Beautiful older style property, quiet with great character and charm. Easy check in and out .Perfect base for Disneyland and French countryside. Plenty of space and well equipped.Very pretty courtyard gardens and plenty of outside seating.Would recommend for those with slightly older children and teenagers due to stairs to living accommodation Would definitely return in the future

Cottage mit Charme

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 11 Leuten angereist und waren uns Ć¼ber die Besonderheit dieser Unterkunft einstimmig einig. Die Unterkunft besitzt sowohl in der Lage und Bauart, als auch der Einrichtung einen unfassbaren Charme. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Vorhof, in dem wir bei gutem Wetter gerne gegessen haben. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber und die KĆ¼che gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und HaushƤlterin war sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft definitiv weiter und merken sie uns fĆ¼r den nƤchsten Frankreich Aufenthalt :)

Le lieu parfait pour un rassemblement familial/amical

Ce fut lā€™endroit idĆ©al pour notre week-end entre amis (une dizaine de personnes dont une moitiĆ© dā€™enfants/ados). Nous avons trouvĆ© la maison mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Cā€™est en fait un immense appartement au 1er Ć©tage dā€™un bĆ¢timent donnant sur une belle cour arborĆ©e. La distribution des chambres permet aux petits dā€™avoir leur royaume et aux grands de dormir, avec dā€™un cĆ“tĆ© le dortoir des jeunes (5 lits, sub et wc indĆ©pendants) et de lā€™autre la partie nuit des adultes (4 chambres doubles, sdb et wc indĆ©pendants). On trouve sur place une literie confortable et 1 serviette + 1 savonnette par personne. La cuisine, propre et fonctionnelle, permet de circuler Ć  plusieurs. Les repas sont partagĆ©s autour de deux grandes tables et une table aussi dehors. Deux coins salon dans le sĆ©jour dont une avec grande cheminĆ©e propice Ć  la convivialitĆ©. Le vestiaire, Ć  lā€™entrĆ©e avant de monter, permet de laisser toutes les affaires en arrivant quand on vient du dehors (bottes, parapluies etc). Surtout nous avons reƧu un excellent accueil, bien au-delĆ  de la remise de clĆ©s. Un grand merci Ć  Patricia qui a multipliĆ© les services pour nous, entre la video des placards de la cuisine, intervenir pour sĆ©curiser une fermeture de porte, autoriser les enfants de jouer dans le jardin de la propriĆ©tĆ©, et mĆŖme renvoyer deux colis avec des objets oubliĆ©s pour des visiteurs tĆŖte en lā€™air ! Chacun a trouvĆ© sa place et perdu la notion du temps, et a pu reposer dans ce lieu exceptionnel. MERCI

French Experience

We were very happy with our holiday. The accommodation was historic and beautiful with plenty of room for four adults and three children. The hosts were friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. The position of the accommodation was within easy driving distance of many attractions including Disney, a water park, a medieval town and Fontainebleau. Paris is easily accessible by train. We spent a happy two weeks there despite mixed weather and would certainly recommend it.

Magnifique gĆ®te avec une piĆØce Ć  vivre parfaite pour un weekend entre amis

Nous (9 adultes + 3 enfants en bas Ć¢ge) avons passĆ© un weekend plus que parfait dans cet hĆ©bergement. La cuisine bĆ©nĆ©ficie de tous les Ć©quipements pour mijoter de bons petits plats, les chambres sont chaleureuses et dotĆ©es d'une literie confortable, la salle d'eau et la salle de bain sont nickel enfin la piĆØce Ć  vivre est trĆØs spacieuse avec de beaux volumes et dispose d'un double salon avec plusieurs canapĆ©s permettant des moments de convivialitĆ© entre amis. Enfin nous remercions notre hĆ“te pour sa disponibilitĆ© dans nos Ć©changes, la prĆ©paration de notre venue (les lits Ć©taient faits et le linge de toilette avait Ć©tĆ© mis Ć  disposition) et son accueil.

Perfect Group Getaway!

We needed a large place to host a group of friends and this was the perfect place! Everything was clean and beautiful. We loved spending time in the private garden. This is a great place close enough to Paris and airports for international groups as well. Would love to come again!

Weekend Ć  la Campagne

Nous avons passĆ© en famille un trĆØs agrĆ©able moment Ć  la Houssaye-en-Brie. Le gite est vaste avec un agrĆ©able dortoir pour les enfants. Le jardin fermĆ© est au calme de la route, peu passante. Et nous avons pu sereinement profiter des forĆŖts alentours. La communication avec les propriĆ©taires a Ć©tĆ© trĆØs facile et rapide. Merci pour tout.

The Doney family

The property lived up to expectations. Beautiful garden with plenty of shade and outdoor seating. Good living space for all 11 of us. Good access via train to Paris and lovely area to explore locally too. Very helpful owner and easy to communicate with. Very happy to recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would be helpful to have a second door key, hand towels for bathrooms and a mixing bowl. I bought one and have left it there!

Een klein paradijs in frankrijk

We waren met een grote groep in dit geweldig verblijf. Rust en ruimte met een geweldige gastvrouw. Ideaal voor Disney, Parijs, Provins Winkels in de buurt. Voor een groep echt een aanrader.

Perfect base for Paris

We had a wonderful stay thank you! Loved the house and courtyard: it is well laid out, plenty of space and good shade to relax and dine outside during this heatwave! Easy connections to Paris by train and disney.

Fantastisch verblijf

Voor ons bezoek aan Disneyland Parijs hebben gekozen voor deze prachtige woning. We waren met 12 personen. Voor ieder stel een slaapkamer, 2 badkamers en ruime woonkamer. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. De heer en mevrouw Aube zijn gezellige mensen. Zij voorzagen ons van alle informatie zowel van het huis als de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader om de omgeving te verkennen of Disney te bezoeken. Pour notre visite Ć  Disneyland, Paris a optĆ© pour cette belle maison. Nous Ć©tions 12 personnes. Pour chaque couple, une chambre Ć  coucher, 2 salles de bain et un salon spacieux. La cuisine Ć©tait entiĆØrement Ć©quipĆ©e. M. et Mme AubĆ© sont des gens sympathiques. Ils nous ont fourni toutes les informations sur la maison et l'environnement. Fortement recommandĆ© d'explorer la rĆ©gion ou de visiter Disney

Fantastisch verblijf.

We zijn een aantal dagen naar Disneyland Parijs geweest met 12 personen. Deze woning ligt op een half uurtje rijden van Disney. Daarom een prachtige locatie voor genoemd bezoek. Het is een prachtig huis, mooie kamers en 2 badkamers. De keuken is voorzien van alle belangrijke apparaten. De heer en mevrouw Aube zijn gezellige mensen. Ze voorzien je van alle informatie over het huis en over de omgeving. .

Prachtige accomodatie

Een zeer compleet en authentiek ingerichte accomodatie midden in een prachtige en rustige omgeving. Werkelijk niks ontbrak. De ligging is zeer centraal. Met de trein zit je in 3 kwartier midden in Parijs. Disneyland ligt vlakbij en is goed te bereiken met auto en trein. Ook Versailles dichtbij alhoewel het niet aan te bevelen is om met de auto te gaan. Het parkeren bij de hotels in de nabijheid is goedkoop maar de autowegen er naar toe zitten permanent vol. Al met al. Ben je met een groep van een man of 10 dan moet je daar zijn.

Disney Weekend

This house is PERFECT for a large group. We were 9 adults meeting for a weekend at Disney. This house accommodated us perfectly and is extremely inexpensive! Plenty of parking, space, dishes, towels, outlets, seating, everything you need! The 4 bedrooms with double beds provided privacy and space for those who desired it while the 1 bedroom with 5 twin beds was perfect for a fun "Slumber Party" themed weekend. The grounds keeper and owner were incredibly accommodating as we all arrived at different times, me being the last to arrive and first to leave, yet the one who booked the house. The drive to Disney is peaceful and very easy. It took about 20 minutes w/out traffic, with the Disney Gate Traffic it was about 35 minutes. We had space to sleep and space to enjoy each other as friends in the large open family room. Such precious moments spent together as we ate breakfast every morning at the large dining room table and spent Saturday evening and a "lazy" Sunday morning on the couches in the family room just talking comfortably cozied up with blankets by the fireplace. If you are looking for the perfect house to accommodate a large group THIS IS IT! I can't BELIEVE it was available for us on such short notice! So grateful and would book it again in a heartbeat!

We were a Group of 10 people youngest one at 3 months to mum who was 73 years old. One of the amazing and well equipped place we have stayed fullfiles a need of a large family. Very peaceful place yet close to all the local activities. Very large house Well guideline info and tour Highly recommended Super fast WiFi a big need to this time and age A peaceful place to stay after a long day out to Disney land or Paris central. Beautiful rural French home, stunning outside grounds, close to Paris and Euro Disney.

On arrival at the gite we were blown away by the beautiful garden and seating area. It epitomises everything we imagine a French gite to be. The house was very roomy with four good size, pretty double bedrooms and a huge family room. Comfortable beds and attention to detail with luggage racks etc. Beautiful modern walk in shower room and an additional family bathroom with extra large tub (hairdryer supplied too).The house is all on one level but it is an upstairs property which was fine for us. There is a big utility room downstairs with washer, dryer, iron, racks etc great when travelling with infants. There was also a selection of board games and outside games etc. in the next room and a bar-b-que with a bag of charcoal. We wish we had spent more time in the gite as it really was relaxing, lovely large, soft sofas and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything that was needed including a dishwasher. Two large dining tables and an outside dining table leave plenty of room to eat. A high chair was provided although it was a little dated ( quite normal in France as various restaurants had the same one) there was also a travel cot although we had our own. The nearby town (6km) had shopping facilities and the train into Paris with trains every hour. Euro Disney is a ten minute drive away. All in all an excellent location and stunning property great for large family holidays, we hope to go back one day and explore more of the area and maybe light that bar-b- que. Patricia the owner was delightful, very helpful and knowledgable about the local area. She speaks English. We didnā€™t have any issues but she was available to call if weā€™d had had.

Viajamos un grupo de 12 personas, 6 adultos y 6 niƱos y nuestro destino era Disneyland y Paris por eso elegimos esta propiedad; esta perfectamente ubicada entre ambos sitios y cuando regresĆ”bamos nos esperaba esta fabulosa casa ideal para descansar y relajarse.La casa es tal y como se anuncia, las camas son muy confortables. QuerĆ­amos aprovechar para darle las gracias a Patricia que siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde el primer contacto a travĆ©s de la pagina hasta el dĆ­a en el que nos fuimos, incluso nos facilito la llegada a altas horas de la noche ofreciendose a dejarnos algo de comida para el desayuno: ĀØ mil gracias Patricia por tu enorme amabilidad ĀØ . Great stay

We stayed from 28th May for 6nights, our stay was great, when we arrived Patricia took us around to show us where everything was, their was some toilet roll, washing up stuff, dishwasher tablets and stuff for the washing machine that comes in handy! The rooms are a great size with beds all made on arrival, it was clean and welcoming, a lovely cottage type feel! The weather was great so we didn't use the fire but would be lovely on a cold night! The only problem we had was ants but Patricia did offer to bring some ant powder over. The children had plenty of space to play and there were board games and outdoor games there which which we enjoyed. I did think maybe there could be a cleaner come half way through the stay but wasn't a massive problem for us. Overall our stay was brilliant and we really enjoyed it thank you so much!!

Zeer ruime woning en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Wij hebben enorm genoten tijdens ons verblijf in de prachtige en ruime woning met binnentuin vlakbij Eurodisney en Parijs. De gastvrije eigenaresse had ook goede tips mbt diverse uitstapjes in de omgeving. Aanrader voor vriendengroepen en gezinnen.
