beat. Welcome basket from the hosts was such a nice bonus. The location right in old town, minutes to the market, shops, marina, beach, left us completely charmed by Antibes. The apartment does have many steps - just keep in mind whether or not that's a good fit for your group. Also, if renting a car, there is no parking directly next to the home, but hosts offer a parking spot approximately 10 min walk, through the old town to the marina. Again, we loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again when returning to beautiful Antibes.

Antibes is the best

We love Antibes more than any place in France, and honestly, Europe. This was our 4th time to Antibes. We have always rented an apartment or house because we love the space and we love to have a kitchen to prepare fabulous dinners after gathering food from the Marche Provençal and the boulangerie. And of course, wine from the best wine shop, L’Empereur. These places are a minute walking distance from Maison Baieta! The house is beautifully equipped and perfectly situated. When we were at the Maison, we spent our time on the deck overlooking the sea. Just amazing. Our only regret is not staying longer. There is so much to do and see in Antibes and along the Cotes d’Azur. And staying in one place is relaxing. Jan, the manager is the kindest and hard working to make your stay flawless. He answered q’s thru Whats App promptly. We will be back, but we will stay longer next time!

Ladies Getaway

Maison Baieta is everything that was described and more. The deck and views are breathtaking. The house is very clean and comfortable and stocked with a lot of great amenities and kitchen supplies. The hot tub is an extra special treat.

A true gem in the heart of old Antibes.

A superb apartment, ideally and superbly located. Maison Baita is a true gem. We enjoyed our stay and we will rent it again in a heart beat if we are in the area again. We truly appreciated many of the details that made a difference including the beach towels in each room and above all, the parking card! The apartment is in the pedestrian heart of Old Antibes and having a parking access made it really stress free. Paula, our concierge is both warm and very effective. We are a very picky french family and i could not recommend Maison Baita enough. It is a very comfortable vacation home for 6 people. And the location cannot be beaten. Special mention to the terrasse with its incredible sea view.
