Self-catering newly built holiday apartment, fully air-conditioned, of 40 m2 with excellent sea and hill views, 100 m from the beach. Facilities of the apartment include:
- separate room with a metallic piece-of-art double bed together with its anatomic and super comfortable mattress;
- living room with traditional sofa which can accommodate maximum two children; also with SMART TV 32",SATELITE HOTBIRD and small radio-CD player,
- well-equipped kitchen in the same room and
- bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
- 3 large sunny verandas and terraces offering fantastic views of the small hills, the sea, and the very nice sunsets.

Perfect Greek getaway

It's hard to express how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Sky apartment. First of all, the location is perfect - it's only a 17 min drive to the Naxos town and the big supermarket, but also far enough so that the area is less busy and more relaxing. It's right in between to two large beaches and a couple of small ones, so you can easily walk to the beach. Second, the property itself is beautifuly taken care of by Panos and his family. The house is on a hill and a bit removed from the road, it has a lot of air around it, so you aren't starting into someone's windows and they aren't starting back at you. You get your privacy. The sky apartment has 3 balconies to pick from and the views are gorgeous in all directions. Finally, Panos is a wonderful host. He made sure to provide very detailed instructions on how to find the house, he recommended lots of great places to go, and he really made our stay by being generous and attentive. We highly recommend the Sky apartment for your vacation.

A little piece of paradise

Pano is an excellent host. He was always available to give us advice on exploring the island. Really though, we didn't need to go far to have an amazing time. There are multiple beaches right by the house. There is also a small market and many restaurants nearby. Staying here is so much more enjoyable than being in the more populated areas. Thank you, Pano, for an amazing stay.

Fabulous Naxos Apartment

we thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the unit. Some of the most amazing features were the proximity to the beach, proximity to a couple of really nice restaurants, great views with lots of peace and quiet and an extremely accommodating and friendly host. The unit was clean and exactly as described. We were presently surprised that the owner provided cleaning service twice during our visit which is not the norm for Vrbo. Not only that but he provided us with fresh fruit from the garden such as grapes as well as some delicious chocolate and cookies. Host is an extremely kind gentleman who took care of our every need. If you were looking for a quiet getaway with clean and efficient unit this is the place. We spent lots of time walking to various spots so it’s a great place for walkers however if you want to explore further on the island it would be recommended to either rent a car or take the bus in To town or to some of the other villages to get a feel for the island. We took the eight hour bus trip which took us all around the island of Naxos and that was a great tour which I highly recommend. We also took a day trip across to the island of Paros which is pretty easy to do as well. As owners of vacation rental property ourselves we pride ourselves on finding excellent properties and this one sure fit the bill. Thank you Panayiotis for your wonderful hospitality and we will visit again.

Séjour très agréable à Orkos

Appartement très bien situé, proche de très belles plages, très propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Très belle vue mer depuis les différentes terrasses. Malheureusement, le vent qui soufflait particulièrement fort durant notre séjour nous a empêché de profiter de toutes les terrasses. Seul un petit coin était bien abrité du vent. Le propriétaire est charmant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Bref, nous recommandons!

Panos was friendly and informative We loved our stay

Panos was a wonderful Host and had a breathtaking property view from each side of the unit. It was close to several beaches . Our favorite was a 10-15 min drive to Plaka beach. We were married in Naxos on July 4th. Panos surprised us with a beautiful hand written letter of congratulations And some lovely flowers. We loved our stay and Naxos was an Amazing island. Panos was a wonderful host.

Outstanding Orkos

What a beautiful apartment in such a beautiful part of Naxos (Orkos and Mikri Vigla). A two minute stroll to pretty little sandy coves and a ten minute stroll to 4 km of magnificent Plaka beach. The restaurants in the area are genuinely welcoming and serve great Greek food at reasonable prices. Fine dining is also available near Mikri Vigla and in Chora . The apartment exceeded our expectations with three patio areas and brilliant views and the owner could not have been more generous and helpful. I feel that A hire car is essential but there are plenty of good vehicles available at reasonable prices.

Amazing time in Naxos!

We had an amazing stay at Pano's apartment. The location was ideal for us near the awesome beach and it had everything that we needed! We especially loved the three balconies and how Panos was available to answer any questions that we had. He is so knowledgeable about the area that it made it simple to get around. Looking forward to returning and we would definitely stay at this apartment!!

Paradise!

We stayed almost 3 weeks in the apartment which ist perfectly located 100 meters to the sea. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Every morning we had breakfast on one of the 3 balconies with seaview and in the afternoon we had a sundowner in front of the apartment from where you can admire the sunset. Two supermarkets and a bakery are within walking distance (10 minutes). In the evening when we came back from our walks on the island we took a bath in the crystal clear water and watched the kitesurfer near the aparment. Panos is extremly hospitable and he was always there to answer smaller and bigger questions. Nothing was too much for him. ευχαριστώ πολύ! Vielen Dank, Panos!

MAGNIFICIENT!!

What a wonderful experience.....as a vacation rental manager we appreciate well managed and maintained properties, this one is by far very well managed and appointed. The location, the owner's tedious attention to detail and his more than courteous approach made our brief stay a very pleasant one. Panayiotis (Panos) is a wonderful host who received us on our arrival and shared stories and sites to visit that make Naxos such a wonderful island. The property was impeccably clean and well laid out as shown in the listing. No surprises at all, the three balconies offer brilliant views of the Sea from sunrise to sunset. The property is located within walking distance of several beaches including several little private bays, that if your out early enough, will be yours for the day, a real treat. If your a windsurfer or Kite surfer, then this is where you wanna be, it's the mecca for surfers and kiters. Grocery shopping for basic needs are close by with a really nice little bakery around the bend. Dirt road access leads to the city center in less than 20 minutes where you can enjoy good food and great atmosphere all while taking in the great sunsets. In our opinion you will need a car (or quad) to enjoy the spot and the island to it's fullest as there is much to see. Oh and last but not least, depending on the season (I'm assuming), Panos will treat you to some of his delicious, I mean really delicious red grapes that you can pick right of the vine, they we're outta this world. We highly recommend this property and it's host. We will undoubtedly return. Efcharisto Panos !!! Matthew

Clean, modern, comfortable apartment just a short walk to the beach

Excellent apartment in a beachside community of Naxos with several balconies all with superb views. Plenty of fabulous swimming and/or windsurfing within a short walk. Great bakery/cafe, taverna options and small supermarket also within walking distance. Exceptionally helpful and friendly host ensures nothing is too much trouble. Unexpected welcome pack and home grown produce were a nice touch. A rental car or moto highly recommended for further exploration of Naxos - plenty of options available.

A true Grrek paradise - we will return!

This is a true Greek paradise! It was beyond our expectations. We had the top floor unit - 3 terraces, each with a beautiful view of the sea. All the amenities were provided (and then some). Panos, the host, showed true Greek hospitality. Offered us his fabulous apricots from his tree. No request was too much. He was always very helpful. Gave us a good orientation and information of the area and the whole island. The area includes several fabulous beaches and some good tavernas. Naxos is paradise - we will return!

One of best stays ever!

Excellent place, AMAZING hospitality! One of few occasions where photos and property description underestimate reality! This is far better than expected! If again in Naxos, there will be no alternative for us, will certainly strive to stay by Panayotis again! If anything to advise, do not miss it!!

Amazing Location, Amazing Host

If you are looking for the perfect location for sun and sand in Naxos this is the place. The apartment is perfectly located to walk to the beach, kite surfing rentals, car/bike rentals, markets, restaurants and a bakery. If you don't want to leave the area you don't have to. If you want to enjoy some night life, shopping or visit some night life it is a short drive away. Panos was a very gracious host and the property delivered as promised. He had many great tips for excursions, places to eat and Naxos history. If you are looking for a place to stay as a landing point for a quick vista or your extended stay in Naxos I highly recommend this property in Orkos.

Parfait!

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec une très belle vue sur la mer depuis les trois terrasses, et un accès quasi direct à de toutes petites plages parfaites pour la baignade. Pour une plage plus grande il faut marcher à peine 5 minutes. L'appartement est très bien équipé, le ménage est fait tous les trois jours, avec changement de draps et de serviettes. La clim fonctionne parfaitement, ainsi que le wifi . Et puis surtout, il y a l'accueil de Panos, le propriétaire, qui est venu nous chercher au bateau, qui nous a aidés à louer une voiture (indispensable), et nous a donné des conseils sur les visites essentielles de l'île. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à 2 adultes et 2 ados dans cet appartement! Merci Panos!

Perfect holiday apartment.

I am just back from my stay at the Skyroof apartment and have nothing but wonderful memories of a perfect holiday. The apartment is exactly if not better than the description and photos, in fact the views from the three balconies are even more stunning. The apartment has been very thoughtfully put together from the exceptionally comfortable bed to the windows with fly screens, the Wifi is excellent and throughout everything was spotlessly clean. The little area of Orkus is beautiful and blissfully quiet with many sandy beaches and a couple of shops and tavernas within a very easy walk. Panos and Maria the owners are charming and delightful, Panos was kind enough to collect me from the airport and deliver me back to the ferry, really nothing was too much trouble and I even had gifts of fresh fruit and delicious biscuits. I rarely go back to the same place twice for my holidays but am very tempted as this was utter paradise, so I would thoroughly recommend this property for a lovely quiet holiday to recharge the batteries!

There is too much daylight in the area, you have the opportunity to live under this special light,you will be impressed .
You may be lucky to watch the big full moon especially in August but sure you will raise up your head to the sky every night to watch the beauty of the full of stars sky.
Naxos is a paradise.When you visist once not only you come again probably you stay.
