Villa rental rates reduced for January, February, and March 2026.

For January, February, and March 2026 save $25 per night on the villa rental. You will not find a more affordable rate on rental and all-inclusive rates at Lifestyle Holiday Vacation Club in the Dominican Republic than from us. As a Lifestyle Holiday Real Estate Owners, 5x Shareholders, Owner Circle members, and Chairman's Circle members of the resort our bookings are given priority. As our guest, you will receive the highest guest benefits available which are described below. The all-inclusive includes all meals, snacks and beverages including alcohol. You will also be able to submit your dining and liquor preferences prior to arrival. We also include free transfers from either Puerto Plata Airport (POP) or Santiago Airport (STI).

At our level we are able to offer our guests a Gourmet BBQ Dinner at the villa during one night of your stay. A Chef will come to the villa to prepare your dinner, a server will also be there to set up and serve your group. The benefit is for stays of at least 5 nights.

All of our guests will receive blue owner guest bracelets (equivalent to black band access). All exclusive VIP members’ only facilities are included. VIP Gourmet Restaurants. VIP Cafe, VIP Beaches, all bars serve top international branded alcohol. Please note the pictures displayed are an assortment of pictures of 3 to 6 bedroom Crown Villas. I am unable to show the picture of the specific villa you will receive based on the size you need and availability at the time of arrival at the resort. The resort has a double occupancy policy during busy times at the resort. Meaning two guests per bedroom.

**IMPORTANT** The resort charges a mandatory all-inclusive fee for all guests. The fee is $110 per person per night, with children (ages 3-11) charged $55 per night. There is also a resort fee of $15 per person per night for adults.

**IMPORTANT** All guests must be listed on the booking reservation before arrival to the resort. All guests must provide valid identification (valid passport or drivers license).

**Airport transfers will be accommodated from Puerto Plata Airport (POP) or Santiago Airport (STI). Guests must provide flight information at least 10 days in advance of your arrival.
