Eva Villa’s private outdoor area is a sensory delight, designed for all ages and moods. The centrepiece is a private pool (1.50m depth) with a children’s compartment, complemented by a separate outdoor whirlpool (non-heated) for relaxing under the sun or stars. Mature trees provide natural shade over a hammock bed perfect for lazy afternoon reading, while sun loungers invite long sessions of poolside repose. Fire up the charcoal BBQ and enjoy meals al fresco in the shaded outdoor dining area equipped with a sink and outdoor TV. Younger guests will adore the enchanting playground and outdoor toys, while teens and grown-ups can challenge each other at the ping pong table or unwind with a drink under the gazebo.

Designed with open-plan living in mind, Eva Villa’s 140m² of interiors flow effortlessly from space to space. Modern furnishings, earthy tones, and floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside in, ensuring a soothing sense of calm and connection with the natural world. The welcoming living room, complete with fireplace and 50” smart TV, is a perfect gathering spot for movie nights or leisurely afternoons. A fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area make family meals a joy. Eva Villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in four stylish bedrooms, with an additional guest welcome on a sofa bed in the living room.
